Kind and helpful personnel. Hotel ia a little bit old and has some defect in equippment. The location of hotel is good close to shopping centers The breakfast is too weak😔

It's a beautiful hotel and personal is very polite and the room is very clean and nice view and breakfast is good and there are kind of cheese and bread. So finally is so clean and so good I recommended reserved this hotel

It was such an awful place that is not recommended to anyone. The toilet and bathroom are very dirty They don’t even have shampoo -toothpaste-toothbrush and even they don’t have acceptable blankets .they don’t have air conditioning in the room in sumner.the breakfast was poorly designed that you could hardly find something to eat.

It's a small hotel with a good spot near the city Center. It doesn't have air conditioning because the weather of van city is cold somehow but I think their management have to install air condition units.the crew is professional and they are so kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel has not enough parking space for cars. In all I enjoined my stay there.

People are super friendly it's a new hotel so they try as hard as possible to help you any way they can. Location is good, rooms are clean and well maintained. Worth the money you play.

That was the worst hotel I have ever been it was only 1 stuff and it didn't have shampoo toothpaste spoon fork slippers it was relay bad the sheets didn't change and smelled awful the breakfast was not good there was no slippers in bathroom after q night we decided to leave the hotel and go to haldi hotel it is only 300 Lyra more expensive but it is realy better.

Room is big, comfy and clean. Breakfast is good. We enjoyed their very fresh cheese. Staff are friendly. Our only concern is they only provide shower gel but no shampoo.

You can have a big room for your stay in the hotel. It is about 10 minutes for walking to the street. Besides, there is a park near the hotel, which makes it a beautiful scene. Reasonable price, and helpful staff. You can get helps from them even though we speak different languages.

This hotel is the best in Van city. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are big, comfortable and very clean and very affordable! Amazing family oriented hotel. We will most definitely return to this place! Thank you everyone, especially Mr. Tuncer and Saceddin!
