So, you want service? Then this place takes the cake!! The hotel is only small (36 people Max, no kids) but the rooms are beautiful and brilliant. The service is impeccable, and the food is, well, you can't beat it. Plenty of choices and menus are different each day. Plenty to do outside .. whatever you like to do. Seriously, this place is a real gem, and if you go here, you will definitely not be disappointed..at all.

The Havannah is an idyllic location for a couples getaway. We spent seven nights in a Lagoon Villa where our villa opened directly onto the private pool shared with three other villas but was still very private, and was separate to the main resort pool. The rooms are well appointed with streaming etc., and are cool and comfortable. The resort itself is really lovely and reflects local custom and the tropical environment. The staff are remarkable with the constant Vanuatu smile always present and no issue too much trouble. The dining is a highlight with exceptional healthy options for all three daily meals plus afternoon tea. This is great because you can stay wholly within the resort for your stay without having to venture out if you wish. There are a range of activities and outings away from The Havannah to sample and a daily shuttle to Port Vila to explore further. We visited the Turtle Sanctuary; and, had a beach picnic on another day, both on Moso Island which is only ten minutes boat ride across Havannah Harbour. I have to give a shout out to the Manager Raj who is welcoming, on top of everything going on, and adds his personal touch to ensuring that you are aware of all that the resort and the location have to offer. And, the local staff really do make The Havannah and your holiday very special. The Havannah is outstanding, and in our view, one of the best resorts in the Pacific.

My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at The Havannah Vanuatu, and I can honestly say it was the best holiday experience we've ever had. The resort's waterfront location is simply breathtaking, and from the moment we arrived, the exceptional staff made us feel like royalty. The rooms were a true sanctuary of comfort and luxury, and the culinary delights served at the resort's restaurant exceeded our expectations at every meal. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate our special occasion. During our week-long stay, we indulged in a myriad of activities, from sailing and snorkelling to the enchanting sunset cruises. The live entertainment added a lovely touch to our evenings, and the UNESCO Tour and private picnic lunch were unforgettable highlights. The only regret we had was that our stay was just one week—we could have easily stayed for two! The Havannah Vanuatu is an oasis of relaxation, ideal for adults seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We're already planning our return visit because this resort truly offers paradise on Earth. We stayed for 5 nights in a pool villa and had an amazing stay. Beautiful location, friendly staff, great facilities and tours. The food was fantastic. As vegetarians we were thrilled with the dedicated vegetarian menu for lunch and dinner every day. Highly recommended. Would love to go back.

The staff at The Havannah really went out of their way to make this an amazing hotel experience. Nothing was too much trouble, with five star luxury villas; a world-class restaurant serving thoughtful, tasty meals; and a glorious setting on the beach.

We stayed here for 7 nights for our honeymoon. Our stay was just perfect from start to finish! The location, room, service, food, and everything in between was amazing! We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s not just a hotel room you are getting, but a full experience with the best service you are ever likely to find. If you do stay here, be sure to book the Lelepa Island day tour. It was one of the best things we have ever done!

The Havannah Vanuatu is located northwest of Port Vila and is around a 30-40 minute drive from town. Me and my family went to the Havannah as day guests. We went there with the goal of relaxing and enjoying our Sunday afternoon having a drink and snacks. Be aware that their age policy allows for people ages 16 and above. The weather was perfect, not too hot not too cold, we sat there for hours enjoying our afternoon, looking out onto the water that glistened with the sun's rays. For the afternoon I ordered an English breakfast tea and a cheesecake, my mom got a strawberry milkshake and my father got a glass of sauvignon blanc, he would have gotten a cup of coffee, sadly their coffee machine broken down the day before and hadn't yet been fixed. The English breakfast was well presented, the teapot and milk cup were clean, and they gave the perfect amount of water ratio needed for the tea. The cheesecake was unexpected, usually when ordering cheesecake we would receive a crumble base with creme cheese, however, Havannah's cheesecake was very literal. They used cake a layers with creme cheese which was a new experience, but I still enjoyed it very much with my tea. The milkshake was also very nice according to my mother. Overall service was excellent, the staff were friendly and well trained. They conversed and made us feel very welcome. I was very happy with my experience going to The Havannah Vanuatu, and would definitely recommend others to go and have an afternoon there or even spend a night.

we called in here for sunset cocktails and we wish we had been able to stay the night, it looked amazing. All the guests seems super relaxed and happy. Our cocktails were great and food delicious. The grounds and outlook are beautiful. The only thing that was weird was the lovely music playing was a free Spotify account, so lots of advertisements to have a Spotify account! Strange, this is a high end and expensive resort, surely they can cough up the money to buy a spotify account!!

Absolute heaven. For a perfect couple getaway this gorgeous resort is the place. We are seasoned travellers and stayed at many 5 star resorts but this is elite. The food here is impeccable- blow your mind amazing. The service is faultless. The crystal waters are full of colourful fishies- snorkel straight of the beach. The day spa will leave you melting. My husband can't believe a place like this exists. If your looking for an adults only experience, this is it. 3hrs from Sydney, 30min transfer will get you to the ultimate flop and drop.
