An atmosphere characteristically of a common social , student, clientele. If you are one of them, it probably would rate higher. The great bit was the retro games. Food : The wings were off!!

Great vibes, music and atmosphere. Their craft beers are really good and they let you taste the beer before ordering. Prices for drinks are what you expect from London. Food was below average though. The buffalo chicken burger wasn’t great. The sauce was over salted, the chicken was a little gamey and the blue cheese sauce wasn’t funky or pungent enough. The bread was really good. The Mac and cheese was also disappointing. Pasta over cooked and the cheese they use was really cheap and just tasted like feet. Overall would strongly recommend this place if you’re not hungry.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I went here on two separate occasions for the wing challenge. The first time I came the food took a good 25 mins to come out it was fairly busy. The second time I went it was pretty empty and when I looked around not many people came for the food, but the wait time was somehow longer? I was also over charged the second time I came with my partner, we both did the wing challenge and ordered 3 drinks and the bill came to £63????? The 1st time I took my sister and we did the same minus 1 drink and our bill total was around £35. The seitan wings were really good though, just let down by the scamming staff member

Service yas amazing! People were nice and welcoming. Food was marvelous. Burger was one of the best my husband has tried and Buffalo wings were great as well. If you like don't like spicy food at all I don't recommend (I myself don't tolerate spicy that well but there's were like 6/10) We went in the afternoon so all the beers that were on the menu were available. I put a picture down of what we got. Me myself like the Bubbles the most and my husband liked the We Took Them... I recommend going there and tasting some different beers and eating some great food!

Poor effort from chef especially, and management please sort your growler machine. Ordered a Cluck Norris burger on deliveroo, with a 500ml growler. The burger chicken was overcooked, almost like it sat under a heat lamp for an hour. The chicken thigh was dry, a notoriously juicy cut of meat. The condiments inside the burger (sauce, onions, greens) had been practically skipped entirely, I slathered a bunch of mayo on myself, the saving of grace of my £20+ meal. The onion rings were few, and tiny. The chips the only decent bit, and take little effort. The growler machine is broken again. Lovely note from the guy who packed it, great, and I didn't mind that the first time this happened, but now I'm again paying for beer I already have in my fridge. If the machine is broken, then take growlers off the menu. Really poor effort guys, go to the Duke of Hammersmith up the road. Same beer, same food, much much better service and quality.

This place is the bomb! Marvelous selection of beers. Mouthwatering eats. Our double cheese amaze burger and seitan spicy “wings” were simply to die for. Hot n spicy! And the beers… I highly recommend Down to Earth pale ale and of course Punk IPA!

Very good beer selection as you'd expect if a little heavy on the range of sours & the gimmicky end of the craft beer universe. One or two more NEIPAs or German styles would be welcome. Can't see what the kids like about that sour stuff ! The burgers were excellent. Service very good too. Slightly expensive but everything is at the moment.

Big fan of the BrewDog brand, an epic proportion of brilliant craft beers in many different styles. Also, the food here is as tasty as bar food can get with lots of options for vegans/vegetarians, I went for the classic beyondmeat burger with a pint of Hazy Jane Peach to wash it down. Don’t hesitate to pop into any BrewDog and let the staff guide you, the lovely lady behind the bar let me try 3 beers to narrow my choice, I love this small touch to also expand peoples minds with craft beer. Will be back very shortly to try more of the menu!

Nice Brewdog. Was very quiet when I visited. However the music was way too loud to the point it was distracting/uncomfortable. The food and beers were of course great (Brewdog's and the guests). Also the pinball and arcade machines were cool.

I live locally and finally decided to try out their food, and wow I’m disappointed. We waited 40 minutes for our two VERY overpriced Chicken burgers (I mean £13.75 for just a burger, no extras, and a chicken one at that is ridiculous) only to find them so overly deep fried they were essentially burned to a crisp. No moisture and my jaw hurt after trying to chew through it. Honestly so disappointing because I like the staff, the vibe and we are so local but I will not ever be having food here again. The quality of the burger was honestly on par with something I’d expect from a late night chicken shop at 3am having paid £3.99 for it. Embarrassing.

A decent Brewdog pub. Plenty of selection on tap and in the fridges. Prices are reasonable and staff knowledgeable. Plus you can taste what's on tap before deciding.

The perfect place, if you're a fan of overpriced and overcooked food. Really expensive burger, with overfried chicken putty, which made it totally tasteless. Fries on the side??? Not in this place. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, unless you like to pay more for low quality food.

The best wings in London! A must for all chicken wing lovers! An amazing selection of craft beers and great food selection! Also the menu has an impressive vegetarian selection. Extremely dog friendly! There are several throughout the city but have found the Shepherds Bush location has the best food and service

Loved the place. It's a nice cozy bar very close to Goldhawk road station. Loved the beer menu they had displayed at the bar. Attached the photo. Even the food here is very good. Great place to end your day!

The food was okay. The drinks were plentiful and the selection is huge. It was a nice place to visit with friends. It was rather quiet when I went but I had a pleasant experience. The music was good and at a decent volume so my friends and I could converse without having to be loud. Nice, big airy place. Reminds me of some of the bars I visited over in the U.S.

BrewDog in Shepherd's Bush is a stylish and characterful locale, offering a beer lover's paradise with a diverse selection. Their extensive array of beers caters to various tastes. Notably, the Black Heart draught stout stands out, providing a rich and satisfying experience. Cheers to a great spot for quality brews! 🍻

Not too busy for a Saturday afternoon. Tried a couple of the Collabfest 2023 beers 🍻 Staff were friendly and helpful (true of every Brewdog bar I've been in)

Went during the "Buy one get the second for half price" period. Katie, our server, was a great bartender and waitress. Good vibes all-round. Highly recommended Edit: I don't know how to leave another review but Paulina was equally as excellent when I went a week and a half ago. Thank you, Paulina!

Beer selection is great, but food is only average, in particular the chips and Mac and cheese was only ok, so recommend you stick to drinks here

It was my first time in a brewdog pub and i was a little sceptical but how wrong was I? An old beat up modern style that just worked. I was treated to a beer and cheese sampling evening for my birthday by my son and it was the best present. George was our beer sommelier and he told me things about beer I had no knowledge of. He was warm, friendly, funny, never boring and hugely knowledgeable.Im an old ale man and he educated me and my pallet into some different flavours. Massively impressive and had the best night. We will be back

We visited as a group for Christmas drinks and food. I had the vegan hoppy meal and the burger was amazing. Great service and nice atmosphere. Super relaxed. There's some arcade machines, a pool table and board games.

Visited Brewdog's Shepherd Bush branch 2 weeks ago for unlimited wing Wednesday and had a less than stellar experience. Despite having booked in advance, our table wasn't ready, leading to a 30-minute wait as we stood by for a staff member to prepare our spot. The wait times didn't end there; it took an additional hour for our first order of wings to be served. Subsequent orders were slow to arrive, challenging the "unlimited" aspect of the deal. Unfortunately, we left hungry and disappointed, feeling the unlimited offering fell short of expectations. The evening concluded on an unexpected note when we were informed we could no longer place orders, a surprising twist to what was advertised. This experience left us feeling a bit scammed and definitely underwhelmed.

I’ve been drinking here since the opening night years ago, and I have never, not once, come away, not having enjoyed myself. Beers are obviously fantastic. Service is great, the staff can be really lovely. Whenever visitors come, and they want to sample lots of great different beers, I will bring them here.

Awesome atmosphere with super friendly and helpful staff! I did not eat here but they had a good variety of ales. I actually had just travelled down from Edinburgh for a Cavalera Conspiracy gig at the O2 and was somewhat overwhelmed by the chaos of London. The BrewDog is just around the corner from the venue and their music seemingly complements whatever gig is on, so they were blasting metal, making it the perfect pre and post gig haven. The staff also really helped me out when I needed directions. Great place all round 😁👍🤘

Nice unique collection of local brewed tasty beers. My girlfriend drank a negroni. These came straight out of the bottle, so this was less of a success.

Great staff, lots of choice of beer and they will always offer tasters and if you know what kind you like they'll make recommendations. We both had patriot burgers and they were amazing. 100% would visit again.

Really friendly staff, my G&T was really well made too. Had a nice peaceful early afternoon in here with a good people viewing spot. I'm looking forward to coming back for the vegan food and the night vibe.

Good place to stop ahead of a concert at the Shepherds Bush O2 Empire. They have a whole selection of plant based food which is really great. I had one of the 'chicken' burgers and it was very tasty. There is also a whole section of tables to play old school video games.

Great taproom with 40 taps of their own and guest beers. Large cooler with many styles for bottle and can take away or drink in for a 2$ fee. Huge place with outdoor tables. Consoles were avail at some booths for fifa or Tekken play. Cool staff. Kitchen was closed during our visit

Great choice of beers as always. Staff were friendly and helped us find our table which we reserved, luckily. Ordered The Feast Sharer and some onion rings on the side. Wings were decent, another couple would have been nice. Same with the other chicken. Onion rings. Man. Over cooked and at £4.25 would have expected more than 4! More than a pound an onion ring....madness! Nice place, cool staff, loads of beers. Food needs work. Also app stated that the venue was closed so no one could order through it.
