The nurses in the emergency room are so unbelievably RUDE. They lack empathy and compassion for their patients. I completely understand that the ER is hectic and stressful, but it is your JOB to make patients feel safe, comforted, and healthy. I’ve had many many bad experiences in this emergency room. From rude and argumentative nurses, to long careless waits, all the way to wrong diagnosis and unnecessary treatments. It’s very disappointing considering this is the medical center of our town. It has now forced my family to go else where if need be. This is a horrible emergency room, and I pray that one day they can turn this place around.

Went in for a torn left hamstring.. they checked my right knee for an acl tear. Woefully incompetent PA gave me some ibuprofen. No imaging.. no weight bearing tests...

Don't go there if your in pain. No body cares. Front desk is really rude. There is only one doctor in ER at night time. They should shut down this facility.

You will die if you go here. Get a friend to take you to cottage hospital in SB unless you want them dead….I wish I was understating how bad they are but hopefully this review can save a life.

They call themselves emergency but when you have a life threatening situation them send you home with no medicine!! They are the worst!!! They don't care for patients with cencal insurance!!! Then they try to get you in trouble with the law for no reason!!! Don't go to emergency room they will kill you.

Had heart issues told me I needed a psychiatrist. Didn't even check my record simply told me I was having a panic attack, because I was hyperventilating. OF COURSE I WAS I couldn't breath from my heart palpitations. But conclusion I need a psychiatrist.

I went in for severe abdominal pain to the point I was crying and screaming in the waiting room didn't went in until almost an hour later no meds or anything. They diminished my symptoms and made me feel I was crazy. The lack of professionalism and compassion is stunning very poor quality patient care. (Talking as a Heathcare Worker myself) Clearly, is not until you drop dead on the floor that they might actually care.

Good staff but wait times to see a doctor are RIDICULOUSLY LONG and there's many sick people that are not seen promptly.

I was there Friday night and received wonderful service from entry to exit. They saved my life!!!

Door to triage 50 plus minutes… still not triaged. Also no nurse at entrance for any rapid medical assessments. Very unsafe.
