I am currently on a very restrictive diet due to health issues. I emailed the head chef who was only too happy to accommodate my dietary requirements. I was really happy and reassured to get such a detailed reply back. The chef was happy to adapt some things which was great! The food was delicious, the service was good. I would absolutely recommend this place to go to. 1st class food and service. Thank you!

Lovely pub and a very welcoming atmosphere. Dog friendly, which is a bonus and very modern in decor. I look forward to visiting again.

Went for a Sunday roast on father's Day with my wife and kids. This place had been on my list for a while to visit as its a little further out from us. The decor is really good quality and attention to detail was great. The service was also very good, although a bit too fast for my liking as I hadn't had half my beer before our roast had arrived! The food was delicious, everything was cooked perfectly, my only gripe would be the portions were quite small. The beef was 2 thin slices, a couple of 1/2 potatoes and a few of broccoli stems with some leafy greens. For the price of a Sunday roast at £25 it was a little light for me. Luckily we had a few sides to accompany the roast. In comparison the chicken was a decent size but the same issue with the trimmings. I was glad they also had children's plates too but similarly my son only had one small slice of beef. I'll definitely come back and try some of the other main meal options as for me the quality and standards were very high and it would be hard to skimp on a Burger and fries!

Excellent friendly village pub which never disappoints. Food is excellent and the portions, especially the fish and chips, are enormous. Classy decor throughout especially in the restaurant area but the bar areas are great especially if you have dogs. Service and staff are always super friendly. Also just a short walk from the forest this makes an ideal stop for refreshments. Highly recommend.

Good selection on the menu, lovely atmosphere and good service too. Dogs are welcome and there is an inside and outside area which is covered and heated to sit with the dog. It's also opposite the forest with walking trails listed so great if you have a dog or if you don't!

1st time here. We were a party of 4. The bar is very well stocked with numerous gins, rums and such like. The food was good, menu was a little restricted with choice. The only thing that let it down was the actual service , and to be fair at the end of the evening the manager amended our bill as way to make amends.

The food was very nice although the roast potatoes were very tough. Plenty of beer variety and the service was good.

Absolutely delighted with our visit to The Two Brewers on our wedding day. The warm and inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for our celebration with friends and family. The staff attending to our table went above and beyond with her friendliness and accommodating nature, making us feel truly special. While the overall food experience was pleasant, it's the starters that stole the show – they were simply irresistible and left us craving for more. A big thank you to The Two Brewers for making our day even more memorable!

Called in here during my London Loop walk, though the pub is half a mile off the Loop. Lunch service was just finishing, however the pub seemed to have been fairly busy and those who had dined there seemed very satisfied. As the pub emptied out of diners several people remained enjoying a quite drink. There seemed as decent choice of beer - I enjoyed a pint or more of Brunning and Price traditional bitter in a relaxed atmosphere. Its a clean and spacious pub. During the day I would guess it is largely geared towards diners. Service was friendly and efficient. Seems a decent pub.

OMG. We just came across this pub whilst walking lour dog and I just can’t believe I have never heard of it! It is hands down the BEST roast I have ever had! One of the best meals we have ever had! My little girl loved it and ate every bit! And the pub is super dog friendly and even our dog Toast got a meal from the menu (special dog menu) Jessica was outstanding, as were all her ladies! Especially the lovely lady from Islington. We will 1 million percent be going back weekly! Love love LOVE! Thank you so so SO much!

Went with a group of friends x no complaints. Generous portions. I don't normally eat a main meal middle of day and had chosen braised lamb which was delicious. The staff were very kind and provided a box for me to take home and had later as snack with salad. Too good for the dog! . Food was hot place clean staff excellent can recommend.

A perfect mid week lunch in a busy, but relaxed atmosphere. Everything about the visit was good. The best chicken Cesar salad I've ever had. We will go back again, it's not our first visit.

One of the best crispy beef salads I've ever had. Nice outdoor seating, good atmosphere, spotless. Bike parking too.

Good food and drink, friendly staff. Well appointed pub and dining room with spacious outside seating. The service did become rather erratic as the afternoon progressed, however the manager explained the issue and resolved it. Very professional approach which means a return visit will be something to look forward to. The added bonus was the Marzipan Ice-cream!

Lovely meal in great setting. So nice to have proper linen napkins!! Its unusual these days. Also appreciated the fresh flowers on every table. The staff were exceptional in their service.

Stopped for a bite after a long bike ride. Service is good and there's a good selection of drinks and food. Had the steak burger and despite of being well done, was tasty and not dry. Could do with better buns. The salad was so so. Overall great experience.

Loved it. Nice polite staff. We got there earlier than booked, staff updated us on our wait and we were seated on time. The food was delicious and my bill for roast dinner and mini pudding with coffee was £30 Inc tip. Dogs allowed and they were in a separate area, and there is a doggy menu available too. Would recommend.

Lovely looking building and cosy, waitress we had was fantastic but the food was just flavourless and overcooked pretty sure it had been sitting under a heat lamp for ages and for the cost being nearly £50 a head, could have got a better quality burger and fish n chips from the local chippy and at a fraction of the price, won't be returning. If you are planning to go however can say completely disabled friendly, it was a cosy nice place if you want a drink but wouldn't recommend eating there.
