i was ran out of options in that time ... first of all it was 3 star hotel... then the breakfast was awful no options just local halva and cold food no warm food and you have to stick with cheese and bread and tea ... i all the time went to burger king to eat sth... then the appearance of hotel is good but the other thing was horrible ... oh god the Internet was so poor and you can not check your Instagram the staff can not speak English... in the end i will give it 2 out of 5

One of the weakest hotels in a touristic city The personnel not even familiar with English or even Persian Breakfast was acceptable.Access to the city center was good.The toilets and bathrooms were very dirty and unprincipled.On purpose they turned off the cooling systems and said it was broken.Only during the specified hours and privacy of the hotel the cooler was turned on.

This is what remained of a so called hotel, not clean, almost every tap leaks, and air condition works only from 7PM till 7AM!! Breakfast is far below average and safe does not work!! BTW, the rooms are big and staff are nice.

It's rooms are big and comfortable. The staff know English and Persian. They have a wonderful breakfast and the hotel is close to everywhere

if you are looking for a business trip that doesn't necessarily have to be very luxury, this is your place

That was the worst stay i have ever had. The room was dirty and i have try to reach housekeeping via reception almost like 8 times and after a 5 hours of waiting nobody came to my room. Also, staff and management were so rude and arrigant

It is located very centrally, yet it was pretty quiet all the time we stayed there. The breakfasts were splendid - in a manner typical for Van. The staff was friendly and helpful, even if they could not say a word of English. Recommended if you are looking for a well run local independent hotel.

Service was very good. The rooms were nice. The food was good.

The hotel staffs are very kind and supportive. And the other things are good and reasonable .
