We stayed three days in this hotel. Place was nice. Rooms clean but very noisy. Breakfast was terrible. No A.C in the rooms. Don't recommend at all.

Most of The staff on the reception doesn’t speak even one word of english , doesn’t know what baggage mean !!!!!! The service is bad , the rooms is soooo old definitely need a renovation but i guess they don’t care . Great Lake Van views and that's it. Age is catching up quickly and not lots of innovative meal options. They also hoard your passport when you check in

Wifi does not work. This place should not be labelled as a resort. Food was same for three days. There is no AC in the rooms. Nice location but i would not preref here again for sure.

The services was very good The receptions are very nice Great view of the lake The third floor WiFi was down and we had to lobby for the internet The worst thing was breakfast, which has almost nothing to eat There are only a few models of cheese with eggs We had to go out to breakfast and eat somewhere else

Hotel has a very good view to the Van Lake, though it looks a bit dated. Best: Extremely friendly staff, really nice and helpful, one of the best I've had. Worst: Air Condition was not functioning during my 2 day long stay, though that wasn't a problem with around 25°C. at night in August.

1.Service at reception is zero. We were waiting twenty minutes till the girl on reception could write our names and surnames. 2. The room is awfull 3. Even they did not put water to drink in 4 star hotel in Turkey 4. The bath is like we went to 1 star hotel, dirty small 5. İn the room even is not written wife password and by which number we can call to reception İ am disapointed to much. İn Turkey to have 4 star hotel for so bad service it is difficult to imagine İ hope the owner of this hotel will read this nite and try to change situation
