Very stale. Its too obvious you're in a hotel, it feels like a lobby. There was a great jazz band on but it felt so out of place. The drinks are really expensive and the service/ambience doesn't match the crazy prices. £19 for a pint of ale and a cosmopolitan. I can safely say I'll never be back

I had a great time the last weekend at Primo Bar. I had dinner with my family and I could enjoy the Friday night with live music and great meal. Thanks Primo staff for made our evening really pleasant.

Love this place. The live music is always a draw and never had a bad night. Cocktails are spot on and the serve a great dirty martini!

Good quality lounge bar with live music every night from 8pm. Be advised we were denied access on Saturday night at 11pm because they restrict to hotel guests only (so I guess 11pm is the curfew for non-hotel customers). Not sure what's the benefit of it as the bar closes at 1am (as a comparison, the Radio@Me hotel in London is open to everyone until 3am) but just a warning not to be disappointed as we were last night..

The manager was extremely rude on the phone. We wanted to make a group reservation, and did not feel welcomed at all. In the end, we didn't go as they told us they could not even guarantee we would be allowed to get in (without giving any particular reason). Also, contrary to what the opening hours suggest, the bar closes at 11pm for non hotel guests.

Not the best cocktails for value, but it is a good place to chat with colleagues after work.

I just ate the over priced Thai green curry which is served with basmati rice. Very bland, the chicken not even marinaded more like boiled chicken added to some kind of sauce. Very disappointed

I spent a fun evening here and received friendly service from very attentive and helpful barstaff. A very cool bar & music venue with a compact stage/live area - good sounding PA not excessively loud in front of a comfortable seating area. Relaxing chilled environment to visit & unwind after a busy day. Open late. Easy access to plug sockets to charge a phone was handy.

Staff were SO helpful, friendly and service was quick. Visited the bar 2 of 3 nights that I stayed at Park Plaza. We loved how chilled out and comfy it was and the table service was great too! Drinks were lovely, and it was great we could bring our drinks to our room, which was nice after a long day out.

Very nice atmosphere with lovely relaxing music. All staff members are very attentive to guests and visitors. The place is very clean which is very important. Especially I would like to mention Oxana she went above and beyond. From the beginning, she greeted us upon arrival with a warm and beautiful smile and looked after us all evening. Many Thanks, we will definitely come back soon.

Our server Hibbu was wonderful! After traveling all day it’s great to just take a minute and have a drink. Server makes it a fun stop in

I have known Primo Bar for 4 years now and each time I am in London I eat there. This is a bit "the place to be" ! The lounge atmosphere is great, the food is palatable and people are really kind and smiling. If you go there take the "Ceasar salad", it's delicious
