We
have
been
staying
here
nearly
yearly
for
over
20
years,
this
stay
was
a
nightmare.
I
want
to
say
that
the
same
employee's
who
we
see
there
every
year
like
Randy
at
the
front
desk
and
the
older
gentleman
who
is
a
chef
as
well
as
the
cleaning
and
maintenance
staff
are
wonderful,
kind
people.
But
the
new
front
desk
manager,
well
this
young
lady
is
combative,
condescending
and
the
rudest
person
we
have
ever
encountered
at
any
hotel
ever.
As
a
manager
her
behavior
is
unforgivable,
talking
over
you
on
the
phone,
projecting
and
accusing
us
of
being
combative
while
we
could
not
even
get
a
word
in
edge
wise
and
to
top
it
off
telling
us
she
was
canceling
our
stay
knowing
full
well
that
we
were
staying
there
as
I
was
recovering
for
2
weeks
from
a
major
surgery
as
we
travel
from
Oregon
to
tend
to
our
healthcare
from
our
friends
at
Lompoc
medical.
If
not
for
a
general
manger
who
happened
to
be
there
she
was
trying
to
kick
us
out
because
we
asked
her
to
stop
arguing
and
being
rude.
We
decided
to
book
the
last
week
at
the
Hilton
across
the
street
where
the
service
was
impeccable
and
no
one
at
the
front
desk,
certainly
not
the
front
desk
manager
at
the
Hilton
acted
in
what
can
only
be
described
as
ghetto
and
out
of
control.
It
was
quite
obvious
that
her
new
found
managerial
position
she
mistaken
as
a
warden
position
at
the
local
prison,
simply
put
she
let
her
position
go
to
her
head
and
instead
of
realizing
that
being
a
manger
means
being
humble,
warm,
pleasant
and
restrained
so
that
people
actually
want
to
come
back
and
to
set
a
great
example
for
the
other
staff.
Even
though
a
few
years
ago
they
built
a
beautiful
Hilton
we
still
booked
our
stays
in
this
hotel
but
we
will
never
stay
there
again,
nee
will
our
friends
or
family
stay
there
again.
It
was
a
very
bad
experience
but
it
enabled
us
to
find
out
that
the
Hilton
is
so
much
better
and
it
was
actually
less
money
for
service
and
cleanliness
that
superseded
Embassy
by
miles.
We
have
spent
approx
120K
over
21
years
staying
there
so
we
decided
to
buy
a
1/2
acre
lot
in
the
country
club
and
build
a
home
so
that
we
can
come
to
that
beautiful
peaceful
town
and
never
ever
have
our
peace
and
health
disrupted
by
an
utterly
disrespectful,
disgustly
rude
front
desk
manager
like
the
one
that
is
presently
working
there
now.
