We had gone with 15 people. Rooms are not maintained properly. Washrooms were not cleaned properly. There was a rat inside. Room with 4 sharing had only single standing fan. TV was not working. Food service was good and also we were served tasty food. Staff was cooperating. But during water activities no guide was provided for us. There was too much rush so we called the owner to send a guide but inturn the owner blocked our contact. It was a very bad gusture from the owner.

We spent night in tent which was unique experience .we had campfire there and also we enjoyed in the pool Nd also gone for tracking..dandeli was a good memory

This location is too far away from the tourist places. If you are looking for this property then book by contacting owner. There is big problem of electricity in case of power cut they use generator but that is not working properly.There are no directional boards of the resort on the street as well as near the resort.

Owner Vishnu is very friendly and helped us lot in getting the package done and travels booked... Rooms are very clean and food is very tasty! Kudos to the team who are working there for giving the best to us !!

We, a group of 34 students and 2 faculty visited the resort on 9.07.2023. The tour package was run by Explore, Kerala. The resort is situated inside a forest area. Ambiance of the surroundings is good. The property has a very good swimming pool having separate area for kids and is filled with chlorinated water. Property is not maintained properly. Dust was present in many places in the rooms including furniture. Many rats were present in some huts. They runs inside the bamboo walls and inside the hut at night. Bed sheets and blankets were not hygienic. Even we spotted droppings of rats and fluid stains on these. They replaced the sheets based on our request. Floors and doors of some huts were worn-out. A bag and a dress were damaged and big holes were made on it by rats with in hours after reaching there. Some bamboo huts have holes though which rats can enter into the huts. Some holes on the walls of some huts are big enough for someone to peep into your privacy. All the bathrooms in the resort doesn't have hot water facility. No soap and shampoo will be given to guests. No hangers were installed in bathrooms. You should be very careful while walking to dining area. The sheet kept in front of the canteen is slippery. Construction of a group of new high rise hut is progressing in the premises. But it will require considerable structural modification by consulting an engineer. Hope they will do necessary changes before admitting guests. Otherwise it will fell down. They supply good quality food for guests. But drinking water is not given in rooms unless it is requested. Always water will be available in the cooler kept in dinning area. I am not at all recommending this place.

Very poor service and unfriendly staff. We had to wait for 1.5 hours just to go inside our room. The food was very mediocre and uninteresting. The pool was dirty and not suitable for swimming.

Some photos depicted are false and misleading i would give 2.6 to 2.8 stars but the location was good but was not maintained properly.When we arrived the beds were dusty and dirty which was covered in plastic cover sheets . The wifi was not accessible that good....

First the positives - Owners are very friendly. Vishnu's mom is a lady with great hospitality. Makes you feel like you have visited your nani ka ghar. Food is good. Place has a enroute forest walk. Which is nice. Price is great and very competitive. The minuses - Place needs cleanliness and maintaince.

Good resort for spending one day and night. The mobiles dobt have network coverage there. The resort is completely in side a forest. There are spots for fishing near by. Foods they are providing are not much tasty. They give the facilities and chicken for barbeque. The place is very cold. The bathroom facilities are ok, means they are not properly maintained.Hit water facility is not working the most of the toilets.there are kiaking spots near by which is a nice experiece. The water in the pool is not so good. The area is full of mud splashes, and claycovered. Our clothes will always get spoiled.

Hi all we had family trip on 30/12/2021 to 1/1/2022 . Loved the different type of accommodation suggested by owner Mr.vishnu . Loved the stay in tent . Also like appreciate the kitchen staff for homely food and helping me with my option as I was traveling with my daughter who is small whole staff was polite and courteous . Loved the place of resort surrounded by jungle amazing place . Just little things need to improved is indoor activities like carmboard need to be replaced and due to cleaning process we got pool Access late . Good place for trip close to nature. Loads of applause for kitchen staff. I don't remember the name but lady cook amazing food.

Well, it was a pleasant stay. The place has a nice ambience and is surrounded by natural beauty. They have rooms as well as Tents. The tent is usually shared between two people but you can demand for a single person if it's available. They have well kept Bathrooms and toilets. The food provided is nice. You have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Non veg option is available only for dinner. They also have bonfire at night. The other leisure activities include Cricket, Volleyball, Archery, Chess, Carrom and rope swings. The details of the package are mentioned on their site. They have good guides too for trekking and sight seeing in the forest and the other things in Dandeli. Best time to go might be in winter. I went in summer but still had a blast. Oh btw, there's no mobile network except for BSNL. And it kinda makes the whole experience special..

Very nice and beautiful resort...But the way to reach here is complete offroad..... rest of the food, stay, campfire everything is good Washrooms are well maintained....But the condition of the pool is very bad...The tiles on the ground are broken and the water is not changed daily.

This place has my heart… the resort is so well maintained.. food is so yumm… fells like home food.. & the owner is so friendly & supportive... if u inform them before they cook whatever u need… The name itself is “jungle resort” & it mean it, it is situated inside the forest.. as we find difficulty in finding the location the owner (Vishnu) directly came & took us along with him…so no fear about scams or other thing…If u wanna stay in forest or jungle u can definitely opt this one…

Awesome place to enjoy but traveling in night to any place outside dandeli is bit scary and going to this place is bit tedious because of bad roads but overall nice place to spend time. Property owner is very humble to help so do contact him before reaching the place for the proper guidance. Food and rooms are also good.

Please don't book this property, the food is totally bakwas and you cannot expect any service from the staff and the owner O my god you will not imagine he has a very bad attitude, you will see cats and dogs licking the plates in the dining room. this place is very far from the city and the roads are so horrible you cannot travel in a car the staff dont know how to behave with the customers. So I kindly request you people don't book this property. We bocket for 2 days by Taj Tak but we vacated the property for one day so please take care

Super place to stay. We tried their brake fast, vegetable lunch and dinner. The dinner is so tastety, with barbique. The place is so cold. So I love to stay. If you want to stay there you should kept sweaters. Their camp fire is also superb.

Worst experience had ever, i went to the resorts with my friends. Rooms were not maintained well and getting bad smell inside the rooms. Termites also there inside the room. Don't give total money at the beginning, if any activities are not available then they won't return money back. Also resort is very far away from water activities, very dangerous place. Power issues also there.

If you want to live in the jungle then it is perfect location, food taste is good, that's why I give 5 star ratings for the family, the location is good, the service is good, I can't say enough about the service, we must come again.

What to say. Starting from the booking. The owner of the resort( Vishnumurthy Rao) is such a nice man. We got late and checked in at around 10pm and we were lacking to complete everything included in the package and some extra outdoor activities. He helped us in every way he can to make our trip awesome. Apart from that the food at the resort is very very homely and tasty. Thanks to the resort staff. They are very helpful and supporting. Thanks to the guy named Abhishek for keeping our stay comfortable throughout.
