Absolutely loved the stay for 4 days here. It’s located in Candolim. The property is pretty new. 1) As the name suggests it is an luxury apartment with loads of features. 2) You get a hall with balcony and kitchen equipped with all utensils , induction , fridge, microwave, cutlery etc 3) Hall and bedroom both has smart TV and AC and can be operated by universal remote. 4) You get the washing machine, iron, iron table too 5) The interiors are par with any 4-5 star hotel room. 6) Dharma and Vinayak at reception were super helpful. They make guests very comfortable with their co-operative approach. 7) If anyone is planning for a goa trip with Family , this is the best option to consider.

This is an apartment room , exactly the same as shown in the picture, The interior design is very good, they have provided all required amenities like: washing machine, fridge, iron stand, safety lockers, all kitchen items, etc. Rooms were very neat & clean and comfortable.I had spent most of my time in Niar luxury Rooms instead going out. Definitely a best stay at this price. Overall good service and staffs are very cooperative and good in behaviour

A hidden gem! This hotel surpassed all expectations. From the stylish decor to the first-class amenities, every aspect was impressive. Attentive staff and a central location make it a top choice for any traveler. Mr. Vinayak's hospitality was very impressive.

We stayed at Niar luxury Apartments for 11 nights, what a fabulous place ! the apartment did not disappoint, it is very modern with beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. Everything you need is in the apartment, its spacious and in a very convenient place for all the restaurant's and bars in Candolim, its also only five minute walk from the beach. The owner and the staff are responsive to all requests. Would definitely recommend to anyone and hopefully will be going back to stay, If we can get in !! Sure to be one of the best value Luxury Apartments in the area.

We stayed in Nair luxury apartment for 4 days and it's completely fantastic place with beautiful view and centred located in candolim. The rooms are very spotlessly cleaned and worth to stay here.. I would say must stay here at this property if you are planning to visit Goa.

We had a wonderful experience in the day. All the staff were totally sweet and they checked upon our needs time in time. Entire stay was so neat and felt like home. If you guys are visiting North Goa, don't miss this stay. Highly recommended

As the name suggests, it is definitely a luxury Apartment. We took a Deluxe room. It comes with a kitchen attached in hall and a spacious bedroom. We went there with a kid and Infant and felt like home throughout the stay. Shankar Sir (Manager) & Dharma is very polite, humble, Professional and always greets the customer with Smiling face. Positives about this place 1) Very spacious 2) Prime location, just 200 m from Calanguate - Candolim beach road, about 1.5 km from Candolim beach 3) Super Market at the street entrance, good eateries and pubs near by. 4) You get two TVs and ACs, Kitchen has sufficient amount of plates, cutleries, Washing Machine, Fridge, Toaster, Oven 5) Hall has a Sofa which can be converted into bed 6) Balcony with couple of chairs and a small dryer stand to dry your clothes 7) Swimming Pool (small in size though) 8) they help with bike rentals, cab support to/from airport 9) Safe with locker Only negative I would say is that the entry point of the street from the main road is very narrow for about 150-200 metres and then the street widens. Could be bit difficult for new drivers to navigate this place but definitely manageable. Overall I felt it is a very good stay and would recommend to friends and will stay here during my next stay as well.
