Brilliant place to be! Fun music, good dance floor! Drinks are a reasonable price! Not too expensive! Im a profoundly deaf person who is both cochlear implanted in both ears and I love coming there, i always write an order and get it straight away, taps me on my hand to say i can pay.. i signed “thank you” and this wonderful lady, roughly around 5ft 3-4 and has a dark blackish brown hair.. she signed “thank you” back to me.. which made me feel so welcome! I couldnt catch her name! But she was amazing!! ❤️❤️

Had lunch here with my mate,some of my food was so hard; my fork wouldn't dig into it! both of us not well after- I threw up numerous times. Used the loo, unfortunately, as it was absolutely disgusting, look like it had never been cleaned, as well as seeing the brown painted tiles covered in scratched graffiti was even more off putting. The only good thing about this place is the staff, but if I knew my place of work was so dirty and a bit slapdash with food, I wouldn't be smiling so much. The place needs a good clean, and all very well to have an extensive menu, but you can tell when chefs don't enjoy their work. We won't be coming back.

Tourists who landed in London this morning staying around the area. Major disappointment for our first meal of the day for a very hungry family of 5 at 1130am to be this bad. It was clear the food was cooked by Chef Microwave. Burger buns were hard. Fish, pot pie and mash were so bad. Waited 25 mins for the orders to come. Service was lukewarm and nothing like what some of the reviews mentioned. Pictures of our sad, unfinished food.

Me and Jeff celebrating Christmas early drinks for this year, went out with just each other. Had a few drinks, kareokee night was amazing! Great entertainment and the price of the alcohol was not too bad either. The food there was nice just had a plate of chips nothing fancy. The staff we fast paste alway busy. Smoking area was available, the venue was spacious. Full of seating.

Came in earlier today with my service animal was asked by the three bar staff sat at the bar chatting, to leave as they don’t allow animals, I showed my dogs paperwork and explained it’s a legal requirement. The manager told me she didn’t know the law and told us to leave the premises. I highly suggest some further training, especially to the rude Eastern European manager on shift today has 0 communication skills, empathy or knowledge of the country she lives in.

Came here with my friend for some food and some drinks, the food was really good and it arrived quickly as well as the drinks, Jurate was very kind and helpful when we ordered and made our experience here very enjoyable, would definitely recommend :)

Great spot for lunch, with a very calm and friendly dining experience. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Especially Shamya and Juice who have great customer service standards. It's become our weekly destination as its child friendly and the food is always great quality. Much nicer than anywhere else we have tried in the Romford area.

I met up with 3 of my friends as was easily accessible for Me in a mobility scooter... The table we sat at was so sticky ,we had to ask for the table to be cleaned. The disabled toilet well,looked like it had never ever been cleaned for about a year, the floor,walls and the ceiling all had stains,I washed my hands and the water that came out was brown BROWN water.....how does water become brown... I WILL NOT be going back to this pub again......not what I imagined a well known pub to look like.

This may be a branch of a national chain but the attention to detail and welcome from the staff is much more personal than that. Always good service and decent pricing so looking forward to visiting again soon.

Yesterday afternoon I was reminded why I usually avoid this pub. Nearly 27 years of age and was refused a drink because I didn't have ID on me. He said he was just using the challenge 25 policy. He should try using common sense instead. Over the Christmas period the bouncers refused my 60 year old father entry because he didn't have ID. This pub's a joke.

Drinks are good, cocktails more than decent for east London and the prices are appropriate. The 2-for-1 deal on some drinks is nice and makes it easy to get a good buzz going for a nice vibe. Sound system was good (went there like 4 times by now). Didn't have any food so can't speak to that. Do bring your ID with you as me and my group were rejected based on that but those are the rules so abide or stay home.

After a good visit a few weeks ago I decided to me friends to watch football there. They left a barman on his own that was his second day. I had to open my bottle myself and ask for a glass and ice. 2 off my friends glasses were dirty. My next round was not much better, busier at bar but served by same person. He still couldn't find the opener or to which card machine to process payment. Most annoying is that after 5 rounds off the same drinks we were charged 3 different prices, I bought 2 rounds and had a difference £1,20 from my 2 friends one off which had only a 30p difference the other 50p . Clean glasses and salt in the glass wash machine helps, everybody has to start somewhere, but needs to be instructed and guided and this didn't happen.

Used to be a great night out always busy and Sundays were amazing with the open mic events but recently went last two Sundays there's been no open mics and has been very empty don't no what's happened

Came to Romford for a brunch and ended up leaving there to go into Yates as Yates atmosphere was a lot more better. Great service, great prices. Adriana was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would defo come here again

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My friend took me out for my birthday for a meal and to watch football. We had a drink and then ordered a meal. They advised that they did not have chips and that they were going to replace it with waffle chips. I said no to this and agreed to a potato instead. Ten minutes later, a guy came and told my friend that they have no bacon so he would have have a sausage. My friend did not want a a third sausage but that was an awkward conversation because the guys was quite insistent. They replaced his 2 bacons with one hashbrown instead. This is not what he wanted!! Then the food came. I noted that my food (the mixed grill) was missing a chicken breast. I complained to the staff (I had not been told beforehand). I was told that they had given me an extra sausage. I said I did not want another sausage. The manager went to the back and returned. She asked what did I want as a replacement? I asked what the options were and she said I cam have anything on the menu. I would not mind a steak. She went to the back again and came back and said the chef said steak costs more than the chicken so they would not do it. I said fine, but the chicken breast I was missing out costs more than the one sausage it has been replaced with. The manager went to the back again and said no, we are not changing it. I said OK in that case, can you discount the meal? She said no, she will not discount the mean (she was not very polite by the way). In the end I suggested she refunds the meal, I don't want it (I had not eaten any yet) which she did and I did not eat.

Went to Yates for a chill night out with mates and ended up having the best laugh of my life. Was served by Kye and Ben who were 10/10 bar staff, great people and great drinks for a decent price. Will be back 100%

Had a wonderful work lunch at Yates today, was served by two amazing bar staff kye and jade who gave us amazing food recommendations, would totally suggest the 5 small plate deal. Drinks were amazing and really put us in a good mood for work again.
