best pub in the area, great food, plenty choices of booze and fantastic atmosphere, had the best roast duck with rice and them stir fried noodles with my friends tonight. Look out for the crispy roast belly pork and rice!! Very friendly and professional service...

The Salisbury is a great pub with plenty of atmosphere and a extensive range of beers and drinks. The staff are really friendly and the service is top notch. This is our go to pub on green lanes!! Highly recommend!!

Amongst holding reaaly good evebts, and fantastic evening sessions - this place now also shows football games on the big screen. Brilliant indeed👏 ! I went here to celebrate Chinese New Year and they made a very good effort, making sure the menu and ambience were made to match the theme. Will definitely 💯 keep coming back.

A very traditional English pub located in an impressive Victorian Building with a contemporary and young vibe too. A great selection of craft beers and malt whisky. Great outdoors seating for the summer and a cozy atmosphere inside. There's also a large saloon when you can see sports broadcast on terrestrial channels. Highly recommended and probably the best pub on Green Lanes

Oiiiii the local dish that keeps on giving. The little dragon dark kitchen was questionable a year ago but diversification for the nation is paying dividends. Much more delicious noodles and picky bits on other. And ultimately, there is a couple of Chinese esk burgers (not Chinese at all) which are actually banging. The soft shell crab burger delivers. You can feel the components of the crab as you are eating it which I know is a bit gross… but can’t knock that texture. Also chips umm ummmm. And they bring you a mayo and ketchup without asking. It’s important business aye. Beers always good. The fun tap end of the bar never disappoints. Was slightly annoyed to hear they no longer have the fentilmens ginger beer bottles but it’s been replaced by a kopparberg blood orange ginger beer. Brain saying ugh, Taste buds saying yes pleeezzze

Fantastic time at the Salisbury - lovely selection for Sunday Roast and really nice venue. Lady at the bar and waitress who served our table were very friendly. Great selection of beer/ale - will be back again without a doubt!

A nice local pub with lots of seating indoors. Lots of new beers on tap and prices aren't too bad for drinks. They serve Chinese food as table service until pretty late which is pretty good. They were playing the six nations rugby when I last went.

Come for the beer, avoid the Mexican food. Unless you want to try the worst burrito in London (we couldn’t finish them). (Edit: the food has switched over to Chinese, so the Salisbury has happily lost the title of worst burrito in London)

Skip it. Reserved a table for 15, got there and we were shared in 3 different tables far apart. Took 40 minutes to get orders, another 40 to get the food, another 20 to be able to pay. Card machine was not accepting some cards and the printer with the bill also not working. Sunday Roast was 22.50 and very ordinary. Sticky pudding was horrible. Mac n cheese was too soft and cold. Plates left dirty on the table for a long time. Dirty toilets. Dark environment. Go to any other pub around there for food. Beers were fine.

Gorgeous pub, it's huge and spacious, and the food is delicious. The staff are super friendly and attentive.

Really nice restrained neoclasical 'theater' like pub with curtains and all. Lovely! Like the old and crusty couches in alcoves and such. It's wonderful. It's smaller than it seems from the outside because of the massive and impressive bar in the middle. Pricing was reasonable. Outdoor area is abit limited as it is out in the street with lots of foot traffic. So if you are smoker you won't enjoy what this pub excells at

One of the worst Sunday roasts I’ve ever had. Everything was bland and undercooked, there was no seasoning not even salt and pepper and the chicken was under cooked and slimey. Really disappointing for £17 and considering it’s one of few local pubs should be much better. Avoid unless starved.

Always enjoy this place and how full of history it is unlike alot of places in the area that have upgraded to look like a plastic bar, since last I visited they have a new bar menu called little dragons which is really delicious. To summarise, Great Guinness, Great wings, Great dragon eggs And great ribs And a massive thanks Mallika for serving us.

Great traditional looking pub with a great choice of independent beers. You can see the owners are trying to create a great local pub for Haringey.There are stuffed birds in glass boxes above the bar, velvet curtains and little nooks for you to drink in privacy.Also Chinese food available.So different from your average local pub.

Well what can I say about this place other than praise praise praise. I can easily say that the meal I had (roast duck and rice) is 1 of the nicest meals I have ever had. Friendly staff, nice oldy worldly pub with a huge selection of drinks. Would o eat here again.... HELL YES.

Only dropped in for an early evening drink on a Saturday. Approaching Christmas. This is a beautifully refurbished Victorian pub and hotel. It has plenty of space with a great energetic atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff. I shall definitely return if I get the chance.

Every time we go to the Salisbury, we love it. Great choice of beers and they change all the time so you can always try something new. Service is always friendly and efficient and the vibe is great.

My boyfriend and I went there for Sunday lunch. I had the vegan option and it was absolutely amazing. The jackfruit was delicious and the portion was big. The staff was nice and kind, and everyone had a joyful attitude. I would definitely go back, as I am keep thinking of that jackfruit.

Good sized pub with lots going on. Lovely Victorian fittings and huge bar area. Good selection of refreshments. Card only payment and customer service can be hit and miss depending who's on.

This is the best roast dinner I’ve had in ages!! The beef, pork, potatoes and veg were cooked perfectly, but the prize has to go to the gravy, it’s absolutely fantastic. The staff were great too, so I’d definitely recommend the Sunday Lunch and it’s also great value.

Excellent selection of tap beers and bottled beers. Strong IPAs & even a German dark beer on tap. Good food served until 10pm selection of burgers, Mexican & tapas. Building and architecture is all original 1899 style. Can be busy on weekends so you may need to book a table.

Decent London pub with some original features restored. There is a good range of drinks and there is now a Mexican kitchen (not tried). The pub is large and their is plenty of seating. There are several "events" per week (quiz, live music etc), which are fine if you have gone for them but can otherwise make a quiet drink and conversation difficult.

Great pub, retains so much of the grand Victorian flourishes, excellent range of beers, busy but in a very pleasant way.

Excellent ambience, great beer selection and very welcoming staff in one of the most picturesque pubs this side of the Thames. Perfect after having dinner somewhere else - the Green Lanes area is not precisely scarce of great eateries.

Wow, I absolutely loved this pub. The atmosphere is perfect, friendly, inviting and complemented by the beautiful and classic interior. The service was excellent, bar staff were happy and helpful and the food was amazing. I definitely recommend the dragon eggs. Our server was brilliant, Mallika, was helpful with recommendations and very knowledgeable of the menu. We received our food quickly and faultlessly. Our compliments to the chef. So proud of this traditional Haringey pub.
