Bad experience. First of all sales girl do not have any politeness in talking as if they are doing favour in showing us ornaments. We come there to see because we are going to spend our money not yours so always be polite and humble. I told one of sales girl I want to gift someone so show me something in less gram. She kept on telling me whenever I told her to show me products that’s not in your budget. Very rude . Went upstairs there was another sample. Finally I bought a chain which was what I was looking for, taught of checking some more gold ornaments for me but the girl upstairs was in such hurry as it was 7:30pm their closing time very rude as if I asked her kidney . Hope the owner of shop know what his customers are going through. Your sales girls need to learn to talk to customers not show attitude. Ji

Such bunch of useless sales people found here. no proper response .. Really don't know what the shop owner and Sales manager are doing having such sales people .These sales people are not interested in working there i guess so.. pathetic and bad experience..since no sales people responded us properly we came out and then we got our jewels in Jagannath pednekar shop a small one but such good experience..Next time if any of our country People are treated badly or ill treated il ensure youl be responded accordingly.. Horrible experience with these scammers. They fooled me with some cheap silver zircon diamond set (RS 11000) which turned black (it wasnt even worn and was kept in their box) and it was given for polishing at least 3 times .. and when I asked for my money back they paid me 8500 and said 25% was cut coz I used it ! The staff is extremely rude and service is horrible . I won't ever visit these scammers again nor would I recommend Ulhas to anyone. It's just not with me but they also scam other people. Most horrible experience ever.

The staff is rude and utterly crass. They are very lazy and lack basic customer service skills. My family used to buy gold here but after my most recent interaction with them, I don't think I ever plan on going there again. I did buy my jewellery from Raikar jewellers though, it's a minutes' walk from Ulhas and have the most amazing collection and even lovelier people.

Went there a short while ago with family. Elegant and immaculate, extravagant and stunning, I didn’t think I’d be as enamoured by the sheer beauty and intricacy of the designs, as much as my family! Couple of things, the entrance is beautiful and the staff dress code is subtle and classy, extremely well trained and polite staff that took very good care of my family and made sure that my family was comfortable 👍🏽 We were fortunate enough to meet the owners of the store and, one of the largest gold based families in Goa and India, Vikram Verlekar Ji and his brother and their parents’. Vikram and his family was extremely soft mannered and well spoken and, it was quite humbling to see a person and family of such stature, treat each and every customer with utmost care and respect, truly humbling 👏🏽 You know there are times that there are so many good things available at a place, it becomes difficult to choose one and you really want all! Somehow we controlled ourselves and purchased a few pieces of jewellery for the time being, but not before we promised the owner’s and staff that we would be back very soon 🤞🏽
