Disclaimer: I didn't stay here so can't give a full review. However, I did visit the sports bar one evening and had a really enjoyable time. The atmosphere was great and it was such a nice place to socialise with new people. The resort is owned by a family originally from Australia who are very personable and welcoming, and I got the impression that they truly care about ensuring that their guests have a great experience. Whether you're an Australian or Kiwi in Vila wanting to catch up on your sport from home, or if you're just looking to make new friends from all over the world, you'll be made to feel at home by the owners Daniel, Irene and family. Owned and run by an Australian family. Everything is up to scratch. I recommend it. 12 minute walk to the center of Port Vila but in a quiet location. Great swimming pool and deck. My room was excellent and a fair price.

We stayed 2 times in this nice & comfortable resort during our trip in Vanuatu. Daniel and his family are great hosts and always ready to help you. It has clean bathrooms with hot showers, good beds, a small kitchen with fridge and a fast laundry service. The refreshing pool has lagoon views and the sportsbar serves pizza's, burgers and a dilicious steaksandwitch. mini busses into town and Pango (Nice beach) stops in front and costs 150,-Vuv. We dined here for dinner. I received my meal of chicken parmigiana in good time but then my partner had to wait over an hour after I'd finished eating for his meal of a pizza. Apparently there's not many pizza ovens but a table who ordered after us received 3 pizzas before ours arrived. We enquired with the owner who really didn't seem to care and waved it off saying it would would arrive eventually. The service was absolutely shocking for an Australian owner I'd expect better. NOTE: THIS WAS ON A QUIET WEDNESDAY NIGHT NOT THE 2-1 PIZZA NIGHT

Great place. Extremely friendly. The proprietor Dan is conscientious and always helpful with advice and suggestions. Rooms spacious, spotless.

Went there to watch rugby and have dinner with family. Delicious food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. Great place! Absolutely delicious burgers, we had the cheese burger, grilled chicken burger and the works burger, plates were cleaned!! Kids had a few different things and ate all there food also!

Exceeded expectations. Dan is a great host: friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. He’s Aussie and knows what’s important to tourists, so it was the most straightforward experience I had in Vanuatu. The location is peaceful, rooms have what you need, and I even slept well on NY Eve! The nearest nice beach is 15-20 mins by bus/taxi (bus fare 150 Vatu). Bus to airport cost me 500 Vatu on NY Day (more than listed price but still <US$5). Recommend.

HIDDEN GEM! This place is great. From the roadside it looks like an empty building, particularly during the day. Don't be fooled! We came here to watch the all blacks vs lions match and the whole place came ALIVE! A terrific pork roast, a friendly family run bar along good old fashioned sports bar lines, that you can't find anymore, and we were in heaven! We didn't stay here so can't comment on the rooms but Andrew tells me they have been open 12 months now and are planning additions. In our books all you need for a good stay are friendly well-meaning hosts and the rest will fall into place. That's what this place has. Plus a knock out view!

Good for beer lovers, Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays is when beer is on happy hour. Place to chill with mates, nice ocean view with cool breeze.

Good food, nice bar and a great view of the Lagoon. Good spot to go for drinks and a meal after work, or to watch sport on the big screen. Parking is a little tricky as you have to park on the street.

Vanuatu was quiet when we were there however Dan and his family made us feel like part of the family and we had a great time. They have so much local knowledge and even took us on a bike trip- round the island. Would highly recommend to backpackers (they have dorms rooms) and people that want a lovely getaway

Unfortunately not the best experience. Place was quite over priced for what it is. Upon booking it is said a continental breakfast is included however please note this is cornflakes and milk and bread. (A toaster is provided to toast your bread if you prefer) I would suggest if you decided to stay here to ensure all valuables and money is locked away or with you when you are out of your room. On a good note the owners are extremely friendly and accomodating. Food is same priced as all other resorts and restaurants. Food is very nice

Stayed here for almost 6 weeks, can’t fault it at all. Great owners/hosts, great food, rooms, and view of the lagoon. Close to hospital if you’re working there, and everything you need is within a 20min walk. Cheers guys!!
