I just visited twice and bought a product. First visit was to know which product is suitable for my work. But they provided me a phone number by which I could contact them before making another arrival. Then I decided on the product and bought it. Nice experience from the sales team. There were also nice offers. Another thing is reaching by bus, where long route bus won't stop at the very nearby bus stop. An option is that we come by a city bus from Thirunakkara (തിരുനക്കര) bus stand or walk about 5 to 10 mins. We can also reach from Nagambadam (നാഗമ്പടം) bus stand. If by car, a small parking option is available right in front of the store.

Price a bit high when compared to Reliance Digital et al ... The salesman knows things about products . Ultimately the comparitively high price pulls one back ....

It's dell official store,but i don't find it useful till now. I came here couple of times for some..doubt clarification. Services for new Dell laptop(with warranty) are not available here.You need to go to Doctor phone services,near to Theatre Road,Ksrtc bus stand, oposite to Arcadia hotel. I purchased lap from oxygen digital stores, i found the rate "less" during the onam offer period(marketing strategies). Anyway, you can try the services from Dell store itself. And then..select the best.

Had a good experience from the service centre. I got my laptop serviced within 2 hours as the spare parts were available. Good behaviour from the staff too.👍👍

Poor Courtesy

I was hoaxed by the executive there to think that they were doing authorised services. I inquired beforehand and they said the same. I had bought a laptop and I needed to extend the HDD capacity and to not vood the warranty I decided to expand it from an authorised service centre and I sought them out. They did the job and after that the laptop had some other issues not because of their inexperience but other issues. But this time I decided to bring it to another service center within my locality and that's when I was told that the first one i.e this one was fake and not authorised per se. I would advise evryone to check the authenticity before approaching this store.
