    I went in today JULY 24, 2021 AROUND 9:55 pm to 10:10 pm. The drive thru lady was very rude including another worker literally discriminating myself as a person and my money thinking it was fake. Which it wasnt! Im guessing as a food chain they should have the proper materials to detect fake money and avoid those type of discrminations toward their clients. Anyways I let it pass, and went back home to find out that my burgers had some sarcastic notes including happy faces:) inside the wrapping paper touching the food which I found very unacceptable. That is not ok, and food safety should know about that.That is called CROSSING CONTAMINATION AND CAN BE TOXIC. ITS INSIDE THE WRAPPING PAPER. I just dont want to imagine if they also did something to the food. Went back told the lady with glasses and she screamed to their manager theyre backk! I told her I wanted to speak with the supposed manager named deniah or something like that. Im pretty sure she knew about the situation, the other employee with glasses on just kept laughing about the whole situation which I believe should be on camera. Its not ok to write on peoples food with markers. And they should do something about it. Including the manager deniah, the lady with glasses, and the other male i think his name is brady. My order was #64.

    Quick and affordable fast food at your convenience; yet it’s flavorless, unseasoned and greasy. Drive thru worker was nice and polite after returning my drink which was just soda water, but the food here is just horrendously awful. I don’t think I’ll ever eat at another BK again after trying to consume this pile of junk.

    I alway have mobile order at this store, and see friendly staff when i pick up my food, but today is totally a worst day. Look like employee is not in good mood to work. He was acting like i am begging him for food. I asked for bbq sauce, ranch and honey mustard. He just ignored and througn 2 honey mustard in bag. The chicken nuggets is so oily. I understand short taffs issue, but working with angry mood is another thing. Probably stop ordering food here

    Poor customer service. I don’t write to many reviews but this one couldn’t slide. Waited 25 minutes probably a lot longer in the lobby for the Food, my co worker got done eating and we continued to wait. After cashier asked for my order a second time and I still trying to be patient, I waited longer and longer. Finally decided to ask for a refund to only find out, (no one there knows how to do a refund). And watching the employees dance around not knowing anything, I guess the food had been sitting in a bag for some time! I just excepted the food walked out and order was not only cold but wrong. Do not waist your money at this location. It’s not the first time I’ve seen or had issues here.

    When I pull in the Drive-Thru I asked if there's anything I can get that's not meat, they say no you need to eat meat here or just pay 8 bucks for non meat whopper, I even asked for a substitution and they wouldn't even do that. The staff was friendly so I'm going to say that's one good thing. But after she talked to the manager it was all bad news from there. I will never come to this Burger King again thumbs down. Only eat here if you like meat if you're a vegetarian don't even bother stopping.

    This Burger King is low on staff. Looking for a job?? They’re hiring! The manager that was there was doing anything he could to make the customers happy. I was so impressed with his passion for people, I took a photo of him 😁 The food was hot and fresh. It was busy in the drive thru, inside where I was was just 4 people. Worth parking to get my order quicker.

    I got a 6$ meal deal. The chicken nuggets were ROTTON and stunk like bad meat. The fries smelled just like the chicken. Either they are serving rotten meat, or they have not changed the oil in the fryer for months. It was nasty. Now I remember why I quit going to Burger King.

    I been here before and there has always been an issue. Thankfully the managers have made it better. The new night drive thru guy tries to be funny but sounds rude. Service was fast for a Saturday night and by the drive thru. Decided to try the new Spider-Man burger and it’s nasty, way too much mayonnaise, the bun is flavorless.

    I went there to have a dine in lunch a few days ago. There were very few people in the dining room at the time. A homeless woman came in and started panhandling me. I offered to buy her something to eat, but she wasn't interested. She wanted money, and I wanted to enjoy my meal unmolested. The staff did nothing. There's no way that they couldn't have noticed as the dining area was very sparsely populated at the time. I threw my food away and walked out and still the staff said and did nothing.

    I went in today through the drive-thru and my experience was horrible. I havent ate at a burger king in a very long time and getting out of work late not many options are open. So I decided on this place. I got my order to him and proceeded to look for something for my husband as well. I asked about the texas whopper. I didnt know what it was or what it had. The menu is so far away from the ordering speaker. That it was hard to tell what it had. So I asked a simple question (does it have pickles or jalapeños I Cant tell?) and the guy taking the order answered to RUDELY. (“As you can see in the picture it doesnt have pickles. Its a texas burger so it has jalapenos. ”) He answered as if i asked him something bad. Like im sorry i didnt know “texas” and jalapeños had something in common. He answered so rudely that I gave him the same attitude back. As i pulled up to the window he gave me the worst faces. that you can right away tell that he wanted to throw me my order and money. Instead He handed me my money and my food with such a bad attitude. Im sorry but if youre miserable in your job DONT WORK THERE! Us customers shouldnt be treated so rudely when we the customers make these businesses run and stay in business. Hopefully someones sees these reviews and makes a change! Hiring these rude people is definitely not going to do anything good for this establishment. The rude guy looked like he does heavy drugs. Teeth are all rotten and looks like hes ready to leave work and get drugs. Not a good look at all.

    That manager at the window. Older guy with facial hair. Needs to listen when people talk to him. Open your lobby. No one wants to sit in a drive thru because you are short staffed

    Always a great experience here. Since the manager (Armando took over) the store is always clean and I get my food hot and fresh, for once I’m proud of Burger King doing something right and having him run this place I will keep coming back for that delicious food while he’s in charge.

    I haven't had burger king in years. I decided to try because it wasn't as expensive as McDonald's now is. But it's still wayy too expensive for what you get. I ordered a Whopper Jr and nuggets, that's it, and had it delivered. I left 30% tip so my total was just under $20 with grub hub. Whatever. But the food was cold, greasy, and upset my stomach. It's just not worth it anymore. At least with most McDonald's your food will at least be hot. Inflation my a**!! Make fast food affordable again. Everything is more important expensive and worse quality and it's just an awful experience.

    I went to a high school near this location and throughout those 4 years I went to this Burger King daily with my friend group to relax and dine. Jamie and Armond are very friendly and efficient staff, always a pleasure to see them working there. Over the 4 years of orders only once was my order messed up and it was as simple as forgetting “no ice.” Generally quite a clean and quiet environment to enjoy a meal. Cost was always very cheap, especially with the deals you could get from the app. Would definitely recommend to fast food enjoyers!

    My burger was doused in mayonnaise and ketchup so bad it got everywhere....let's see no English really when ordering making it difficult....and the worst part for me was the menu was hard to read and kept flipping...

    Ordered a whopper junior. Got a burger with just onions on it... What? No tomato, no lettuce. The put mustard on it, which I asked for which is the only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of one. If I wanted a burger with nothing on it I would have ordered a basic burger.

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have had multiple horrible experiences here! After tonight I officially will never come back again. The night manager is an angry man who does not need to be in customer service. He is rude and tactless. 4 out of 4 sandwinches were just gross. They were cold and the condiments were sloppy and wilted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

    This place is a hot mess. Seems like they go out of their way to screw up an order. Last time they left an item out and I wasn't going to go back to get it. Calling them is useless, they only offer to go back to the restaurant to fix the order. And that will be my last time going to this particular BK.

    Dude its 40 minutes before they close and my food is hot and fresh and perfectly salted. Plus the person working the speaker/window tonight helped me navigate their broken menu with grace and flair. Im so happy i picked this instead of taco bell.

    Ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit. When I got home to eat I found it was just a sausage biscuit. Called several times to request a call from Supervisor or Owner, but it kept hanging up on me. I paid $5.00 for this disappointment with seemingly no way to correct it. Bad customer service.

    It's a pretty decent Burger King, faster than usual from my experience, maybe because they tend not to have a lot of customers, even during lunch time. The service was good, the employee helping me was pretty nice, and the food's quality was better than average, as in my chicken was not burned like it tends to be at other establishments, and they gave me good serving size for my onion rings.
