    I heard some great things about the Kitsilano location of Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp from some friends who are members there. I really was not sure what to expect from a boot camp, wondering if I could actually do a boot camp! I was a bit nervous when I went to my first class. To my pleasant surprise, all of the trainers are personable, professional and inspiring! I have been going for 2 months and a bit so far and have noticed I have higher energy than I used to have, have lost weight and inches and finally I am not craving sugar anymore! :) The 30 minute workouts are challenging but fun at the same time. Modification ideas are given for specific exercises so you can exercise however is best for you. Before you know it, the 30 minutes is done and you feel so proud of yourself! I highly recommend Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp!

    After a little more than 6 months I can say I love Kitsilano Fit Body Boot Camp. The 30 minutes work-outs are fun, challenging and an awesome way to start the day making you feel reinvigorated and full of energy. The training focus on a major muscle group each day except for the cardio day and the formula "how much can you do in 30/45 seconds X4" naturally adapts to every different fitness level leaving everyone sweaty by the end. I have to say I've been pleased by the result and the routine had a huge positive impact in my life even when i was going under some heavy Overtime Plus the trainers and the community are great :]

    A photo of me 5 years ago kick-started me to return to the gym to get into shape for my own personal health. The first time I started at Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp was in February 2017 where I had won a Silent Auction item for an Unlimited Monthly membership. After that month was over, I then joined and have not turned back since. The instructors and the entire Fit Body community have been so welcoming and everyone challenges each other in class. With Fit Body, I have seen noticeable changes in my appearance , my confidence level is higher and my fitness levels have increased. I am back running 5Ks and 10Ks and am on my personal journey to run a 1/2 Marathon soon. I would recommend, Vancouver Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone looking for a change in their health, personal composition or building up their own self confidence!

    I have been a member of Fit Body for over a year now. The workouts are always challenging and fun. I love the energy and the variety the trainers bring to each class - this is what keeps me coming back! Best of all I am feeling stronger and stronger. My endurance has improved as well. Kitsilano Fit Body is a fantastic place!!!

    I’m so happy to have joined Fit Body Boot Camp. Not only are the sessions really well designed, varied and challenging, they are so much fun. The coaches make it an all-round experience, where you get to work out, meet people, learn and change your mindset to view yourself in a very positive light. They work really hard to help you understand that your actions to achieve your goals don’t start and stop at the gym, but all along the choices you make in your daily life. The coaches are very friendly and they take a real interest in your wellness. Late night sessions were also an amazing gift as I couldn’t find anywhere else around my neighborhood that would have a class after 6 p.m. The sessions are short, but full of intensity, so I get to have a good workout and get back home to still have a bit of an evening. And last but not least, the sense of community they build is great. You really feel part of it :)

    Best work out place ever!!!! Jonathan and the rest of the trainers are fantastic, very supportive and super friendly. 30 min of intense work out that will change your life, everyday is different so you never get bored. I started 3 months ago and I already see lots of changes in my body. I feel strong and healthy. For me what make Vancouver Fit Boot Camp special is the atmosphere and great community feel. Highly recommend !!!!

    This gym and its trainers are the best out there! Short, but intense, efficient, and effective workouts that anyone can fit into a busy day (even twice a day if you're feeling ambitious!) - the exercises are straightforward and easily modified for all ages and fitness levels, so no one will feel left out. The trainers pay a lot of individual attention to each participant, and really make an effort to get to know everyone and their goals. The community of both trainers and participants that Jonathan has brought together is completely outstanding. I always thought I was not a workout-in-front-of-people, or attend-a-scheduled-class kind of person, but now I feel sad any day I can't make it to get in a good sweat and catch up with all the great people there, and I have seen the best results of my life!

    I joined fit body bootcamp Ultimate Weight Loss challenge on May 6 and tomorrow is the last day of the challenge! The 6 weeks flew by, the trainers are amazing and keep you motivated! The workouts are designed to keep you moving and are never the same. It’s a fun, friendly environment where everyone makes you feel welcome, also the floor is great for someone like me with a knee injury! I love it so much, I am signing up to continue my progress.

    My experience at Fit Body Boot Camp has been beyond compare to any other gyms or experiences I have ever had. The team at FBBC are incredible, experienced, professional, and so personable. I have learned so much regarding fitness and nutrition within the last five months that has made me strong and lean, and it has truly turned now into a lifestyle that just comes naturally. I have been a member with many gyms in my past and I have never had one that has been so knowledgeable and helpful, and they truly ! want you to have results ! They will work with you one on one to make sure you get these results and help you find a way to get there. I would recommend Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone that wants to become fit or to stay fit, and to learn physically and mentally how to get there. As well as the correct fitness program with the proper nutrition. They will all help you get there with their incredible knowledge. Fit Body Boot Camp is second to none and I highly recommend you join this amazing team !

    This place is great. It’s for all types of people and fitness levels so you never feel intimidated. Everyday is a different workout so it keeps you on your toes and challenges you everyday so you don’t get bored or plateau. The coaches know you by name and are all super supportive and encouraging and are genuinely interested in your improvement and accomplishments. The small-medium class sizes ensures you get the help you need to do your best. I love the 30min workouts so I can squeeze in a session even on a busy day. But don’t be fooled by the short time - you will be sweating and working nonstop! The 6-week challenge not only help me shed some extra pounds, but more importantly it helped me build healthy eating and exercise habits that I will take with me in the long run. It wasn’t a quick-fix trendy thing to do in the moment. It has truly helped me gain the valuable skills I need for long-term success. Whether you’re a newbie or an expert, Fit Body Boot Camp will help you reach your goals.

    I’ve been doing the Fit Body Bootcamp 8 week challenge in the Kits studio and I’m seeing results. I’m feeling stronger, with more energy. The coaches are really great and very motivating. They make sure to talk to everyone participating and make everyone feel welcome. The 30 minute classes are challenging but achievable and are a great workout. They keep all the exercises fresh and different, I don’t think any 2 have been alike so the variety makes going to class an adventure. The classes will get you motivated to move, tone, shape up and get fit. I would highly recommend trying out Kits FBBC.

    Kitsilano FBBC is exactly the right place for everyone who doesn't like to work out on their own or who cannot seem to motivate themselves to go to the gym. The 30 minute group sessions don't take much time out of your day but are challenging and the community makes it easy to stay motivated. The trainers are amazing and always motivate you to work harder, and there is a focus not only on the workouts but everything surrounding your personal health, such as nutrition etc. All in all I would highly recommend!

    FBBC is great! The gym itself is a clean and simple space. The coaches are awesome; very personable, supportive, and take the time to learn your name and talk about any questions or concerns you may have. The classes them selves are short and sweet! A challenging, quality workout in 30 minutes! I definitely recommend giving this gym a try.

    I started going to Kitsilano Fit Body boot camp almost a year ago, and I could not be happier both with the place, location, staff and results. Everyone attending the sessions are truly friendly and supportive. The trainers make the workout fun and really push you to do better. Overall is a great environment! It's the perfect way to start or end your day.
