Absolutely disgusting that this hotel advertises itself as 4 stars. The rooms are smelly and disgusting, the walls are dirty, the bathrooms are dirty. In our first room, the shower did not work, so we were about to leave and go to another place, but they told us that since we are in the system we need to pay for the room. (scammy) The other room was better in terms that the shower worked, but after one use of the toilet, we could not flush it anymore, thus when we had to go to the bathroom, we had to use the disgusting toilet in the hall. As some people mentioned you can not sleep because of the really loud music, it kept us up until 03:45 AM. DO NOT RECOMMEND! It was the worst part of our journey in the east, and we have visited much poorer cities. I have attached the proof that the rooms are in horrible conditions.

The place was so dirty. the bath was coverd with mold even in the frige. We had a 3 day stay it was so noisy in the night the night club was in the sixth floor. There was'nt any towel or bed cover and pillow sheets. We were said that the breakfast in Van city is the best un allTurky but it was very ordinery. After too many argument with the reception they changed our rooms but only the view changed and it was even noisier!!. The great improvment was that on the second day of our stay at last we got towel !!.!two bath and one hand towel for 3 people. We inquired why its like that and there wasn't a resonable answer, the receptionsit just said there are too many guste and we cant help it. We had really bad stay and i dont rcommend it to any.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel.The rooms were extremely dirty. The hand towel was dirty and used paper cups for tea left in the room.I can not describe the condition of the bathroom.I picked the towel and dirty cup to the reception.They said sorry and changed our room. The new room a bit better than the other one but still it was not good. The hotel employees were kind and helpful but I believe it is an management or owner issue- minimum worker/less money. This hotel has 4 stars.I belive that these stars stripped off.

I spent 1 day in this hotel, and now I want to inform you about the status of this hotel: 1-Good location. 2-Good staff. Otherwise I don't have any main disadvantage points to write.

Located in the heart of van city. The hotel is quiet old and furniture need to be renewed. Breakfast is fine. Noise in the night.

Acceptable rooms, clean , but there was no cooling system in the room. Breakfast not as good as it was before.very crowded and noisy at nights.but it’s located in the center and near shopping centers.very poor wifi

Bad& worst; very loud,, Bar&restaurant close to rooms. They have very loudly live music all night. So I can not sleep .

Location is good. Staff are nice and helpful. The fridge doesn't work, the heater turns on after 7 pm which means you can't turn it on manually even if you're freezing. A cleaning man came into our room and cleaned it while we had not put a sign or said anything so you have to be careful with leaving your stuff in your room because it can be opened any time. The shower takes 10 minutes to heat up and then it will be okay. In the bathroom there are too cleansing liquids which are not specified as which on is for hair and which is for body. Overall I would rate this hotel a 3 star. But it's not terrible

I am very sorry for Expedia and Tamara Hotel. Please do not stay in this irresponsible hotel. Although they had confirmed our reservation for 3 rooms, when we arrived at the hotel, they did not accept us. And our trip was totally ruined and we had to spend a lot of money to stay somewhere else.

positive points: - great location in downtown - breakfast was satisfactorily diverse - nescafé and bottled water was served for rooms - there's an electric kettle in each room for boiling water - hair dryer and towels are available in bathrooms negative points: - there are some disposable slippers rather than a pair of plastic slippers - no swimming pool - no balcony - no laundry - no disco - no spa (it was under reconstruction)

Very Good location near to shopping stores, Good breakfast. Rooms and salons are dark. Rooms are not as good as for 4 stars hotels.

Do not go to Tamara Hotel. We were three families and we rented three rooms at Tamara One Hotel. This hotel calls itself 4 stars, but Tamara Hotel is actually 2 stars. The management is very bad and weak, and the hotel's breakfast is third-rate, the floors of the rooms are covered with very dirty carpets. The sink should be open for 20 minutes to heat the sink and bath water. Therefore, it is better to spend 30 minutes in the morning to heat the water. The restaurant employees are very rude and unprofessional. The management of Tamara Hotel treats Iranians badly and treats them like cattle and sheep. The hotel manager's behavior was similar to one of Van's knife pullers. There is no smell of customer satisfaction. I do not recommend this hotel in any way, especially for Iranians, because the management of Tamara Hotel is very bad with Iranians. He knows neither English nor Farsi. The hotel is located in a noisy street and it is very uncomfortable at night. The sound of the tables and chairs on the restaurant floor of the hotel goes to all floors, which is very annoying.

One of the worse hotel I ever been It’s not even one star and they sale as 4 star This is especially for Iranian who travel often to Van ,do not choose this hotel
