We had food from the underground floor (Kingdom of Dosa). The food was really amazing. We had barbeque dosa and a special dish which had 6 types of chicken dosas in it. I would recommend everyone to try this particular dish. The total bill for these 2 dishes came to 380rs which also was reasonable. Would definitely go back for the dosas.

Menu contains wide range of BBQ, Grills etc... The waiters are customer friendly and their services are good. It is a good place for foodies. It is also good to go with family or friends. The Chicken BBQ is Delicious and a must try. overall food and ambience is lit and has a palatial parking area.The customer service could have been better anyway great foodspot in Kottayam.

So, one of the oldest hotels in Kottayam town where you get BBQ. Stopped here last night for dinner and I've got to say that the place needs a good amount of renovation, colours faded and seating, very old. When it comes to the food, we had the typical BBQ set, like juice and electric lime juice. The BBQ chicken was just average and the rumali rotti was cold. The electric lime juice is nothing fancy but lime juice with a bit of Pepsi floating on top! (Not that great!).. Overall, it's just an above average hotel to eat. They could improve with a good amount of renovation.

Barbeque chicken and rumali roti was good but the barbeque biriyani was not good, no taste as biriyani. The restaurant was clean and hygiene. The service is nothing great. I think price is slightly high compared to other restaurant. Speaking about the Kebab and Dosa corner, the interior is lavishly spacious, with a total dining capacity of more than 15 at a time. The cooking area is just in view at the front of the dining.

It's the second time and my experience here is worst. What we asked vs what we got was far different. Ambience is good. Quality is good for some products. We visited at 8 and still there wasn't anything highlight from menu.

Tried many items from here bar be que chicken is my favourite . Very well balanced taste. Juicy chicken and good presentation . Must try the special fishes from there menu. Rush is more in night time . Nice place to go with family and friends

I went along with my friends during our last day of college, and wanted to try out something new, and since we hadn't come here so far, it was worth it. The food was really good, especially the Spicy Afgani BBQ we ordered. The price was also reasonable. Basically good food for a reasonable price. Apart from that, the interior is pretty good, serving time was also quick enough. Only concern was with payment, no cards either cash or UPI

Worst experience in ma 100s of restaurants experience.. ordered bell pepper for which somethin weird was served after 1 hour of waiting.. when asked the manager admits the mistake in food because of change in chef.. later ordered thai grill for which I am still waiting since 2 hours.. on the whole I am waiting from 6 pm until 9pm and good is not being served yet.... ordered tower dosa an hour ago and now they come and say cheese is all over in the kitchen... really pathetic....

Very very very bad experience with today's order . Ordered chciken tikka from here. This costs 180 rs. 8 pieces total and look at the size of all pieces especially those two pieces. There was no Mayo or mint chutney along with this. Just a cabbage and capsicum sliced salad. This is clear looting. And in which planet they don't provide mint chutney with tandoor dishes. Barbeque inn am your regular customer residing just opp to your shop in montecarlo. Such a bad experience.

I loved this place initially but later the food quality is getting bad.. Recently I got a afgani bbq chicken that is not cooked properly and alomost dry with sour gravy.. And it repeted again.. Now I am not a customer...

Don't know about anything else in their menu but the burnt fried rice was just amazing, like finger licking good ! .(points to improve is the portion of chicken plated ,else is just fine.)

Great barbeque and the taste remains the same. Well marinated and juicy.. One of the First to start this concept of serving bar b que as a specialty. It used to be 100 bucks a piece 14 yrs back at the Ettamanoor road.

After purchasing a parcel order and making the payment in full, I took away the meal I ordered to my home about 8-9 km away. On opening the food package @ home, I was shocked to notice that the main item I ordered and paid was not packed and parcelled. Extremely unprofessional and careless. Once the payment is received, it should be made a point that all the items ordered are placed in the takeaway package. It is highly impossible for the customer to again recheck the presence of items ordered in the parcel one by one. On contacting the restaurant over telephone and speaking about this was of no use as I just noticed them being silent on hearing my complaint. Would not recommend this place..

The food here is good and the ambiance is an added incentive to visit this place. We had Barbecue chicken with rumali roti, Afghani barbecue chicken and Thai BBQ. All of them were quite good. Will recommend this place on any given day. Parking facility could have been better.

I ordered Bbq from Swiggy last night.... Clearly Mention That i needed Chest Piece..... But i got leg piece..... That not a problem... But provided leg piece dosent have enough quantity and quality.... Same like thattukada chicken fry..... Very Small piece...... They are not bother with their service.... Alteast maintain enough quantity for the rate.....

Somebody please teach them the meaning of "fried rice". Flavourless, under sauted boiled rice with some veggies. Never come across it or be ready to be sorry for it.

Best spot for Barbeque in Kottayam.Nice ambience,friendly staff and quick service.They have varieties of Barbeque like Spicy Afgan (Rs.220),Afgan (Rs.220),Normal (Rs.170) which are really good in taste.Each of these dishes contains 1 piece Barbeque,2 Rumali roti,salad & Mayonnaise.I like their Shezwan Chicken Fried rice also. Lot more are there in the menu.They have a separate Dosa Section downstairs. Limited Parking only.But, you can find enough parking space on both sides of road.They have few more outlets in other locations,but this one is the best outlet in my experience.

Not great but it was an okayish experience! We ordered Afghani chicken, butter naan, chicken barbecue and mint lime. 1. Barbecue was okay! 2. Butter naan was good, Big and well prepared 3. Afghani chicken tasted bad as it was too sweet. It costed us around 750/- They don't accept credit card. But UPI payments are available.

It's a place we used to visit from many years. Usually we have the bbq combo and sometimes butter chicken. Both are consistent 💯. Tried Afghani chicken and thai bbq last time but felt a bit overpriced. Getting seats here is a tough task at night and staff doesn't make an arrangement for the same. Still due to lack of options in Kottayam this seems a better option for BBQs.

The food and service is good. The only downside is that the food has abundance of oil. We went in quite late, one of the few restaurants in kottayam which closes late at 11pm

I love this place. We have opportunity to experience this restaurant during our vacation trip. The Vagamon trip. This is actually open kitchen and open fooding place, good ambience, like heaven. That time the climate Is awesome. Fog filled. And the wall is filled with creativity of college students, travellers. Thats amazing...

Last Saturday, I had bought one and a half Tandoori chicken. The quantity was plenty but the masala was really spicy that I even ate half a litre of ice cream to relieve my tongue. The chicken was too much spicy, but I don't know why one third of it was not cooked. I bought a masala dosa for my mom, which was really super delicious. I wish I could've given 5 stars, but above all, why was there a crowd of almost 20 people at the counter, during this covid situation. That was a terrible and non pardonable managerial mistake from the Restaurant management. Not even sanitization was prompted. This very thing made me realise that human lives are not valued by the Team.

Our favourite Tandoori was unavailable by 7 PM. Was a big disappointment. Not sure of the taste.
