Just now my family and I are at the hotel, March 21,2019. Just terrrrrrrible!!! Small room Seperate beds! Invisible staff. They are not here for any services. Cold rooms. Cold water Old dirty things Old and dirty towels Poor conditions Its an INN , not a four star hotel! Not suggested at all

My family and me are in moon light hotel in Van Turkey . Everything is terrible . Service , cleanliness , management , Personnel, water , breakfast , behaviour , bathroom , ... are horrible & disgrace . Be care your money . Please choose another hotel .

It's a good place for one night stay though during my stay the elevator was not working properly. so I had to use stairs to reach my room at 4th floor.
