I had booked a single BHK apartment in this one from Airbnb for my recent visit to Goa, and I must say I was really impressed with the quality and cleanliness of flats they provide for staying. This one is approximately 2km from baga beach.

A good place to stay with family luxurious apartments i stayed in 2 bhk full fledge kitchen 1200 meters from baga and calangute beaches market at walking distance gated security. Walk to beach around 15 minutes. Having sauna pool facilities.

Today I called for booking 5 members and they initially told me 5000+taxes letter they increased 9000+gst while booking... Worst experienced

Nice Property. Nice Stay Super Host. Will definitely come back soon. It is a quiet place with only the sound of the chirping birds around. It is an idle place to rejuvenate for the busy metro city life. It is like heaven for young couples and families. Enjoy the walk in the clouds, inhale the mist around you and get lost in the mystical surroundings of timeless natural beauty in Cozy Homely Stay. Mr Sapan was extra helpful. Beautiful atmosphere. Two swimming pools. Sufficient parking place. Flats are of big size.

A well-maintained gated community apartment at the prime area of Baga. We stayed here for 4 nights during our trip to Goa and the overall building is nearly maintained. Security at the gate has a protocol to follow which makes it a safe place. The only drawback is that you cannot walk to this apartment late at night due to the lonely roads with street dogs all over the place. If you have a vehicle then all is good. Definitely consider this place for your stay.

Review of flat no 6F7 - Beware with house keeping guy BIRAT. He is a thief can steal any valuable item if you're casual. He has stolen our JBL Extreme 3 Bluetooth speaker during our stay!

Walkable distance to baga beach, very well maintained apartments for a perfect stay.. 5 days stay at apt 1F6 with sunil who was a wonderful care taker ... apartment has all that you need for a family stay...

Housing is of very high quality with a swimming pool, sauna, gym, billiards and security area.
