One of the best in Kerala. Very good doctors and facilities. They have got very good process for administration and this makes the patients life easier. It's quite amazing how they manage things at this scale. Awesome service provided with great attitude. You will get all the facilities in the campus itself or in the immediate vicinity. ATM, Post office, canteen, coffee bars, parking, guest house you name it every service is there. The pricing system is also quite interesting, like people who are admitted in the ward can pay mininum charges and this is compensated from people who take private rooms (who can afford higher rates). Medical college and Dental college is also there in the campus. Famous for all the innovations in medical field like robotic surgery. Overall this is a centre of excellence by every means.

This place will probably make you go nuts the first time you visit.. I'm sure we can find so many things wrong with this place but..if you want the right diagnosis from the best doctors, this is your place. After 2 failed surgeries in a so-called 'fancy' hospital, I find this place to be reasonable, apt and neat, although it is extremely crowded during the day hours and you may have to wait 3-5 hours to meet your doc. The food is good, service is good and the rooms are decent as well.

Very bad management. I wish the staff's arrogance met their skills it would have been better. The staff's are rude to the maximum possible level, especially in cardiology department. They don't care if the patient is in stress, discomfort or even in any life threatening state - they need you to wait in que. When asked they said it's none of their matter you have wait for your turn.

Spent a total of 8 months and almost 6 months admitted in a Semi - Deluxe room for cancer treatment. What we found is that doctors don't explain the prognosis and treatment plan and procedures to the bystanders and patient enough. I specifically found a female doctor from Hematology to be careless and unprofessional in her practice. She would come visit the patient and talk off topic and leave. Even when she does explain about the medical condition, she is in haste. A male from Social Works once was talking about me in his native tongue to a co-worker in my presence, which i understood. A certain Male staff member from International Counter is very unprofessional, and his attitude towards females at times would be classed as harassment and if one does not acquaintance him, he treats them differently. We ended up transferring to another state for better service. Overall, customer service is bad, and the procedures are lengthy and difficult. The price is cheaper than most other hospitals in that city. The room service is bad, and we had mold growing due to uncleanness, and it was hazardous to our patient who had been immune system compromised . The only positive part is that their nursing staff are extremely attentive and very dedicated to the patient .

Hospital with great infrastructure and poor management. They have got an excellent panel of doctors and a well furnished infrastructure, but those are poorly managed. The hospital is equipped with several departments and a panel of 5 to 10 and more doctors in each department, working with OP and Operation Theatres. One peculiar thing which I noticed is the double standards the staffs follow welcoming foreign patients; with the luggage trolley and well maintained wheel chairs which native patients aren't provided with. The mismanagement causes an unnecessary and extensive delay for which the radiology department is a great example. If you need any of the reports- say X-ray, you need to stand in Queue in front of reports counter, collect the printed receipt from there and pay the bill in payment counter (where people who needs X-ray to be taken are billed), finally come back to reports counter to submit the same printed paper back. This delays not only the people who comes to take report, but the patients who have their X-ray to be taken. This could have been easily avoided by just adding payment facility at the reports counter. The hospital also doesn't allow posting multiple bills at the same time and paying it all at once. So if you have more than one OP departments to visit, you need to effectively go to one department, post the bill, pay it in counter and go to the other department and repeat this process. Wheelchair is another problem which I faced. You need to request wheelchair for each ride (if you don't have one by your own) from each department you need to visit. The wheelchair person comes with wheelchair, get the patient to the department you need to go, and then goes. You visit doctor in that department, request wheelchair from that department to go to the next department and the cycle continues. You may need to wait 10 to 20 minutes sometimes. The next hassle comes while purchasing medicines. Once the doctor enters the medicine into the records, you need to visit pharmacist at the front desk, pay the bill there and then head to the pharmacy. The bills of injections are paid on OP counter which need a separate walk, wait and pay. The nurses are okay, but not that great in terms of behaviour towards patients. The doctors on the other hand does a great job. The front desks of the departments are just okay and sometimes experience difficulty understanding the requirements of patients. I once had to wait for 2 hours, just because the front desk didn't understand I was required to have blood tested, and a quick message to the doctor for the blood test prescription would have helped me take blood, wait for the result while my turn come.

If your an outpatient this hospital is fine. Please don't use the inpatient facility out here. My mother was admitted to this hospital after she fainted twice. She is 62 and hardly the poor lady is 40 kg. She became this weak because of insomnia issues and due to the sudden demise of my father. She was admitted and the staff at the emergency ICU especially one Mrs. Sasikala as she recognise her shouted her. They literally never takes care of the patient and yells at the work load they are given. She was to be given antibiotic injection through drip and staff never turned up once the fluid inside the bottle finished and when she'd asked about the same Sasikala told her that even if you loose you may lose only less blood. How pathetic about an irresponsible health care worker answering to a sick patient that way. She doesn't know how to answer back. We have paid a hefty amount of money after using ICU bed facility and for the later treatment and after a week of treatment, she was diagnosed with chicken pox. I definitely do believe it's because she took treatment from this hospital. They were supposed to change the drip wire before every process which they never did. I feel that most of the staff especially health care workers come here for experience or rather experience certificates. They don't have a heart. If you are not here to serve a sick patient, please leave your job and go. Don't mistreat anybody especially an old woman like her. She is now sick and bedridden. I would like to ask anybody reading this not to treat your loved one's here. Take them to a better private hospital. We paid nearly 2 lakhs of rupees at this hospital for availing their services for hardly 2 weeks and this is what we got. So please do think. 🙏

Wonderful service provided at reasonable rates. This hospital is a goto for many due to advance treatment facility and offers good service to the patients. Very crowded always and have paid parking facility which is very large enough to accommodate a large crowd. Pharmacy offers all range of medicine and have a good vegetarian canteen nearby main block. Few pics for reference

Comprehensive health check department services had a very bad experience to me Irresponsible customer service and very bad behaviour. Overall system is not well organised and takes too much of time to get results or reports and mainly the receptionist have any basics knowledge about the process. Phone customer’s service is very bad it takes too much waiting to take the call (1 hr or above minimum) then the receptionist takes the call and respond like they don’t know anything about what happing and drop the call. If you want the results very fast and response from the team plz consider another hsptl its my experience

I recently visited AIMS, Cochin for a mandatory medical test required for my student visa application to study in the United Kingdom. My appointment was scheduled for 11 am, and I arrived on time and completed the registration process. However, I was left waiting until 2:30 pm before my name was finally called. The extensive delay was incredibly tiresome, especially considering the long journey I had undertaken from Kottayam. To make matters worse, the extended waiting period meant I couldn't grab a bite to eat. Finally, at 5 pm, I completed all the necessary procedures, checkups, and received my final test results. I was utterly exhausted by the time I left the premises. I strongly believe that AIMS, Cochin should implement a more systematic approach by assigning specific time slots to each candidate. This would eliminate the need for prolonged waiting and ensure a smoother and more efficient experience for everyone involved.

Huge campus.. with all treatment facilities. The hospital is famous for Nerology and the Dr's are all good and well qualified. The negative part of Amrita is ...Most of the counter they encourage CASH dealings.. I guess every educated citizens can understand why only cash :) One star less on this point! The campus also has school of Nursing, Dentistry, General Medicine, Pharmacy and PG programs as well.. It even has a KSRTC stop inside the campus, Auto and Taxi stand.

Horrible and pathetic experience at Amrita Dental College hospital. I came to Amrita dental college for a tooth extraction as it was infected. On arrival itself, I was charged Rs 170 for consultation. After 1.5 hours of waiting, a lady examined my teeth and told that it needs extraction. But unfortunately there was nobody in the entire dental college who knew how to extract a tooth. Hence I was asked to come the next day with my COVID antigen test report. I have 2 questions....is it to inform me that there was no dentist in the dental college hospital, that i was charged Rs 170??? Isn't there even a single dentist who knows how to extract a tooth in the entire dental college hospital???? Such a pathetic situation.

Not feeling like a hospital if coming out from ward.Very good ambiance. Doctors well-behaved. having all specialty departments. Most of the major surgeries are doing here.Accepts insurance. Very difficult get private room.Out patient and by-standers can get room in there own guesthouse very near.No need to take room outside. AC room Charged 2200 INR (in Feb-2020).Rooms are very neat clean. There are 2 Veg canteen and 1 Non Veg Canteen.Paid parking is there outside the hospital.

"I had gone there for a TB test and had a worst, pathetic, and unprofessional experience with the service. The time management system in that office is an utter failure. They told me to arrive there by 10 am, but my processing did not start until 12.30 pm and I didn't leave until 3.30 pm. It's possible that the center is facing staffing or resource challenges that may be impacting the efficiency of their services."

Navigating through the labyrinthine layout of the hospital proved to be a frustrating challenge. The facility's confusing layout, with different blocks and towers housing various departments, made finding my way around an arduous task. Signage was lacking, and it seemed like even the staff occasionally got lost. This certainly added unnecessary stress during an already anxiety-inducing time. The pantries inside the hospital served food that were subpar in every sense of the word. The taste was bland, the variety was limited, and the portions were meager. It's disheartening to think that a place dedicated to healing and wellness couldn't prioritize providing nutritious and tasty meals to its patients and visitors. It’s also disheartening when you're facing health issues and are unable to secure a room promptly, even with the willingness to pay extra. In terms of amenities and overall comfort, the hospital fell short of my expectations as well.

Came here from Trivandrum expecting a better treatment for my father, but not convinced with the treatment. Neither the staff. More than doctors PG students run the hospital and patients are used as study objects. Doctors are impolite, nurses are more rude. Overall had a very bad experience. One thing which was satisfactory was the billing, it is comparatively reasonable. But services are very poor. Don’t recommend.

Very very poor administration. You will have to wait like a stone or idol for one entire day to consult the doctor (Cardiology department). I don't really understand what is the logic behind telephonic appointment. I took appointment almost 10 days prior to the visiting day last week. I reached hospital at 8.30am and expecting a token number which is single digit, because I have an advance booking. But they don't even considering the advance booking, I got a token number as per the queue present at the hospital. Then why should I book it in advance? Doctor started OP at 12PM and we were sitting like a stone till 5PM. After the long wait, I could consulted the doctor. The doctor is good, very knowledgeable and helpful but the process is very pathetic. Also I like the staff behaviour, they are very helpful and have patience. However the administration- people management process is very very bad and literally I lost my entire day, and its the same story for the people who consulted the doctor on the same day. Dear hospital administration department, you really need to work on the process and redefine it to ease the consultation. Recommended to check the process followed at Fortis Hospital Bangalore. Thank you!

The comprehensive department needs special mention as they seems to be the most busy people in the whole world, never ever attend any phone calls .We ringed them continuously for 6 hrs taking turns, but the number kept on being busy .This is pathetic. Please put yourself in our situation and try to understand it.Time is important for everyone, not only for you.Do respect the people who seek your assistance in their difficult times. It's high time to,(particularly non doctors)change the awful attitude and work culture of the staff. If you are not able to provide the service entrusted with you ,shut down your place and get lost.please Don't justify you mistakes by telling excuses that you are verybusy.I acknowledge the fact that you are busy However,I cannot accept the fact that you p.hone is busy continuously for 6hrs as I work in busy hospital abroad as people know how to respect other people and their feeling.

Was here for cardiac surgery on my father. Good Mostly service minded staff. Completed the surgery without any complications. Canteens, guest rooms and other required amenities like stores, ATM etc are all available inside the hospital complex. Good car parking space for long term stays are available Bad Availability of rooms was an issue during initial admission and also when shifting from ICU back to room. Some of the older rooms in the hospital is too small and congested. Guest rooms required better maintenance. Vast areas with different blocks and towers for different departments can be difficult to navigate.

I am a doctor working in government service I went with my father for his review visit. Appointment was taken on previous day as said in the discharge report, came the next day on the time they said. Then, the waiting began and we stayed for 5 hours just to see the doctor. How to reduce the waiting time? OP days must be for OP and ward and procedure days for procedures and ward. Fix the time for OP based on convenience of the doctor inform the patients who have booked or called the same. Ensure that the doctors keep to the OP time. Compared to this I can state with 100% accuracy that inspite of working with a far reduced HR and staff the service we provide is far better than the 'service' here . There is also a general talk among people that going to Amrita is a whole day affair

Entry to the hospital is only allowed if you take an antigen test ,. Which costs Rs 400/- , I stood at the entrance for a while to see if the security guys of Amrita are asking everyone for an antigen test , but No , also what is the need of this test , if you are allowing them to enter your premises with the test taken and then getting out for lunch ,dinner ,breakfast and allowing them to roam arround freely (i.e if a person is covid negative in the antigen test report he/she can enter the hospital building as a patient /bystander/ visitor etc later they can go out for lunch be in contact with a covid patient and then again go inside by just showing the antigen test tag they had taken in taken in the morning - thereby spreading the disease - is this not a possibility !!) , It took me 1and half hours to get the antigen result due to the rush in the hospital . Also for entering the hotel's inside Amrita - there is no requirement for any kind of CoVid tests - only money is required , also Dine in is allowed here at a time when all hotels are supposed to give only take aways .. Money minded Hospital i suppose .......

I have been Bystander in Psycatry. I do not have a good experience from there. The experience from the nursing side made me feel bad. Those in the psychiatric category should give as much care to Patients. Even if we know the covid situation, we should do something to make their mind free, at least a little bit. Nurses are not a friendly behavior. Doctors 'behavior is okey to me' but I personally did not like it.I really hated this hospital.😑😶

Money money money money..... There's nothing else they aim towards when a patient is subjected to them. If u can flee a lot of money u get the best treatment. Else u may spend a whole day jus to see the doc. It took 4 hours for me to get back home after the consultation. U imagine being a patient who is suffering from a disorder should b given the best of treatment. But there it seems they don't need to cure us nor get us turn better. They do just worsen our condition to get more money. Yes! This is the reality of Amrita hospital kochi. They advertise lots of advantages. But once u get into it u can understand the pain. Even after taking appointment, doctor can not be seen at the time they ask us to come. The administrative dept. too pays no attention to us even after waiting long time. They do manipulation. If u are a religious person especially connected to their beliefs, then though u r at the last will b called first. Nothing more to say. I went visiting the hospital during the corona pandemic. Can a hospital b functioning without proper installation of hand sanitizer at every corner where u go. Sorry to disclose those departments which I went didn't have atleast one. The design and infrastructure of the hospital is great, and since the construction is well made the confusions of getting to the right places also occurs. You should arrive about 30 minutes prior to the appointment with your doctor since the directions to the right place could make up for your time. Other than that both the hospitality and interpersonal skills shown by the staffs are well. The cost can be in the level of neutral. They do provide facilities like canteen, Cafe and parking slots. Well do remember to notice all the sign and direction boards that are kept at the entrance of each buildings to know the exact location of the place you want to reach...

They even discharged him in a really bad situation claiming there are no rooms and they can’t have him in the ward for more than 10 days.We lost him last month and I have written to AIMS multiple times but they have not been able to provide any answers to my questions and concerns. Very Bad hospital. Mostly inexperienced PG students will look after you. Here patients are treated as guinea pigs. Significant number of deaths also. Don't go if it's a life threatening condition. You may not make out alive. Emergency ward is worse than that of Govt hospitals of Kerala.Doctors also are rude and lack ethics when compared to other hospitals. If you are a bystander they will make you run from post to pillar for all things. They should learn from from other better managed hospitals.

No doubts!! Amrita is great hospital that everyone knows it. But one thing which I have noticed is the environment of Amrita. It is really amazing.. You will not feel that you are in the hospital. They have made the environment so friendly and beautiful. It is really an international level or more than that.

The place is massive. And you feel completely overwhelmed during the crowded hours. Doctors are excellent. In their approach with patients and their understanding and treatment. Nurses are also equally.good with an ever ready smile under so much stress. However, it would be good to streamline processes in OPD and make it more systematic to avoid people jumping queues and make billing faster. Some of the OPD counter staff and billing staff are very lackadaiscal in their attitude. Lastly, for all patients coming in and their caretakers, decent washroom failities are a must. They are very few and can be better maintained. Also dining or canteen facilities for patients waiting to meet Dr s and get procedures done, no place to sit ànd have a cup of coffee in peace. Canteen on 5th floor opens only at meal times which is strange. Why can't patients use it when they come as outpatients. ? Pls do take note of these suggestions as it will greatly help elderly and sick people travelling a long time or distance coming for treatment.

Long waiting time for uk medical. Waited till 6 pm from 11.30 am to get the tb certificate, that too in a low quality paper sheet. Dont book these much people if you cant accomodate and manage time well. No parking as well.Ended up in a private pay and park . KIMS would be a better option.

Compared to aster medcity- Amrita is more traditional looking. But service is great. The doctors are very helpful and knowledgeable. There’s plenty of shops and cafes near by. Also pharmacies and guest houses too.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with this hospital. Despite collecting money for a reimbursement claim, they failed to send the filled reimbursement form to us for over three weeks. This delay is highly inconvenient, as the form must be submitted within one month to process the claim. When I reached out to the responsible department, I was told that the responsible staff had been on leave during this time, which is not an acceptable excuse for such a significant delay. This lack of responsiveness and responsibility has left me extremely dissatisfied with the hospital's service.

The doctors are top-notch. Everything else is unbelievably horrible. I don't understand the concept of the "bystander" who's made to run errands buying medicines, gloves, clearance slips, although a deposit was paid so these things could be covered. Pharmacies don't accept electronic payment between 6pm and 12am. What is a "bystander" doing at the pharmacy at midnight? He was woken up by the nurses because they need gloves at midnight for a surgery scheduled for the next day! This hospital has a lot to learn from professionally run hospitals like Aster where the person accompanying the patient doesn't need treatment after being tortured by Amrita hospital's lack of administration. Unbelievable!!

The doctor is good and explain everything well. The hospital give appointment and simply make the patients wait for 2-3 hours even after given an appointment at.8.30am. Not at all bothered about the value of the patients time. The support staff is not up to the mark, it functions like a government hospital. The experience was based on a post operative check up after 60days (Dept: Gynecology)

We were here for my mother's treatment for subarachnoid hemorrhage. Overall experience was satisfactory only. The doctors are good. But the communication is very poor. There were multiple instances which even would have led to grave consequences. But by god's grace she recovered and discharged. Again we got admitted for a minor procedure, and my mother kept nil by mouth for more than 12 hours. There was no communication on delay of surgery. The nursing care is also not good and they are not at all empathetic towards patients or bystanders and we get no proper reply. Administration has to look into many of these problems seriously. There would be no use of getting high class equipments and good doctors if these issues are not sorted

Neonatology division under pediatrics is actually better when compared with other hospitals. Don't know about other departments. When grandfather was treated for diabetes, they would simply go for amputation. His big toe was amputed then after 2 days they came with the idea of amputing the whole leg. Discharged him and we went to an ayurveda hospital along with allopathy medicines and was able to save his legs.

Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (Amrita Hospital), based in Kochi, Kerala, is recognised as one of the premier hospitals in South Asia. Our commitment to affordable quality care has attracted a dedicated team of highly qualified medical professionals and other healthcare professionals from across the world to provide the highest standards of medical treatment. Founded in 1998 by Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (known worldwide as AMMA), Amrita Hospital offers a full range of primary and specialty care medical services, with cross-specialty consultation. AMMA’s vision of providing advanced medical care to the poor and disadvantaged was the inspiration for Amrita Hospital, which today is a 1100-bed (490 units) tertiary referral and teaching hospital, serving more than 10 lakh outpatients and more than 70,000 inpatients annually. The massive healthcare infrastructure with over 3.33 million sq.ft. of built-up area, spread over 125 acres of land, supports a daily patient volume of approximately 3500 outpatients with 95 percent inpatient occupancy. There are 12 superspeciality departments, 45 other departments, 4500 support staff and 670 faculty members. The hospital’s extensive infrastructure offers facilities comprising 28 modern operating theatres, 275 equipped intensive-care beds, a fully computerized and networked Hospital Information System (HIS), a fully digital radiology department, 17 NABL accredited clinical laboratories and 24/7 telemedicine service. In 2015, South Asia's first ever Bilateral Hand Transplant Surgery was done at Amrita Hospital. The same year, Amrita Hospital won the British Medical Journal Award for the Best Surgical Team in South Asia. The Amrita team won the award for its two successful double hand transplants, the first and the second bilateral hand transplants in this region. Previously, the hospital had won the National Healthcare Excellence Award for Best Hospital (CSR Category) in India by FICCI in 2013 and British Medical Journal (BMJ) - India Healthcare Award for the Paediatric Heart Program in 2014. In 2016, Amrita Hospital won the coveted British Medical Journal Award for Infectious Disease Initiative of the Year and FICCI Healthcare Excellence Awards for Patient Safety and Innovation in Medical Technology. Amrita features one of the most advanced hospital computer networks in India. The network supports more than 2800 computers and has computerised nearly every aspect of patient care including all patient information, lab testing and radiological imaging.

My initial experience would allow no more than 1 star. My mother was suffering from breast cancer and I had been advised by an oncologist to consider pain and palliative care as her illness was terminal. My sister suggested I contact AIMS. I tried in vain as no one ever answered the phone! However, I did not give up and finally managed to get an appointment with Dr Arun Vivek, Tutor in that department. He was kind and patiently listened to me. He agreed to accept her as an in patient, albeit for a short time until she was ready to move to a care home. She was admitted and after a period of isolation (Covid regulations), she was moved to Tower 4, Floor 2, B ward. The care she got from all the nurses there was exceptional: I cannot thank them enough. It really didn't feel like a hospital: bhajans were playing constantly through the speakers in the corridors, most nurses had vibhuthi / bhasmam on their foreheads, staff answered the phone saying "Namah Shivaya" instead of the std "Hello". It was a very different and soothing experience. I am grateful to Dr Shobha Nair (Professor) and Dr Arun Vivek for supervising the care rendered to my mum during this extremely challenging time. Sadly my mum passed away at the end of October, but I am fully satisfied with the whole process right from admission until her body was handed over to me. The team did everything possible within their capacity to ensure that my mum suffered minimal pain and distress. Thank you Amritanandamayi Devi! I am happy to recommend this hospital to anyone considering pain and palliative care for themselves or their loved ones.

It's in edappally in Cochin, it's commonly known as amrita hospital, officially Amrita Institute of medical science(AIMS). Accessibility to the hospital by road and rail are too good, you can get ksrtc bus from new registration appointment desk office. There is edappally railway station also for people coming via rail. Rupees 450 for patient registration OP card which is high I suppose. It's a big hospital and research centre so minor delay is there to meet the doctor. Treatment is good I believe. Parking is paid parking with no good parking area, we have to go through mud and bad road to reach there and park at an isolated area that too at OWNERS Risk. Visitors time 3 to 5. Canteen facilities are available. Buy slanders can get room in hospital compound with rupees 450 per day(good clean room)

Special shoutout to Dr. George kurian and his team (Ms Asha Alexander & Ms. Indu) and whole nephrology department. They have only helped us through our life from AIMS for the long 19 years journey being a kidney transplant patient and still continuing. We have also consulted other doctors from other departments but has faced such a pathetic behaviour from each one of them and i make sure that any body in my family wont never ever ever visit amrita again. We expect not only a better treatment but also humanity. We will only come to nephrology section for further concerns if any. Not any other departments. Wont refer anybody to AIMS. We also have Aster or Lakeshore and much more in this Cochin city. Please dont think that your staffs rule this world. Doctors and extremely helpful but the staffs and nurses are behaving as if we visited a govt hospital. If a patient visits your hospital during this pandemic is it mandatory to stay here from 9am to 5pm? If so kindly inform them the same before taking a visit to your so called aathuraalayam. You can reduce this rush by recruiting more doctors and this is a basic commonsense and i think it will make you low profit right? It would be great to restructure the neurology dept with efficient junior doctors. Thanks to Dr Sudheeran Kannoth for being so kind towards the patients and he was very much helpful Still i am forced to give 1star rating to this hospital due to the behaviour of staffs and nurses It would be great if you can take a training session for the executives who took the call when contacting to AIMS. You can recruit someone with basic manners. At the last thanks to Mr Kiran who works in Radiology dept. The overall experience in amrita is 1star and nephrology dept is above 5star

If you want ordinary service at affordable rates. This is the best place to go. If you want special care for your really ill loved Ones Go to any quartnery hospital which is not a teaching hospital like this hospital. PG trainees handle patient affairs in wards and they are deciding the day to day matters pertaining to saving patient. Information is never disclosed properly about patiemt They are never pro active about handling a complication that may happen. They will instead wait for it to happen and then try to manage it. Almost lost my father there and we shifted him to another hospital which is trying their best to save him Still fingers crossed😔 If your dear ones are stable and needs routine care. This is the best place to go as rates are affordable. If they have a severe illness and needs aggressive measures to save their life stay away. Thank you for your time hope your dear ones are cured in Amrita or any other hospital

My mother was recently admitted for a week. The nursing staff are caring and always smiling even though they are absolutely busy. The PG doctors who often interact with the patients also spend time with the patients and answered our many many unwarranted questions. The lead doctors also came by and very systematically explained their thought process to us in a way that we understood things. Even the administration staff who helped set up the cashless treatment were helpful. I can't find a weak cog in the wheel. There are times, due to the sheer number of patients, that we feel overwhelmed. But if all these people are choosing to come there, amrita hospital must be great. God bless everyone working there.

Doctors and facilities inside the hospital are good. But getting into the lift in guest house is horrible. Out of three lifts mostly only willbe in out of order. All the patients and bystanders rush into these lifts in this pandemic situation. No social distance is maintained. Please do something for this.
