I
saw
reviews
of
this
place
not
being
the
cleanest,
but
I
hadn't
seen
any
that
mentioned
how
unsafe
the
place
felt
as
it
did
when
I
was
there
this
past
weekend.
My
friend
and
I
had
booked
one
night,
as
we
were
in
town
for
a
concert.
Neither
of
us
are
strangers
to
roughing
it
but
we
ended
up
not
even
staying
for
the
one
night
we
booked.
Part
of
why
we
had
chosen
this
place
was
because
it
was
within
walking
distance
of
the
concert
venue,
but
neither
of
us
felt
safe
to
walk
to
and
from
this
place
at
night
and
instead
drove
and
paid
$37
for
event
parking.
And
eventually,
we
agreed
it
would
be
safer
to
drive
2.75hrs
back
to
Seattle
at
11:30pm
rather
than
sleep
at
this
place.
We
paid
$110
for
the
night
but
we
both
agreed
that
whether
we
slept
there
or
not
we'd
already
eaten
the
cost
because
this
place
definitely
was
not
worth
what
we
paid.
I
wanted
a
refund,
but
I
wanted
to
get
out
of
there
ASAP
more.
There
contributing
factors
were:
-
Check
in:
They
don't
let
you
into
the
lobby
to
check
in,
u
talk
to
the
front
desk
through
a
box
office
style
window.
At
first
I
thought
it
was
just
for
COVID
measures,
but
given
the
following
points
+
staff
not
wearing
masks,
I
don't
think
that's
the
case.
The
lady
who
checked
us
in
was
nice
enough
though.
-
Parking
lot:
When
we
parked
in
the
lot,
of
the
6
or
so
cars
already
there
2
were
very
banged
up
and
1
had
been
tagged
the
way
state
patrol
does
when
a
car
has
been
left
abandoned.
The
last
one
was
in
the
worst
condition
of
the
lot.
Again,
no
stranger
to
roughing
it,
but
this
in
combination
with
above
point
was
a
little
unnerving.
-
Other
staff:
After
checking
in,
a
man
who
appeared
to
be
part
of
house
keeping
was
openly
leering
at
me
and
my
friend
as
we
were
walking
to
our
room.
It
was
31°C/89°F
out,
I
was
wearing
a
sundress
and
he
was
blatantly
trying
to
look
up
my
dress
as
we
went
upstairs
to
our
room
(we
thought
second
floor
would
be
safer).
-
The
room
itself:
I
paid
extra
for
a
non-smoking
room.
We
get
in
and
immediately
I
see
an
ashtray
under
the
TV
and
dozens
of
cigarette/blunt/joint
burn
holes
in
the
bed
covers.
Upon
closer
inspection
the
sheets
also
seemed
to
have
old
blood
stains
on
them.
The
bedside
lamps
were
bare
bulbs
and
one
of
them
didn't
even
have
a
bulb
in
it.
The
nightstand
was
busted
up,
peeling,
and
had
a
light
coating
of
grime,
dust
and
hair.
The
table
and
solo
chair
also
were
dirty
and
had
something
gooey
and
white
dried
up
on
it.
The
TV
stand
and
walls
had
sporadic
patches
where
you
could
see
someone
had
hastily
wiped
something
off
of
them,
but
clearly
didn't
do
a
great
job
because
you
could
see
the
wipe
marks
left
over
from
not
totally
wiping
away
whatever
they
were
trying
to
clean
up.
I
touched
one
of
these
spots
and
my
hand
came
away
sticky.
The
locks
on
the
doors
were
janky,
the
bath
tub
had
all
kinds
of
stains
on
it.
They
provided
just
a
single
bar
of
soap,
and
for
$110
a
night
I
really
had
expected
a
tiny
bottle
of
shampoo
to
be
thrown
in.
The
only
positive
was
that
the
AC
unit
was
clean
and
working
well.
-
Other
clientele:
We
left
the
room
around
4pm
and
a
group
of
men
checking
in
were
unashamedly
leering
at
us
as
we
walked
down
to
our
car.
We
came
back
to
get
ready
for
the
show
(and
load
our
bags
back
in
the
car;
partially
because
we
were
leaning
towards
going
home
afterwards,
partially
because
we
thought
our
stuff
might
get
stolen),
the
house
keeping
man
from
before
was
back
and
leering
at
us.
After
the
show,
we
went
back
to
check
out
and
use
the
bathroom
before
we
left
(the
stadium
bathrooms
were
packed)
and
this
time,
a
man
in
the
parking
lot
with
a
motorcycle
asked
us
"you
guys
want
some
powder?
There's
no
fentanyl
in
it".
We
left
quickly
after
that.
We
weren't
expecting
anything
fancy;
not
even
a
2-3
star
experience,
but
I
can't
express
enough
how
much
I
don't
recommend
this
place.
Part
of
the
issue
is
the
surrounding
area
and
crazy
city
rent,
and
that's
not
the
motel's
fault,
but
still.
It's
not
safe
and
it's
certainly
not
worth
$110/night.
