Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No safety deposit boxes in rooms (please do not trust the staff and manager) No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the WC. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and burnt in some places. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude faced staff and manager, his name was "Loghman" he treated very badly and yelling at us. The staff always eat lunch and dinner in the lobby and never wear mask. Didnt speak english. DO NOT STAY at DOSCO.

The hotel was very dirty and smell very bad. The behavior of the employees was very bad, they spoke angrily. the room was very dark and small. the walls were very thick and you could clearly hear the next room. totally I had very very bad experience in Dosco hotel. No staff can speak English. WiFi was poor and disconnects periodically. room and environment were not quite at all, always noisy, reception does not have responsibility and speak very bad, shower-bath was fixed in one direction and splash to wall ,room stink and had bad smell, room furnishing was very old and damage.

It's a clean and nit hotel and they serve tea and water for free in lobby and you can enjoy great tea with turkish baklava that are really delicious, the negative point about this hotel is its elevator because it has only one line elevator,it's location is not bad and only 5 minutes distance on foot to main street (cumhuriyet), all in all is good

Employees are unreliable and have a very bad attitude. Do not trust the hotel manager (Loghman and Morad), his act was not normal. the hotel was very noisy and the staff spoke loudly, there was a problem in hotel and the police came to hotel at 3 a.m and they were yelling in the hotel. The staff and the hotel manager did not wear masks and were constantly coughing. the rooms were cold, very dark and they dont had the regular cleaning. I had very bad experience there. Dont waste your money in Dosco hotel.

I went there twice. Once in 2019 and once recently in 2022. I have to say on my second stay the both the cleanliness of the rooms and also the breakfast quality was not what I expected, as it was much better during my first stay. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is situated almost in city center and very close to a major shuttle taxi station.

I was to stayed there for 4-5 days, and I used to pay daily, and they didn't object to it. I told all the reception personnel in their 3 shifts that I'm staying for 4-5 days, more than 3 times, but as soon as the manager received a group of people, he kicked me out with a very annoying behavior, no matter how much I explained to them. He was very rude and a liar. He said he will accommodate me in another hotel, but as soon as I packed, he said you can go search for another hotel.

If you plan to visit Van, I think hotel Dosco is the best place for you to stay. You will have nice breakfast with big choice of food, clean and well furniture room, hot shower and very good service from polite and helpful staff. The manager Harun was very helpful. We stayed there for 3 days, any time when we need some help, Manager Harun would try his best to help us. The best manager ever.:) Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who plan to visit Van.:)

It was the worst place in the Van city. The rooms were not cleaned properly, dirty and noisy. The staffs were very rude and impolite. The owner was always yelling at the passengers.Whenever the next door room or upside room use toilet we can hear obviously. The rooms were dark and they didn't clean the room in our 4 days stay.
