It has been an amazing experience to purchase equipment from Vortex. Price is competitive and the service is top notch! We have been working with Amanda for the last 3 years she's help us a lot from choosing the right equipment, providing valuable advice, and scheduling deliveries. Working with someone with experience is much better then purchasing online on my own not knowing what I need, and not knowing what I'm missing. Our last purchase was delivered last week and I was very pleased with the entire process. I was a bit uncomfortable with it since the store was newly renovated and the last thing I want was any damages caused by the delivery. Richard and Barzan were punctual, professional and detailed oriented. They arrived on time, then they took the time to examine my store and took some measurements before unloading the equipment. During the move they were very careful not to cause the slightest contact to the walls and windows. It took them some time to complete as all the equipment were quite heavy. I was very happy with the quality of the delivery. I will definitely refer Vortex to anyone that I know who needs restaurant equipment. Please keep up the good work!!

Although the equipment I bought from them did not match the description and was also broken up in arrival from a faulty part from manufacturing. This company treated me well, communicated on every level, and took care of me through the whole process! There is a reason they have nearly 5 stars on google. Excellent service. I'm just disappointed that the equipment didn't work out, now I'm nervous about buying another model and we are stuck with all the extra things we bought to accommodate the new equipment.

They delivered a fridge into my store, during delivery, part of the fridge was damaged. After few telephone conversations, the owner and store manager did an exchange a new one and put it in-store for us. The second time was nice and great, product are installed and delivered well. Really appreciate they efforts to solve this problem we had, very sincerely thanks to the hard work. Would recommend their services to all my friends and will continue use them for future services. As a long term food equipment buyer, I have yet to receive anything but first class service. The reason for the review was that I never thought it was possible to be a price leader and give great service but Vortex is proving me wrong. I purchased an upright unit and it came to my door promptly upon opening the crate I discovered it was the wrong color in the trim, same unit but this unit had two trim options that I did not know about, without hesitation they came back and exchanged the unit for the one I preferred. I know it was my error as I did not know there were two different options when describing what I needed over the phone. Dealing with them has been just easy and I will continue to do so.
