Great place for lunch. Great view and good breeze

I must say I feel very controversial about this place. It looks beautiful, the pool, the garden, the rooms. The staff is super nice and the girls from the restaurant and bar are just amazing. Very clean. BUT for the price that you pay it’s ridiculous what some parts of the service provided is. The wifi big issue. It says free Wi-Fi, but it does not work at all. Forget about getting reception in your room. Even in the common area it barley works, don’t even think you can sit here and work on your laptop impossible. Until I told them to please get me some credit to top up my phone, the manager only told me well that’s how it is. No trying of finding solution. Which is insane for the price you pay per night. Regarding the breakfast, it’s also a joke. For a continental breakfast which basically is cornflakes with milk or yogurt, bread with jam and peanut butter. I mean no fruits no nothing which is again insane if you look at what you pay, and what the breakfast is in lodges where you pay 1/5 per night. The value for what you get is so out of proportion. Which is quiet upsetting because it could be a amazing place. I payed for some laundry to get done, the price is ok 1,200 vat per basket. But even after 30h I kept asking for it, it came back humid and all clothing smelled bad and some of the items had clearly big stains of detergent on it. Few white items didn’t looked proper cleaned. Whenever I searched for someone at the reception there is no one, and the staff from the bar is left alone needing to take care of things that are clearly not their tasks. Which makes it difficult getting things booked or getting info from the reception. The massage is not worth for the price, it feels like she didn’t learned proper how to give massages and feels like a rip of for 5.000 vat. Which is sad, got very excited about them offering massages because I was definitely in need of one. It has a lot of potential but well

Super friendly staff and great owners! Rooms are a bit Spartan with loud grinding noises when you flush a toilet and basin that leaked when filled. Comfortable bed and clean towels etc. It's a pretty classic 3 star motel with a 4 star restaurant. Portions are generally expensive and small but quite well prepared.

A beautifully appointed lodge with fabulous views. We stayed with a dive group and I highly recommend this as an option. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, yoghurt and house made banana bread in addition to toast and cereal.

A great accommodation facility with a very friendly and efficient staff plus it has great views.

A great place with awesome view of the sea! Kim and Ben the hosts are very nice and welcoming. The room was clean, and the facility as well. The food was bit pricey compared to other restaurants in the area, but the quality seems good (we tried one thai curry). The only thing i wish it could be better is laundries. We had to wait for the laundries to be done 24hrs after asking multiple times, and unless you specifically say you want to use dryer, they won’t use it. 1200 Vatus seems pricey if this is only for the washer

Been a few years since a visit to Deco Stop. And that has been too many. Such an awesome view, amazing staff, stunning accom....and as far as the restaurant goes! Number 1. Great food, the best cocktails, and damm cold beer. A big Tankyu Tumas to the staff, and the sensational hospitality by hosts and owners Ben and Kim. A top tip - the once a month Curry Night is epic. A must do if you are Santo when it's on.

Stayed at the deco lodge for our honeymoon. Staff and owners were lovely, in a great spot and overall great service.

Clean and tidy rooms. Great service and amazing food. Beautiful view and location very close to main part of town. Not far from milllion dollar point for some amazing snorkeling and Kim and Ben and staff are more than happy to help organize tours. Great experience!

We were with a big scuba diving group from Adelaide and a small group of us were placed at a different hotel to the rest by the travel agent. The delightful Kim went out of her way to help with all our challenges that we faced while in Santo. Thank you Kim, you went above and beyond, without you I don’t know how we would have coped. There was nowhere else to get the help but you came through every time. The rooms are old but clean and comfortable. The pool and dining area is modern and very comfortable. The food was delicious. All staff contributed to a comfortable stay. It is a bit of a walk to town and the best and cheapest way to get there is by taxi, they are going past all the time.

I loved my stay here. It's a relatively compact resort but there's a pool, bar, restaurant, and view all right there. Plus the owners, Kim and Ben, are really friendly and will help you arrange everything you need for your trip. They are a little ways uphill from the town, but still within walking distance. All the tours know where it is and can pick you up from here.

My Husband and I stayed at deco Stop in August 2013. So what can I say. Million dollar view, the best view in louganville. The room was very basic but clean and comfortable with.....a million dollar view. The food was great and the cocktails a must. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the owners Kim and Ben made us feel welcome and very at home. The pool...awesome. This is an ideal spot for part or all of your stay on santo.

I stayed at Deco stop during July and enjoyed my stay. The facilities are a little aged but well maintained. The cage for diving gear with cleaning facilities was particularly useful. Despite being out of town, it actually lies quite close to a main road which makes it very easy to catch a cheap taxi in to town for 100vt and catching one back is just as simple. They provide bathroom and beach towels which can be replaced as needed/daily. My room had basic tea and coffee making facilities as well as a small fridge. The view out is excellent. The restaurant is rated highly but, depending on your taste, it may not be that enjoyable. It is a little expensive and similar to what you would pay back home.

We stayed at Deco Stop Lodge for a group dive trip. Super friendly staff. The owners, Kim and Ben welcomed us and we available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for accommodation on Santo. Ate at the restaurant many times and never had a meal that disappointed. The sticky date pudding is delicious!
