    Don't go there by wasting your time. I bought my Remdi mobile two months back. I went to the service center for mobile issue and I told detailed about the issue to the girl in the front desk. And she bought my phone back to the service area and comes with 1 Minute and told me it's having software issue, you need to replace software at any other service center available in the city . And told that that software services didn't available in their service center. I don't know how the girl and the service man come conclude that problem within one minute? Why so International brand giving license to this type of unprofessionalized solutions. I'm totally disappointed for doing like this.

    This particular center is really good. From the reception staff to the service technician, all are well qualified and they really care for our service. The place is located on the 1st floor of the building and there are no lift facility available. The enterance to the staircase is located on the left side of the compound.

    Why don't we change name to Rich Street marketing team? this happened not to me only. service center employees are recommending (Not giving suggestion, direct promotion/marking only )to go to Mount road rich street. I thought this marketing was to me only but recommending to most person who came today for repair (small software issue, camera issue, flash issue, battery issue) . then Why you running shop name as Mi Service center.

    Worst mi service center ever, I took my phone to them in dead condition they said it was motherboard issue and i have change my motherboard which is 11500 rs then i asked what was the problem with the motherboard they had no idea what the problem was or what caused it. if a part is damaged in the mobile they will change it. Technician is worst of all they don't know how to open the phone's backglass properly they broke the back glass and when i asked about it they said it happens usually and it is mentioned in the policy also it seems. They also damaged the fingerprint sensor. Kind request to everyone pls don't buy any Chinese brand phones they are cheap but not reliable and service centers are also worst.

    Worst experience. The girls who were in front office are not professional, I went and told them the issue she took my phone inside and came out within one minute how could they find out the problem so easily. I already knew wat issue occurred in my phone and explaining them but they asking me change the battery ,software problem etc. Pls put technician in front office to give more guidence.

    I think this will be the worst Mi service centre I ever visited, I gave my phone for service, they said will give back in 5days it has been 2 weeks the phone is not repaired , more than 25 times we call they don't lift the call, even after explanation of problem they don't respond even positive manner, they don't the responsibility of intimation about the service delay to the customer. Customer has to call 30 to 40 then they will answer, or let the customer come from far, let his time wasted. Using mi phones from 2016 till now I never seen a service like this, and don't feel like using new MI phone anymore.

    Recently visited this place for an issue. I was totally upset and i have never imagined a service center like this. They haven't even switched on the AC's. People are bugging the representatives like anything for a longer wait time than usual. Now their systems are down (4/4/2018) and they can't give replacement even if your product is covered under warranty. So make a call before visiting the center . This shop's manager should must be enquired for all the above mentioned issues. Note: The 3 stars given for the executives who are so calm and had lot of patience in attending the irated customers.

    Iam very much upset. I order new mobile recently, due to camera issue I called customer care then i given phone to service center for replacement within 10 days. Finally they telling our side it will take long process to reorder due out of stocks, we will send voucher u can reorder from our mi. Com. I submitted mobile in good condition without any damage. Due to delaying the above process, I requested to refund my money. I send mail into 3 times, I didin receive any feedback. I really very much upset and unhappy with mi policy.

    One of the worst service center. Very very poor response and not listening the issue properly and assuming the problem from their end and updating the issue in their system. Showing tons and tons of attitude not only to myself showing the same head weight attitude towards all the customers For a software issue they informed me to change the motherboard for a phone (hardly 3 months old - brand new condition) Actual issue cost come around Rs.1,200/- however they quoted the amount of Rs.7,000/-

    There are outside applicants who are more effective and responsible waiting for some responsible posts, but the corporation always hires irresponsible and unreliable individuals for the customer care team. Similar circumstances were present in Mi Service Center, where careless personnel damaged the company's reputation.

    Don't waste your time by visiting this center. The girl in the front desk just at looking my mobile externally without any examination within a min she concluded that is battery problem and she asked to come tomorrow for billing because she has some issues with her system so that she can't bill it today.If i have to change my battery again I have to wait for a week because they don't have stock. She insisted me if I want to get my mobile to be service immediately i should visit some other service center. If they don't have stock, proper service person and proper billing system why do we they run a service center.

    I have visit this service centre for changing my mobile display, they checked the stock availability and asked to deposit the mobile and come after 2 hrs to collect the mobile . I have deposit the mobile and leave the showroom, after 15 mins I received the call from service centre . They told that no stock available right now , so collect the after 7 days. Again I visit the service centre and collect my mobile and visit the service centre in mannurpet . They check the mobile and reassemble it properly and deliver in 5 mins. But the issue Porur service centre entry is not closed properly , so I have waited for almost 1 hrs to collect the material with bill. Porur service centre people are not professional , they asked me to open the mobile to change the display .

    This is the worst service center I have ever seen . No response given . I have called them 20 times but not answering. When we enquire about this they are answering lethagically. Worst customer service. I gave my phone 15 days ago but till now it is not been serviced . Kindly please avoid this service center and better try to reach some other.

    FCFS followed correctly. Sudhakar and Anand ensures each customer is addressed at the earliest possible. Their response to queries give good clarity to customer. Overall very good prompt and fast service rendered to customers.

    They give phone no. to get update... But never pick calls even to try for hundred times to have to go all thr way to check you get your mobile... Staff behavior is extremely worst.. Futher one fine day they call and tell you your mobile is ready... When you reach there they will make you sit for more than an hour. Worst staff behaviour... It's better to avoid mi brands and than to encouter such incidence.

    only one star for staffs are humble. dear customers dont buy any product in mi very woste ๐Ÿคฎ its my new mobile 6 month is going on.. I gave my mobile for reboot Issue for that they told no stock and it will come within 7 days . I make a call on 5 day & ask what is the update they told stocks are come. we will repair it and give it . and 7 day i go to the serivce center they told not ready . today is 10 day not responding.

    Good service experience โ˜บthe number they provided where active and the lady at the reception attended my call and gave me enough details and information. The engineer explained me the problem and changed my phones charging port. It was under warranty so it was serviced free of charge.

    Mi Service Center is situated in Porur. It is an authorised service center for MI and redme products like mobiles, it's accessories and tablets and other items by this company. Here employees are giving good care and service to their customers. Ambience is clean and highly receptive. They are diagnosing immediately and if possible doing the service on same day if parts are available with them. If parts line battery is unavailable they are trying to procure it at the earliest and service the mobiles etc. Their telephonic conversation is also very good. So you all can go to this authorised MI service center for MI and Redme products.

    Best for servicing Xiaomi devices. I had an issue with my phone. Phone being physically damaged, the issue was covered under warranty. People at MI service center try the max to get you covered under warranty. Good servicing ny the way.

    The lady sitting there is extremely inexperienced, my k20 pro's backlit is coming out because of heat and she was forcing me by saying battery bulged condition. She wanted me to change me battery but it's totally fine. Extremely poor experience.

    Best place for mi mobile service. But you should not come after 6:00 pm. They won't take any appointments post that. Slight delay in delivery but that is also due to too much of phones getting serviced.

    They don't have spares and there landline will not be reachable all times. Mi concentrate only selling new mobile, not providing spares to service center which means we should only buy a new mobile and not service old one

    Not even a board is available to identify this device center. It is like playing treasure hunt. Except that it is not a treasure. There will a hotel next to Al ajwain. Take the steps through the way at the side of that hotel backside, to first floor. Service quality: average

    There were some initial hiccups between insurance company and the mi service. Once that's cleared, they have addressed the issue promptly in short time. Found some customers ETA were not honoured due to shortage of spares.
