It's taken me awhile to share my thoughts about this clinic but I finally decided to when their third strike was the charm. I've been going to this clinic for a year now because it was recommended by a good friend, but can't say that I will continue any longer as this clinic has demonstrated their incompetence on so many levels, ranging from their shipping practices to their booking practices. Their first mistake was when they shipped me expired products, then had be wait for a "virtual consultation" like an idiot because they sent me a broken link, to cancelling my appointment via text and then sending me a confirmation text an hour later. In addition, their front staff is so cold and their services are EXTREMELY expensive. I am not sure if I'm helping pay their rent or pay off their "machines" but I will definitely be going elsewhere since you can get the same services for much cheaper. The vibe of this clinic gives me the hibbie-jibbies. They really need to work their customer service and learn how to be more personable, rather than fake AF!

Dr Pavlou is incredible! His work is beautiful and subtle, and I'm thrilled with the results. He is punctual, pleasant, and great to deal with. The front desk staff are efficient and very friendly. I think the clinic is gorgeous and I always feel welcomed. I highly recommend Dr Pavlou and his staff.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my skincare consultation with SkinTechnique! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel at ease right away. I've been seeing my skincare advisor, Dana, for quite some time now, and she's been a lifesaver in managing my rosacea. Dana's expertise in medical-grade skincare and laser treatments is truly impressive, and her recommendations have done wonders for my sensitive skin. One of her suggestions was the Vivier redness program for my rosacea, and it worked like magic! The 6-step system with calming peptides, red algae extract, and hexamidine, all pH-balanced products, made my skin feel amazing and effectively reduced redness. Dana also advised me to consult with my medical doctor for a prescription if needed, which showed her commitment to my well-being. Another rave review for Christina. There were 2 things that stood out during my consult with Christina: 1) she understands skin health as a holistic system and talks about skin health as a part of overall health, and 2) she gives you various options to treat your skin and never pushes unnecessary products. In one appointment, Christina recommended a different treatment from what I had booked b/c I didn't need it and thought I would get the better value with another. She's knowledgeable and efficient in her approach especially about acne and sensitive skin. I plan on seeing her for my future skincare needs.

I had a milestone birthday coming up and i was feeling pretty uncomfortable in my skin, so i decided to visit Skin Technique for a consultation. I had my consultation with Christina, she was friendly, very knowledgeable and patient with me. Christina thoroughly answered all my questions and gave a few treatment suggestions for different budgets. I ultimately decided on the sun damage package, On the day of my first treatment i was quite nervous! Christina took her time to explain everything completely and throughout my treatment she checked in with me often to make sure i was comfortable and she never pushed any of my boundaries. I still have a couple treatments left, but im already receiving many compliments on my improved skin. I cant wait for more treatments! Overall I had a great experience with Christina and the whole Skin Technique team. I would definitely recommend visiting Christina and this Clinic.

Christina is my main Technician and all I have to say is… Wow! I recently had the RF Intensive Facial Treatment using PRP (Vampire Facial). , using my own blood!!! I was a little nervous at first not really knowing what to expect post treatment. Both Dr. Pavlov and Christina were amazing and answered all my questions making me feel less nervous and quite comfortable. Easy peasy blood draw by Dr. P :) The treatment was great, not painful as they use numbing cream (some areas I felt it a little more but nothing major) and not really much healing time at all. I definitely will do a couple more of this skin facial treatment to help build collagen and rejuvenate my complexion.! Christina performed the treatment after Dr P drew my blood, and she was absolutely wonderful !!!!! Love her warm, genuine and down to earth personality. She explained everything perfectly and is very professional. I have had other treatments with Angie and Nikki as technicians and they were awesome too! The ladies at the front are very helpful and cheerful! Lovely sparkling clean office!
