Best Holiday ever!!! Villa Calangute 12 is such a wonderful place to stay, spacious, very clean, inside and outside, great pool...We were a Family of 8 people from England and Germany and stayed for 10 days, everyone of us absolutely loved it. Great Location just A short walk from the beach and restaurants. A big Thank you to Rosy and Arun for housekeeping, you made us feel very special as you are always happy and friendly and very helpful!! Thank you Felix as well for great Support , we are definitely coming Back!

Perfect place to stay at in Calangute. While they have multiple villas, we stayed in phase 10 and 17 it was beautiful. Big and comfortable and surprisingly well made, inside and out. Considering our family size, turned out to be economical as well! Well maintained, service was prompt and timely. We were a family of 15 (mix of senior citizens, kids, teens and adults) and during our stay, did not face any issues at all. Villa is in the lane that leads to Calangute beach and is a 4-5 minutes leisurely walk. All the essential shops, restaurants, etc. are in very close vicinity. Mr.Anil, the property manager really is hands-on to ensures everything runs smoothly. Big shout out to him

One of the best villas in Goa to stay with family. It’s very near to Calangute and baga beaches . The nearby restaurants food is also good.I would recommend this villa if you have large families moreover the manager Felix is very friendly and coperative. The cooks are also good . Overall it’s a great place to stay in the Goa.

We had a great experience at this resort, Best property in goa for friends and family. Loved the ambience and the Service rendered to us by Felix and his team even though we were too lazy the staff really knew we were in relax mode. Everyone was very helpful and cleaned our rooms well. Villa Calangute is well situated.. just 2 mins walk from the Calangute Beach. We were a group of 16 friends staying in PHASE-5 It was in fact better than what it looked like in the photos and we were very pleased with the spaciousness of the rooms and the Villa in general. Everything is just as its mentioned on their official website. We would love to come back here again. Also, we would be glad to recommend this place to our friends.

Our stay Villa Calangute was truly Awesome... !!! All their villas are bundled with alot of fun. They have professional chefs, organize bornfires 🔥 and BBQs on request. We had booked this villa for 6 people and are very happy to say that the villa was very beautifully designed and maintained. The staff and manager were very helpful to us. Very neat and tidy kitchen and pool.We would love to come back.

We have visited this Villa it has been its own unique style of structure, the rooms and passageways are well decorated with different portraits and with hygiene cleaning and staff is very co operative and we have enjoyed the property it was excellent thank💐💐

We visited Villa calangute for workaction with a team of 23+ , the place boast of tidy rooms, a swimming pool , and basketball count and other activities like carrom, pool, TT, fooseball etc. It has a big dine cum sit area to accomodate 30 people with ease. One of the nice features is you can book a cook for your stay and he would cook as per your needs. Overall the team enjoyed a lot and Felix was a wonderful host! Its 10 mins walk to calangute beach .

Best place to stay if you are going in big group. Property is amazing . We were 22 person stayed in villa phase 5 . Beach is on walking distance staff is very good . If you are planning to stay there must hire the chef mr.gautam in this villa . Villa management will hire him for you with additional charges .

Awesome stay. The chef Goutam is India’s best chef. He has so much of experience in all the variety of dishes. Other staff are very cooperative.

Ranjan the head chef, Gem of chap, awesome cook, amazing human being and good guide. An asset to villa. He had made our stay as comfortable as house. Mr anil and support staff were very helpful.

Had been here two years ago, amazing luxurious villa, with a private swimming pool, close to the market and not far away from calangute beach. Best for a a group trip with multiple families, kitchen is functional with a cook available at extra cost or the restaurants deliver to the place too.

We were a group of 9 friends stayed for 4 nights. Everything from check to check out was superb. Nice central location. Beautiful spacious villa with big kitchen and living room. Great infrastructure. Felix the manager was superb. Very cooperative. Can arrange everything on a call. Damyanti always smiling and prompt. Will visit again. Great fun great place. 10/10

We were a group of 27 of us and had booked phase 11 & 12. Must say property is made beautifully and the rooms are very spacious. The manager assigned is always available on call and provides all help . We used the cook service which was also very good. In all we had a good and a comfortable time and highly recommend it.
