They dropped one pizza (or maybe took a hard turn) and didn't bother to remake it and we still had to call for one that was completely missing. I would give 1 star, but they agreed to remake and deliver the missing pie which turned out to be delicious. Update: Up another star since they made some quality cheese pizzas the other day. Update 2: Made it to five stars for giving extra sauce and making a delicious pie! Looked a bit funky, but it was great.

This is not one of our better pizzas received even though it was technically free. Also I had observed Daniqua, name provided by Domino's text messaging, walking up to our door, plopping our pizza on the door step and didn't even bother knocking on the door. The cut of the pizza was like a blind monkey was given a knife. Basically one of the worst experiences. *sarcasm* I'm sorry I redeemed a free pizza.

As far as dominoes goes, food was pretty standard. Very good customer service, and food always fresh.

This is by far the most incompetent place I've ever encountered. Without fail, they always manage to mess up any order. They consistently take over an hour for something as simple as cheesy bread. They deliver to the wrong houses. The staff is rude. If I could give zero stars, I would. One star is much too generous. Thanks for the cold bread Dominos. Y'all need some training.

They were super friendly and fast. The phone and hours do need to be properly updated, though. It seems to be an issue for a couple of years now. These guys out do the local Domino's area's.

They try their best and Honestly make a Good pizza, The staff are Nice, and I have only received Kindness when I am there, The young Man named Elijah who works At Domino's currently has done a wonderful job on my pizzas and his costumer service was Outstanding! I would personally recommend going there when you want a pizza. 5 stars and a pat on the back for them!

This location has always been the best that I’ve ever been to. They’re food is perfectly prepared every time and their staff is amazing. Tonight, I ordered delivery under certain circumstances. I am on bed rest and completely unable to walk or sit up for that matter due to a pelvic injury and currently have nobody around to help me. Daniel was my delivery driver and he came inside to deliver my food to me on my couch. I know it’s nothing crazy but it meant the world to me. Thank you Daniel, and thank you Domino’s Community Loop, Vandenberg!!

They put an olive on pizzas for no good reason. They get orders wrong constantly. They don't make it right after getting orders wrong.

I’d like to preface this review by saying this is not a review of this Domino’s as a whole, but of the service I received on the night of November 7th, 2022. This is not a five star domino’s on a typical day, (I’d give it a 3.2), but tonight I received SIX STAR SERVICE. I was met with exemplary service from Ms. Gaby, who greeted me, and informed me that there was a 50% off deal running online, which I was absolutely unaware of. It’s rare to be looked out for in ways like that, and I am grateful she did that, because I wasn’t sure if I really even wanted pizza prior to receiving that information. (Their food items are typically overpriced). After placing the order through the app, she clarified what they had received through the system was really what I ordered, which really was crucial, as the app had not saved my pineapples. She made sure that they did, and I would also like to give thanks to whoever actually crafted my pizza, because they gave me a good amount of my topping, which is not always the case. As I had said earlier, I really wasn’t sure I wanted pizza tonight, but as I received my Pan Pizza, I went and ate a slice. My mind was blown by the excellence that was before me. I ate slice after slice, and by the time I was at the intersection, I had to stop and take a photo because I knew that I would be writing my first ever food review tonight. The pizza looked great and was sliced perfectly, and I’m really just thankful. I was met with great service by Gaby but I know there were many people who worked on my food that I couldn’t also give thanks too, and I just want everyone who played a part in my meal to know they made my week this much better. Most days I am unimpressed by this Dominos, which makes me reluctant to give five stars, but tonight was so different, it feels disrespectful to not. I felt like I had a friend. My Dominos experience started out front when l was greeted, but it’s lasted hours beyond. Thank you to Gaby, and every single member the crew of Thursday, November 7th, 2022. I hope this reaches every one of you. You made me smile

The ONLY reason we still order from this location is because it's the only place that delivers to our house. If there was any other pizza place I could order delivery from, I would never order from this Dominos again. Just about every single time we order from here, they mess up our order somehow. Whether its something simple like ignoring the special instructions, or even giving us the wrong pizza, it's always something and it's gotten to the point where we're surprised on the occasion that they DON'T get something wrong.
