Bait & Switch - SCAM LISTINGS! We stayed here back in May, and paid for a large room with a queen bed and a twin bed, and lots of natural light. Instead, we got 3 twin beds in 2 tiny rooms, with a shared bathroom. The room was poorly lit and dark. When I talked to the staff and showed them our booking and the online listing + description, they said no such rooms existed. There was also loud construction noise everyday. For the $350 USD we paid, this is completely unacceptable. Take your money elsewhere. Lyngby and other towns near Copenhagen have honest places with much better value for your money.

The price is high for what you get, even if the place is in the centre of the city and close to the train station (Lyngby St.). When you rent a room with share bathroom (if this is your case), you are mentally prepared for struggling with availability but not with bad conditions and dirtiness of the bathrooms. The bathroom are not in the best conditions with house quality (not commercial quality). The room I got, had not curtain in the window. The bathrooms have not any hanger or shelf for putting temporally your things. You have to juggle while you are inside in the very small available and dirty room. The hotel is full automated in the access. When you rent a room, you get a password-number for getting in the building and later into your rented room. There a access card is waiting you as additional support. Seems that the hotel owners reduced the labour at its maximum from the automatic-system. This is also clear to me when I arrived to the hotel and the beverages envelops in the room where opened, meaning that there is not to much care about room contents. I will not recommend this hotel for families, people with restrictions in accessibility and movement and elderly individuals.

The hotel is located conveniently close to Lyngby railway station. However when I arrived the place seemed to be under renovation. There's nobody about to ask. The only reference was a small note next were fairly innocuous door. I had to phone the number and convince somebody that I was the case that they were expecting. Eventually I was let in. The room was very small but it had good facilities and was clean. Because of the renovation they went outside facilities for dinner or breakfast. Maybe once the renovations are complete it'll be a different situation, but I did not have particularly good today because of the problems at arrival.

We stayed at a very nice apartment across from the hotel. Everything was either (pretty) good or perfect with the exception of the noise from the traffic. Especially the suppliers of the supermarket start very early in the morning and the grumble and beeping of their lorries is/was a bit (too) much....

Nothing Short of FRAUD The hotel room listing showed a big, well lit room with a queen bed and a twin. 350USD for two nights. What we got: They gave us 2 tiny rooms, dark and barely lit with a shared bathroom, saying that they only have these single bedded rooms. When we asked if they could move us to the room we booked they told us they have no rooms like that. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My mother stayed here in December to visit me, and I booked her a room because this place was close by. But what you get here is an insult to every actual hotel and still 80€ per night! It starts with no own bathroom and no room cleaning service. But it continues with wrong information about the opening times for the front door and my mother was only able to get in at 21.00!! because she asked for a key upfront. The door was promised to be open until 22.00. The best part is that the shower in the shared bathroom was clogged, so that the bathroom was continuously flooded. Never again.

Okay rooms. Windows are not very good at dampening the noise from outside. Lots of busses driving past the hotel so can be a bit hard to fall asleep. Also I don't think the amount of showers are sufficient to cover all the guests/rooms.

Pretty much what it says on the tin. In-fact, we were possitively surprised. For the price, it was spacious, well renovated, elegant and well run. Modern and sleek, we stayed twice in a week, first with shared bath/kitchen, which were clean and well-equipped, then in a corner room with a kitchenette and bathroom. All perfect and both corner rooms (someone from our party stayed in the other one) had good views.

Nice place to get a bed and some sleep, I am okay with shared bath and toilet in the hallway and I love the simplicity with a door code to the entrance and the room 😁

Nice rooms but ONE SHARED SHOWER for the entire floor (15 rooms) is insane, two shower rooms didn’t work, just one!

Super place! Dead centre of Lyngby, nice rooms, good service. No lift though, so unless you like stairs its a no go.

Nice clean simple room. The curtains didn't go down all the way but besides it was okay

A kind of hostel. No breakfast and no private bathroom. Price is too high, poor hygiene. Nice location.

Plus points:- cheap, in the town centre, free parking directly outside Minus points:- unclear how to get in to hotel! Required a phone call as this hotel was unmanned.

OK hotel. Shared bathroom toilet and kitchen. If you are OK with that the hotel. Is fine. Does need a bit attention. Premesis feels old.

In front of my window was a ventilation system running sometimes during night. If you prefer silent nights make sure you don't get this room. Rooms in general are nice and I recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the station and not spend to much money.

Arrived this afternoon and we are absolutely delighted with our 2 bedroom family accommodation. Tried the restaurant tonight and the food was fabulous too and with the residents discount really competitive. Would highly recommend this hotel to families as a great place to stay. Great hotel in a great location.
