With the construction of a large land in the southern side of Ain al-Dawla, the risk of being removed from the UNESCO list is waiting for this place.

Without prior notification, it is not possible to visit here due to restoration, and visitors are not allowed to see the area around the building. In addition, it is not true that it was said that this was the place of the Tehran meeting with the presence of Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin.

I was running some errands, and I ended up here. When you step in some historical sites or old mansions in Tehran you feel they are alive, thriving and cared for. This one wasn't like that. It felt like it was casterated, removed off its vigour! Yet, you could see the beauty and grandeurs it had had!
