We stayed in this hotel twice during Spring 2022. The first one was on 21 & 22 of March. We reserved a standard room for the price of 23$ and it was reasonable. But the second time (29 to 30 of March) we reserved a family room for the price of 40 € and it was awful. The flush did not work well, the floor was dusty, the room smelled like sigarette. The sound of music didnt let us sleep and it continued at least till 1 a.m The worst thing that really made us mad of this hotel was check out time. There was nobody there!! All the doors to kitchen was locked! So we didnt have breakfast which was included in our reservation!! Our first experience was such a really wonderful experience becuase the price compared to service was petfect. But second experince was ruin all the good experirnce of this hotel such as the quality of the food, drinks, employee. I am so disappointed!

worst hotel I've ever been, the room smells moist already at entrance. The bathroom is so small you can't even sit on the toilet and if you shower everything gets wet. The bathroom is super dirty and there is mold everywhere. In addition our room number 5 had a window right next to the space where the employees do their breaks so even with the curtains everyone can see in your room. Is also smells like food and cigarettes if you open the window but the window is the only source of air because there is no ventilation... At night is was also super loud you could hear everyone out in the hallway Breakfast was good and the garden is cute

I really liked this hotel. First of all, it was dog friendly, which is rare in Turkey, the room was bright and airy, a great breakfast, great bar with fantastic views over Lake Van, and we ate an absolutely superb dinner, all for a very reasonable price. Great music in the bar and helpful staff. Thank you for a great stay!

Miro Mara Boutique Hotel is pleasantly located on the lakeside with beautiful views and a peaceful garden out back. The staff is friendly and helpful. I chose this lodging because it is pet friendly. The second floor bar/restaurant is a popular nightlife spot with an above average selection of alcoholic beverages. The music is lively and tasteful imo. I must say that the extremely smoky atmosphere of the bar was a downside. The bed mattress was quite uncomfortable. There was no attempt in our five night stay to clean the room. The bathroom is very small. Other than these issues, the property has some attractive features and would be a good choice for someone who enjoys nightlife with their lodging.

Perfect place for stay. A little bit far away from city center. For those who like to drink it had a perfect bar inside hotel 👌👌😍

first time we ran away from a hotel after one night even if we booked 2. there was no wifi in the room, there was no hot water all the time, even if the staff were saying that 'there will be'. at 10pm there was a blackout, so the hotel started using some outside power generator which kept us awake for 2 hours. the walls are very thin, you could hear it everywhere and it sounded louder than a truck engine. we asked for our money back for the second night, but the hotel refused cause 'no hot water and no wifi it not a valid reason to cancel and the thing with generator wont happen again'. if they have a massive generator it happens often enough. The restaurant is really nice, food was great, staff tried to help us, but the hotel part of it is a misunderstanding.

That Was perferct. I Love this place so much. light and music. The people was So Nice and warm. I will Come Back soon To this Otel. The breakfast was so delicious.

Going here during a warm time of the year with blooming flowers, a lush garden, & stunning blue water was such a joy. The hospitality of the host and staff was exemplar: coffee and tea were provided, a clean fresh room was cool and comfortable, and kahvaltı lived up to the reputation Van has for great local breakfast tastes. The host spoke three languages and was willing to assist with transportation and excursions. I highly recommend this place that was such a treat.

clean, nice, small :) it's right by the lake, has a garden where you can get drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Rooms are very small indeed, the bathroom is directly in the room and is divided by a glass panel/wall. It's great value for money though :) If you're going round Van and need a place to sleep for a few nights, this hotel will definitely serve the purpose. It's very clean and staff are very nice :) plus you're right by the lake and can go for walks (it's really nice at night :))

Perfect place to get rest and drink something. Foods are ordinary nothing special but view and pub and staff are so nice. Staff are smiling and solving anything you need and feel good.

More of a nightmara. They might say we did not stay here and that is factually true because we left when we saw the room.

Beautiful place, great eating options and nice music. The rooms are on the small side if you want to reserve a room but quite homey. We've just come to Van and this place is like a oasis.

Das Hotel hat mich nicht überzeugt. Zimmer sehr klein und Badezimmer kann man sich nicht wirklich drehen. Alles sehr eng. WLAN funktioniert nur im Flur , wenn überhaupt. Musik ist viel zu laut und bis 2:30 Uhr morgens. Das Frühstück ist meiner Meinung nach zu spät. Angeblich sollte es ab 9:00 Uhr Frühstück geben. Wir mussten weiter reisen und hatten nicht viel Zeit. Um 9:00 Uhr hat der Koch erst angefangen seine Küche vorzubereiten. Nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit sind wir gegangen. Er meinte nur , dass es länger dauerte , weil es kein Brot gab. Das klingt nach einer schlechten Ausrede. Keine Entschuldigung oder Einsicht. Deswegen würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Der Garten ist übrigens sehr schön.
