Urban paratha has always been our go to place for Indian bread and related items . We love their Aloo parathas. It will make one fall in love with the place. We have been ordering in all this while but this time for a change we decided to dine in. We were a group of 7 pax . Being a Saturday night the place was full and we finally managed a seat . A captain came and took the order . We could see more people coming in and even after 1 and half hours we were not served. We had to complain and again wait for another 15 mins to be served. We understand being busy but sitting at a restaurant for 1 hr 45 mins waiting is not a great feeling. The food was just ok this time around . Should have been because of the rush. We could see the restaurant prioritising delivery orders while keeping us waiting. Hope the owner sees this and makes necessary changes. The places has abundant parking and is ambiently done.

Amazing hospitality , staff is very friendly and polite . Food is literally super delicious and prices are very good , they have every possible dish . I would highly recommend this amazing restaurant to everybody , I ll be back soon Thank-you so much

Good place in kakanad to dine in , very crowded most of the times . They have a wide variety of menu and nost of the dishes are very good . But if you spend for more than 45 minutes you need to pay parking fee.

Waiters are in a very helpful attitude. All menu items are excellent at affordable prices according to the dishes. All types of payment options are accepted here. This is my favorite place to eat in Kochi. They serve delicious food, definitely try their chicken biryani, butter chicken, and lassi. Do visit here if you crave some really good Punjabi food.

This is near to Infopark Kakkanad. It looks like a North Indian restaurant and you get many food options especially vegetarian. The atmosphere also looks good as there are many pictures as well as seating. There is also ample parking available. It’s a bit expensive, however would recommend to try it.

Good ambiance and good servicing. Tried chicken Tandoori, Murg cheese kebab, Murg rara, Chicken barbeque, paneer tikka masala, paneer tikka and plain paratha, Lassi. Very good taste. Rates are slightly above average, but its worthy for that price. They are preparing the food live, so we have to wait for some time.

Great menu with authentic North Indian dishes, roti and chicken kalimari is a nice combination. Place has a nice vibe though a bit tightly arranged seating, so on a busy day can feel less cosy. Best time to visit would be after 7.30pm when the infopark crowd has left the premises and the Atmosphere has calmed down.

I had to wait more than 30 mins for just an item which was a parcel order. Very bad experience. So many customers were experiencing the same whether it was dining or take out.

The best part was the food was very good. Great taste and awesome flavour. The bad part was they were very slow and took more than 30 minutes, though the place was not crowded. I might definitely consider giving them another chance since the food was good.

A decent place to have North Indian food. I liked their parathas and some non veg curries, but Biryani didn't meet my expectations.

A great place to dine, with some bit expensive food. Afternoons can be very busy, when we might have to wait for a table. I went alone, had a chicken biriyani. The taste was soooo good. Biriyani was great, chicken was soft and in good quantity. Flavour was amazing. Biriyani could come with smaller portions. People who dine alone could use the options. The biriyani could serve 2 people like me. It can be crowded and noisy. There was good music playing. The food can take time to be served after order. Most of dishes are cooked by order by my understanding. So for a great food, bit pricey, do pay a visit.

On one hand Good food, Good ambience, But pricey on the other, the waiter was just careless, loading about, like he was the only one running the place, the service was also late. Would recommend to those who want some decent food and have a lot of patience too.

What a great ambience. They offer dine in and take away. Provide a lot of varieties of north Indian Food. The price is a bit expensive but the quantity is good. Food is very tasty. It's been one of my favourite team lunch spots when i used to work at infopark. Especially their biriyani. Yesterday visited after 2 years and still packs the same punch. Agree on some of the reviews mentioning a bit waiting time. Its been the same as long as i remember 😅 The main course might seem a little pricey but definitely worth a try. Kebabs are not my favourite though. Definitely try their aalo paratha, and that too with raita. Tried - Paratha - Chicken Handi - Murg Tikka - Aalo Paratha - Murg Biriyani

Authentic North Indian taste. They always stick to it. Parathas are the best you can get this side of the world. Also worth trying their malai tikka which is yum. And for those with an appetite, the murg mussalam is rather unique here.

One of the best north indian restaurant in Ernakulam. It’s a good option for both veg and non-veg lovers. I really love their service and food.

Quaint place, mostly young crowd, great food, a little claustrophobic. Not really cheap but good for an occasional family experience.

The restaurant is having a nice ambience and is good for a group of people. The restaurant serves North Indian, especially Punjabi cuisine. Usually takes some time for the food to be served after ordering. Take away option as well as dine-in is available. The staffs were very friendly and cordial. Parking space is available outside for the complex, but we have to pay for it.

I love this restaurant. Taste is amazing. I can really feel the taste of Biriyani I had from there. Lazzy with sugar makes it complete. Our stomach and heart is filled with happiness and smile. Thanks alot for the warm food and hospitality. Always suggest to visit atleast once.

Great ambience and ideal location. Good variety of north indian dishes. Tried their veg 65, murgh masala, kulcha, lassi, tandoori chicken which were really good and have a unique flavour. Their jal jeera is also a good option for a drink. The lightings and work of art here is really good. Staffs are pleasant. Overall a great place for a brunch,lunch or dinner with family,friends or colleagues.

Today I had a good time at the this restaurant. I ordered a Malai Paneer Tikka, cheese parata , Lacha parata and Lassie. All the food were excellent. Especially the Malai Paneer tikka. It was absolutely perfect, nothing was less, nothing was more, not too creamy nor dry. Same with the cheese and lacha parata. Write temperature to melt the cheese to ooze out of the parata. when it was teared the melted creamy cheese flow out 🤤🤤🤤. Same with the lacha parata. It was cooked to perfection. It was crispy with a dash of butter to give a softness. The sweet lassi elivated the experience to an another level. We can start the meal by ordering a glass of chilled sweet lassi, which cleanses your palate and enhances our taste buds. You can also end the meal with a glass of sweet lessieas well, instead of any dessert. I start and end with a glass of sweet lassi. It was quiet refreshing. Special mention to all the team members and their trainer. They work as a team. Their is no partiality like ‘I’m taking care of this section and he is handling that section’. All of them worked as a team and taking care of each and every guest. Bravo to all the team members and their leader. Overall I had a great experience today and I highly suggest to those who are having some cravings to North Indian food. Bon Appetite…

But still overall a good experience 🤞.i ordered sweet lassi followed by panner malai tikka, aloo Paratha,cheese paratha, lacha paratha,butter naan, and one murg musallam platter. It was more than enough for 3 people . Parathas are amazing and so is lassi a must try.❣️❣️

It was a wonderful experience. Came to know about the Murgh Tikka Biriyani from one of my friend's and was waiting to try it out and on my anniversary day went over there and ordered this alongside Kebab Platter. Mouthwatering and delicious 😋

I am a fan of the Aloo Paratha from Urban Paratha. For past 5-6 months I am eating aloo paratha from here through swiggy. Taste, quality, quantity everything is perfect. I tried some other chicken dishes also. Those are also good.
