Kavir
National
Park
is
one
the
most
important
Iran
protected
areas
in
the
desert.
Its
located
in
Dasht-e
Kavire
Desert
(Iran
Central
Desert).
The
national
park
is
a
huge
area
inside
of
Dasht-e
Kavir
with
a
lot
of
wild
animals
and
birds.
It
has
diffrent
entrance
gate
as
its
an
area
of
4,000
square
kilometers.
Kavir
Park
situated
in120
kilometers
south
of
Tehran
and
100
kilometers
east
of
Qom.
There
are
a
couple
of
old
caravanserai
located
inside
of
the
park
and
one
day
it
was
the
main
spots
of
caravans
during
the
Silk
Road.
The
park
was
on
the
way
of
one
main
Silk
Road
route
many
years
ago.
Best
time
for
visit
is
autumn
and
early
of
spring.
Winter
also
is
fine
as
the
day
temperature
is
good
for
travel
but
you
have
cold
temperature
during
the
night.

park
you
need
permit
from
Iranian
Natural
organization
with
a
local
certified
guide.
