Last minute stay on our way to Solvang Ave we couldn't have been happier! Checking in was easy, fast and smooth. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, very comfy bed and pillows.

Maids and janitors were great. Great rooms and nice complex. However the manager Randy … very unwelcoming and very hostile. Very much against pets and feels the need to establish dominance to every one he talk to. Would recommend the other Hilton down the street. Thanks!

Spacious rooms, clean facility, very nice staff, fun happy hour (complimentary drinks and appetizers in the afternoons), incredible breakfast... Close to stores... Only downside, a lot of homeless and shady activity in the area. Probably why is more affordable than other hotels a few blocks away. Still, we felt safe with the keyed entry and surveillance.

Wow! Where do I start The service here was excellent and I will be back.. My husband and I travel a lot on business and this is one of our favorite places to stay The The maid is Top notch she's the best ....I would hire her to be my maid in my house I don't have to tell her what I need.... I told her Once and she's very good. The front desk people are so polite and nice.... And the front desk lady that works the night shift Regina was very very nice.

Stopped in on November 8th and stood in the lobby for about 5-10 minutes before some rude employee say can I help you?!? I stated I’d like to rent a room. She said “no rooms or systems are down. No sorry no anything 🤷‍♀️ and then she laughed like something was funny. So I went next door to GOOD OLE MOTEL 6. I guess always stick with the OG. The clerk at Motel 6 was so delightful even being so late at night!!! So long story short no Embassy Suites will be in any of our future vacations!! 😞

First time to this location and hotel. The property appears to be old and I expected to see a rundown hotel. I have seen other properties that have no pride in the hotel. Not this location it was the total opposite. The grounds were immaculate and the entire staff from the desk to room made you feel like family. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. The happy hour was great and the food from breakfast to dinner was the best. Thank you to management for taking pride in their hotel.

It was a sucker punch to the nose as soon as we walked in to our room with the horrid smell!!!!! We arrived tired and a little late so we didn’t want to move rooms because who knows it might also smell so we opted to go to Walmart to buy plugins and room spray. The front desk person saw us with the stuff and offered hotel points. He was really nice. Other than the smell our room and the grounds were clean and kept up. They offer happy hour and free breakfast. Breakfast stops at 10:30, make sure u get there early because 10:15 they stop putting away things. On our way out the other front desk employee was also very nice and helpful. If it wasn’t for the smell they would get 5 stars.

This is a GREAT Embassy Suites. Nestled in a quiet sleepy town. Clean facility all around, Ease of check-in/out. I slept wonderful in the Cal-King bed. I have a weirdness about sleeping in motels/hotels but this is a VERY clean hotel, enough that I did not wear shower shoes when I took a shower and that is saying something. The continental breakfast 'is the business'. Pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns cooked to oder. Fresh fruit and fresh coffee and a nice variety of juices. VERY honest staff, When I left I almost got back to Solvang and realized that I left my main winter jacket and a pullover in the closet and the cleaning crew gave it to front desk to return back to me and these were nice jackets. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The front desk girl is super cool (sorry can't remember her name).

The room had a strange smell, the sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable, the room and the hotel overall had an old ill-maintained look. The front desk clerk wasn’t too welcoming when we checked in late night. In general, it had more like a motel feel unlike other Embassy Suites. So much so that we cut short our 3 night stay to 1 night and moved over to the Hilton Garden Inn across the street. It was a day and night difference, so much better in every respect.

We stayed here while visiting Solvang and Lompoc for the weekend to escape the summer heat. The rooms and facilities we utilized were very clean and well maintained. Each staff interaction that my family and I had was very pleasant as we were greeted with great hospitality and welcoming attitudes. Will absolutely stay here again when I return to the area.

This was our first time staying at Embassy Suites in Lompoc. The rooms are very nice. Their king-size bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed is not. It's nice having a small area to sit and watch tv besides a room with a bed. There are 2 tvs, one in the room with the bed and bathroom, the other in the area with the sofa bed and table. They have a small coffee maker, microwaveand mini fridge in the room. All the rooms in this location are the same. They also have a pool and jacuzzi. They have a fitness center and a small laundry room.

Spa water looked dirty. Staff recommended not to get in. Breakfast bar closes at 10. Showed up at 9:30. No fruit or coffee, pastry’s all gone. We left very disappointed.

I rented 2 rooms for me and my family and there were Issues with toilet and shower in both rooms. Air conditioning unit was also not functioning well and night was really humid. Location is way off from La Purísima Mission and other Lompoc attractions. A wing of the hotel is next to an Alley for the rear of the strip mall where restaurants and business load and unload and there is lots of noise through midnight. If you are looking to rest and don’t mind the noise stay here. Otherwise , look for a less centric area.

The service here is impeccable. From the time I checked in till the time I left, everyone was professional and pleasant all at the same time. I was greeted with a wonderful welcome. The breakfast was delicious. They have Starbucks coffee as well. Plenty of options to have a full breakfast or continental. Fresh omelets as well. The staff did not have any issues with accommodating each and everyone of us. The only reason I gave an overall score of 4 is that the rooms smell old. The water from the sink had an odor as well. Either get the carpets cleaned or switch out the carpets. The headboard had spots on it like it was not cleaned. Check the pipes for the water. But the water in the shower did not have an odor. Thank goodness. Also, it took my co-worker and I 20 min each day to log onto the Wifi to work. One day, I had to literally go down in the lobby to log on and go back to my room because it was taking so long. Please upgrade the Wifi for your guests.

Clean, great staff, and quiet area. Rooms are very clean. It is a dog friendly hotel in Lompoc, one of the few. Reasonable price for the dog fee. It’s about the same price to leave a dog with a sitter as it is to just take the pup with you!

We have been staying here nearly yearly for over 20 years, this stay was a nightmare. I want to say that the same employee's who we see there every year like Randy at the front desk and the older gentleman who is a chef as well as the cleaning and maintenance staff are wonderful, kind people. But the new front desk manager, well this young lady is combative, condescending and the rudest person we have ever encountered at any hotel ever. As a manager her behavior is unforgivable, talking over you on the phone, projecting and accusing us of being combative while we could not even get a word in edge wise and to top it off telling us she was canceling our stay knowing full well that we were staying there as I was recovering for 2 weeks from a major surgery as we travel from Oregon to tend to our healthcare from our friends at Lompoc medical. If not for a general manger who happened to be there she was trying to kick us out because we asked her to stop arguing and being rude. We decided to book the last week at the Hilton across the street where the service was impeccable and no one at the front desk, certainly not the front desk manager at the Hilton acted in what can only be described as ghetto and out of control. It was quite obvious that her new found managerial position she mistaken as a warden position at the local prison, simply put she let her position go to her head and instead of realizing that being a manger means being humble, warm, pleasant and restrained so that people actually want to come back and to set a great example for the other staff. Even though a few years ago they built a beautiful Hilton we still booked our stays in this hotel but we will never stay there again, nee will our friends or family stay there again. It was a very bad experience but it enabled us to find out that the Hilton is so much better and it was actually less money for service and cleanliness that superseded Embassy by miles. We have spent approx 120K over 21 years staying there so we decided to buy a 1/2 acre lot in the country club and build a home so that we can come to that beautiful peaceful town and never ever have our peace and health disrupted by an utterly disrespectful, disgustly rude front desk manager like the one that is presently working there now.

Excellent front Desk staff, easy check-in/out. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable; slept great! We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This hotel needs to be renovated from the lobby and throughout. Popcorn ceilings, curtains shredding, toilets the size for toddlers and outdated furniture is not acceptable and yet we paid premium rate. You advertise "Happy Hour" but it was more like "Sad Hour" no happy music no happy food. I think you need to step up the hospitality in this area. The pool area needs some serious work. If it wasn't for the breakfast and the clean linen I would not have believed I was at an Embassy Suites. Moving forward we will definitely consider other lodging accommodations.

The room were very clean, the pool area safe. Breakfast very good to my taste and the breakfast team very kind and helpful. The only thing there were no towels in the pool area but they bring some as soon we requested for. $25 for city tax it seems to high though.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The daily breakfast choices were outstanding and the fresh/made-to-order omelets were absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the natural sounds of the birds and frogs at night. It was calming.

Great hotel for amenities. Staff was kind, prompt, and courteous. The areas were clean and the rooms were as well. Had an issue in our room with the air conditioner, but they quickly fixed it. The one thing to be aware of is the bathrooms are part of the main bedroom and the sink. If you're staying with others, they will need to access the main bedroom to use the bathroom. That caused some minor inconvenience, but otherwise, everything else was great. The breakfast in the morning is extensive versus the typical free continental breakfast. Rooms had a microwave and refrigerator. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Everyone was accommodating and helpful.
