Ok 🏨. We specifically asked for a two single bed room but upon arrival they only had rooms with the smallest queen bed I've ever seen. Traveling with a male friend this was not ok. In the end we were upgraded to three person room for extra money. Hotel was quite clean however, breakfast was included (ask for mixed eggs if you want) and English was spoken ok.

The complex is superb, it's located at the entrance of a very old and beautiful garden with exclusive entrance and parking. There is a Persian, an Italian restaurant, a cafe and a hotel. Both Persian and Italian restaurant has lots of options and quality is great and prices are very reasonable. The place is quiet and cosy...lots of parking spaces and entrance for disabled people is very accessible. Persian restaurant indoor space is not that good but the Italian is good but the outdoor space is all in all pleasant.

If you are in Tehran for a business trip or you are here for the exhibition - You must stay here! Compared to the hotels around, it provides the best services, and their hosts are highly motivated to make you feel at home. The compound has its open swimming pool and professional gym that guests can use for free.

Very nice hotel with excellent green environment. Only issue was that my single-bed room was next to noisy ACs, so I had to close the window at night. But maybe my room only.

Nice staff that speaks good english and well cleaned, but the place is in need of a renovation. The bathroom is not well thought out and not comfortable. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is not very impressive and served in a place also in need of some renovation. Recommended if you need to be in the area and won't spend any time except sleeping there.

Undoubtedly the best place to stay in Tehran. 😍 This hotel is located in the best part of the city and in the middle of a huge garden which makes it gorgeous. It has all the facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool, high-quality restaurants, etc. In addition, their colorful rooms attracted me a lot. I have been upgraded to an amazing room with a balcony so I really enjoyed my stay there (Thanks to their kind staff). HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ALL THE TOURISTS.👍 💯

one of the best hotels I have seen in Iran. make sure to eat lunch at the restaurant, food was perfect and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. the hot water swimming pool can be used at any time for men. Whatever you do, just do not miss the breakfast. this hotel was better than must five-star hotels I have been staying in Iran.

The hotel includes several different restaurants and a swimming pool area with fitness centers. Breakfast is ok, even by European standards. The rooms need renovation already, 20 years of use is already clearly visible. Really friendly and helpful staff and good food in the restaurant.
