A terrific pub nestled away just to the north of Bayswater Road on Leinster Terrace. A good old fashioned pub offering a great range of cask ales and keg beers, lagers and ciders. A really welcoming homely building centred around the bar. Great service and great beer, a winning recipe surely! Brilliant place for a drink.

Went for Sunday lunch. Roast chicken was £12, I ordered a cider too but it came to £19.25. I asked the barman if it was really £7.25 for a pint. He said oh it must be the service charge so that’s what I had to pay. Food wasn’t good at all. Pretty small portion, more like a chick breast than chicken breast. Soggy overcooked carrots and parsnips. Really disappointed as I expected better from the reviews. An hour later I didn’t feel great either. Nice pub, just need to put more effort into the food as it would be a nice local for me.

Friendly enough staff with 5ish (not very interesting) ales on but their fish and chips is quite possibly the worst I've ever had from a pub - the portion size of both the peas and the tarter sauce were miniscule; there was a (also tiny) compulsory condiment of ketchup (if they'd asked, I would have gone for something else); both sauces served deep inside small ceramic cups making what little there was almost inaccessible and the all too common pub truck of drowning the whole thing in far too much salt. At £13 I can honestly say I've had much better fish and chips for less money elsewhere.

I did the most un-American thing and went to the same pub every day while staying near Hyde Park. No regrets. Leinster Arms was the perfect place to unwind, work a little, and enjoy quintessential British food and bevs. Highlight was Lakshay hooking me up with my reg table (s/o to table 22) when it wasn’t available one night. He was always friendly and helpful. I’ve a bit of a sweet tooth so fave thing on the menu for me — the bread pudding fingers. 👌🏼👌🏼 10/10 recommend

Service was brilliant, staff and the food excellent. Absolutely couldn't fault at all and would visit this establishment again for sure. They were really busy, and the kitchen was closing by the time I got there but they did me some lovely chips and onion rings. Very reasonably priced as well considering the high quality food.

Visited the place being a first timer in London and was looking for a typical British Pub . I was extremely happy at the decision to visit Leinster Arms. Service was excellent. Professionalism was excellent. Food was very good. There was some issue with the Chef's availability but that did not deter us and the service representative was honest to explain the issue. That was so nicely presented that we did feel happier on transparency. The beer was really good and so were the price. Definitely strongly recommend to visit and enjoy the hospitality and good ambient for family and friends. Oh yes, the location is very nice too.

Amazing pub close to Kensington park. Cosy atmosphere, staff were very kind and food was absolutely delicious. Most importantly this pub was dog friendly. The chicken and beef pie was really flavourful and the puff pastry was super crispy. They even had a few board games too. Don't leave without tasting the passion fruit and mango cheesecake.

This cosy little pub is in a perfect location a short block from Hyde Park. The beer, service, and food are all first rate. I had a salmon and guac sandwich for lunch, and returned the next evening for fish & chips. The bartender offered me tasters to help me with my beer pairing, and though they were understaffed this evening, they managed to keep customers happy.

Fantastic food menu and brilliant atmosphere for families. The food was served promptly and was delicious. It's reasonably priced so overall sensational value for money. Just don't let the manager handle the deserts he's completely incompetent and lacking the basics of customer service.

Service at this pub was outstanding. Sarah the barmaid was super attentive and very helpful even though the pub was really busy. The food was cooked perfectly. Overall, we had an awesome dinner here and would definitely recommend this pub.

What a lovely pub! So glad we found it. Such a cosy friendly atmosphere. The staff were great, especially the barmaid Sarah what a bundle of joy, and very efficient, she made our day!! We’ll definitely be back on our next trip.

Used to be regular customers when we spent a lot of time in London last year. Loved it and the food …would be there every 2 weeks and never had an issue . However ….No idea whether it’s changed owner? But Walked in today and got spoken too like absolute rubbish by the barmaid . Had a suitcase and asked to sit somewhere more comfortable and got looked up and down and told we couldn’t. Despite being squashed by the door with a suitcase and lots of empty tables. Also, there were single men sat alone on a table meant for 4 ? We were going to have proper food, ended up having a drink and chips to share and leaving . Due to attitude of staff. Not friendly at all. All three were rude but the lady with a ponytail was so so rude. All staff need customer service training . When paying, my fiancé had the card machine practically chucked at her and the staff member walked off. Just got left with card machine. No idea what the reason was but felt judged and won’t be returning . Such a shame as the pub holds lots of happy memories and the food used to be amazing .

💯💯💯💯 - One of the greatest Pubs that I know and I'm happy to have stumbled into this one. The greatest service and care from the team and team Leader Sarah. They get the energy flowing and the drinks going. Service is fast and focused. Providing for a great experience to mix and mingle with your crew even the friendly faces behind the bar. I am definitely going back and please tell sandy I said hi

The atmosphere was nice but the service was not the best, i was waiting for 15-20mins to pick my order up but they did not, so I had to go to the bar to order. The fish and chips was not too bad but unsalty.

The best pub in London!!! The staff and the manager Steve are all amazing, great food and drinks, the space is clean. I’ve been coming here on a weekly basis as I love it so much. Plus dogs are welcome! Highly recommend.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool. One of their staff (Gagan) is really friendly and professional. They know what they’re doing and how to keep customers happy. Food is pretty good and it’s 100% worth it.

Had a fabulous dinner and drinks here yesterday. Nice atmosphere (even with the derby day football on!). Food was very nice, dessert also lovely and well presented. Warm welcome when we came in, great service - always checking in with us. Good range of gins also! Lady was quite knowledgeable about the range of drinks and made sound recommendations for some of our party! Would definitely recommend the Leinster Arms! (Photo is my friends of her dessert so may also appear on another review if they make one)

Fish and ships, which I tried for the first time in London, was incredibly tasty, and the portion size would feed two people, I’m a big person who eats a lot and i hardly finished it. (if it wasn’t delicious i wouldn’t finish it) When you factor in the price of a drink and that incredible dish, it comes to just 21 pounds, which is really nice.

I am so happy I stumbled across this pub on a Google search as a tourist. If you are in the Hyde Park area and looking for a great pub meal and/or you are looking for great vegetarian pub meals as well this place is a must. The first night there was a small mistake with my meal, they handled it professionally and courteously and the meal was worth the wait. Because of this and the amazing food I came back for the next 3 nights in a row, sampling different vegetarian meals (menu and board specials) each night. Good atmosphere, lovely staff, can not recommend highly enough. Thank you for looking after me each night Katie, you are a gem.

Local experience of British pub. Non locals feel very welcome ;) good beer and tasty food, like fish and chips. Big kudos for vegan options!

Great place for pub food and drinks. Both traditional sausage and vegetarian sausage available and both were wonderful with mash and fries. Highly recommend stopping here!

Cosy pub with friendly staff (even for dumb tourists that don't know how things work, like me) I had sausages with mashed potatoes and it was good and honest, gravy was surprisingly good, best I had in my week in London, though not burning hot. Dessert had vanilla ice cream instead of the announced caramel, but what does that matter when it tastes deliciously with my sticky toffee pudding? Large screens showed sports, so if you need to catch the game, this will do it for you.

Very nice pub with great food. It is worth the wait!! Great selection of beers and a very nice atmosphere. But be aware, this is a pub, so that means self-service. The food is broughth to your table but the beer you have to get yourself and most important: salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard is self-service as well. You might expect that on the table or have it delivered with the food but you have to get that yourself. (why the German family on the next table had it brought to their table and the other patrons not will remain a secret).

Fell upon this lovely pub when exploring the area. The staff was very friendly, the beer went down well with the fish and chips my partner said was lovely, I had bangers and mash and would very much recommend, Would definitly come again if I'm on the area. X

Set 2 roads back from the busy Bayswater and Hyde Park, this local has all the trappings of a great night out. A covered entrance to the Mews with the same name, gives shelter from the rain for those wishing to drink outside.

Traditional pub in a residential area adjacent to Hyde Park. Friendly bar staff, beer in good condition. Roast beef lunch was really tasty. Competitive prices. Will revisit again soon.

🚇 Queensway 🍺 £4.90 Amstel ❤️ Set in a side street off Bayswater road and along side the plush houses and hotels of the area, you will find the @leinsterarmslondon . This elegant looking pub is built in the coach house style and has a nice little mews at the back of the arched entrance. My first impression of the pub was how impressive the building looked and couldn’t wait to get inside to check it out. The pub is a good size and tastefully decorated, even though the ceilings are high the pub felt cosy and relaxed. The Leinster offers itself as a place to watch sport and has a few TV’s dotted about to cover all seating positions, the rugby was on at the time of visiting and I managed to catch a bit of Irelands historic win over New Zealand. There was a very locals feel here and the clientele spanned the generations. A big tick for a pint for under a fiver, food is available and the menu is full of classic British fayre and comfort food. . The Leinster Arms is a great place to catch a game or just while away the hours with a drink in very welcoming surroundings. . 📊 Information correct on visiting 13/11/21
