Bad place. Felt unsafe here and found the manager intimidating. The manager and owner is the older man with no hair and was not friendly, we do not recommend this place

We stayed at Turtle Bay Beach House as a family. We are 2 adults and have 2 late teens. We were picked up at the airport and transported directly to our accommodation. The position of the accommodation is second to non, being right on the water. There is a beautiful jetty over the water and a huge hammock beside it, which is shaded by a massive overhanging tree. Facilities include a well stocked kitchen, bikes, kayaks and snorkelling gear. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Our host Alex could not have been more helpful in providing inform and suggesting activities during our stay. We would happily return.Hayley and Neill.

Amazing place for lunch if passing through. Definitely eat here rather than Port Olry as options are limited up there! Affordable for an upmarket place with very high quality meals for 1700-2500 vatu

Great location, directly to the water. You don't have a breakfast or restaurant on-site (nearby bay Lodge at 5 minute walk) But you can make your own food using outside BBQ ! Don't forget to bring your groceries. And a nice thing when you're (long) away from home: free laundry !

We had such a good time here. There's three seperate places in one - all seperate but on the same block - but it didn't feel cramped. Kitchen has all the mod cons, there's good boardgames, snorkels, paddle boards, kayaks etc. Willy was super helpful at driving us around and suggesting things to do. We had a couple of days just seeing the sights nearby via kayak. There's even heaps to see in the water in front of the place if you give it time. The deck and giant net/hammock (and the tree above it) are incredible. I could (and did) spend hours and hours there reading and relaxing.

Amazing location, great facilities, can almost just stay at the beach house the whole holiday!

Stayed in this glorious place in March 2019 with my lovely sisters... the manager was superb looking after us when a power pole was struck and electricity went out.. the concept of the units and friendliness and efficiency was beyond fantastic.

Stayed there in 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed it! Bungalow was clean and had everything you needed. The layout was very well thought out and the giant hammock was a joy! Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We had amazing stay at the Turtle bay beach bungalow in April 2018. Everything went smoothly, the views to the bay are so beautiful! Kayaking was our favorite activity.

Hi Alex, Thanks for having us in 2017. Not sure if you remember us but we turned up on your door and you welcomed us into your place. Alex and his family were extremely hospitable, welcoming, and extremely passionate about Vanuatu making the stay one of the highlights of our trip.

We would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We booked out the whole place to accommodate two families and absolutely fell in love with the place. We were well looked after and everyone enjoyed their stay. We will be back in the future.

Our stay at the Turtle Bay Beach House was so relaxing and refreshing, we'd recommend it without hesitation. The TBBH is quite new, as reflected in the facilities and furnishings, down to the soft new towels! We had access to plenty of equipment (Kayaks,Stand up paddle boards, snorkeling gear, bikes) as well as the hammock over the water. Facilities such as the laundry were convenient and if we needed to arrange a trip into town, it was a quick and easy call. There was plenty of room for my family of 5, both inside and outside. Everything is clean and very well maintained by some wonderful, friendly people, of whom we got to know a little over the 5 days. If you don't feel like cooking, they will even prepare an delicious banquet that will leave you very satisfied and impressed! Not too far away are several water holes for some crystal clear, fresh water swimming. Boat trips or kayaking tours down rivers are easily arranged should you wish to explore the surrounds. The owner Alex was able to help us plan several outings and this ensured our stay was relaxing, but filled with amazing and fun things to do. Thank you Alex! I recommend Turtle Bay Beach House if you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful time enjoying this beautiful part of Vanuatu. Plenty to do in waterfront comfort!

Beautiful setting along turtle Bay. Very well equipped kitchen with lots of cooking appliances and everything you need to prepare meals if you desire. Free kayaks and SUP, wifi is also good. Just be aware there is no air conditioning here, so in humid months can be difficult to sleep as well as nearby animals awake Very early in the am... Think Roosters! Very friendly staff and transportation options.

My husband myself and 2 friends stayed at Turtle Bay Beach House 2years ago and had the time of our lives. Alex and his staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house was really well equipt with everything you could possibly wish for. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. It is in a great location too. The view was to die for and the deck and large hammock net over the water was just the place to relax and unwind after a fun filled day. There were kiacks to use at your leisure or you could have an organised trip with Alex to see some of the most beautiful blue holes in Santo. Transport was no problem as you just walked to the gate and wave down a taxi or organise with staff for a day trip to some of the amazing places near by. There are many places to eat and dine close by. There is also a BBQ on the deck for you too use if you want to eat in. Highly recommend staying here for the most relaxed and chilled holiday ever. The accomodation was beautiful and the location is spectacular. The staff onsite were fantastic and anything we needed was just a phone call away. Our transfers were seamless. Fantastic place to stay and have recommended to friends who then have gone and had the same amazing experience. We will be back later on the year.

Exceptionally beautiful! Great location, stayed for 4 days with my kids in the main house. The kitchen was very well equiped. There was as an amazing selection of movies and music, something for all our tastes. Loved being able to practice yoga on the SUP’s. Water in the bay is perfect, crystal blue and calm. Staff and owner made us feel at home. Highly recommend

No one would let us in or answer the phone. Really disappointing.

I stayed here with two friends in January and we all absolutely loved it. The manager Willie and his family were very attentive and friendly to us for the duration of the trip and the location itself is amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here, probably the best location in santo!

A magical location in paradise. The rooms are beautiful and sparkling clean. We woke up looking at the sunrise over the quiet bay. Each day we paddled out and explored from our doorstep! The team there are caring, informative and welcoming-we will be back!
