Screen wise Review: IMAX: Screen 1 (October 2023) You may enjoy it, if it is your first IMAX experience :) I have visited many good IMAX screens in India. But ladies and gentlemen this is not even close. The technology they have is almost 6 to 7 years old. Pathetic seats. Leg room was fine. Projection has some issues. Ordinary sound. I didn’t get any excitement for the screen size as I’m a regular visitor to INOX BIGPIX. Of course the screen height is slightly higher than BIGPIX. But No immersive feel at all. So waste of money. Please prefer INOX BIG PIX or VR MALL PVR PIXEL. I haven’t visited Palazzo IMAX yet. But highly disappointed with LUXE IMAX. Screen 5: (Dec 2. 2023) Smaller screen. But better than Marina mall smaller screens. Equipped with Dolby 7.1 sound system. Seats are getting older. I loved the projection quality. I believe it is laser RGB. Overall good. Ads before the movie can be avoided. Screen 9: (June 4 - 2023) Screen quality is really good and clear projection. Good Sound as well. But you don't believe me, there was no AC throughout the 1st half of 'Good Night' movie. Hall was housefull and people started feeling suffocation. Really pathetic. Also they are poorly maintaining toilet. Is it running by INOX? or some highway motel contractor I don't know.

One of the best "Large Screen Experiences" and also at the same time one of the worst "Sound Experience" you'll get. Not even for instance you'll get to feel dolby atmos, irrespective of the position you are sitting in the entire theater. I saw only two booms boxes at left and right corners for entire audi 😵 which is dumb. So sounding will ruin your large screen experience Seating is excellent, Best place to enjoy N13-14 Maintenance is good nothing to complain here Overall, Screen 5/5 Maintenance - 4.5/5 Sound - 2/5 Seating - 4.5/5 Location - 5/5 Enjoy the Imax Experience and revise how did you felt 🙏😇

We visited the Luxe Theatre for a movie, and although it was once a pleasant experience, we noticed issues in Screen 9 where some seats were worn, and the bathrooms were not well-maintained. While the overall ambiance is appealing, the food service is satisfactory. However, it seems that the theatre may not be receiving proper maintenance lately.

Nice ambience and high end theaters. Weekends are crowded. Arrive early to get enough time to get the food in the food counter so you won’t miss the beginning of the movie. I loved their veggie puff and popcorn

Never expected such a cheap maintanence from pvr.. Local theater is much clean and wel maintained comparing to this.. This theater in Phenix market city Velachery is disgrace to PVR. Its like stepping inside local busstand govt restroom.. Dancing seat..most of the seats are damaged.. So mny patches. seat which hurts the back.. Management should take immediate action to fix it..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ambience and theatre experience good. Bag handling staff need to be more cautious and responsible. First they said laptop not allowed we will hold it, for which I agreed, but when I return they had no clue where the baggage was and spent 15 min searching. It's been thrown out in a corner. When I ask them , they happily show a board saying baggage is not our responsibility if it's lost. If you can't guarantee that, start allowing them inside the theatre hall. You have ensured this is my last visit to your theatre. Thanks for your Audacity in handling this situation.

A very good experience. Screen 1 (IMAX) is marvelous. Screen 2 is big with atmos. Screen 3 &4 are very good with atmos. Remaining screens are medium to small with 7.1 dolby. Seats are really comfortable. The picture quality is excellent. I would suggest booking from E Row and down only. This is because screens are kept lowered on the wall.

The maintanence of luxe is goin backward day by day...it's not maintaining its old standard..ystrdy 8 went for 2 show..the toilets are not well maintained as earlier and also I should say about the Costa coffee ordered during interval...i would say after paying such a huge amount (350/-)I had to wait for 15 min to get the coffee and it was yak...😪They don't have a professional there to serve the same..some unbothered guy was there who don't even know about the mixing..Earlier the coffee that we got for 120/-was worth which is fully stopped now for buying this rubbish..Will never get it again.. Request authorities to see yo it.
