The young girl at the counter is an absolute delight and she makes your experience at this cute Bistro a memorable one The only aspect of this place that was bad was the swarm of mosquitoes that ruined my perfect cold coffee experience I ordered a cold coffee and a fresh lime juice. Both were value for money. Next time will go back and order the desserts and sandwiches. Ample parking available and its right on the main road. They do bake sourdough also.

A charming little bakery near Benaulim offering a delightful selection of food and beverages. They have the option to dine-in or takeaway. The standout item has to be their delectable cinnamon rolls (I'm yet to try the sandwiches). The coffee is quite decent, especially considering the price. And, not to forget, the staff was amazing!

It was such a fun experience at Pausanbrot. School vibes, school tiffin. This is what we miss now, because time can't come back. But in the way...this bakery has brought all those memories back to me was heartmelting. I went here with one of my school friends and we had a bundle of talks to do sitting on those desks. The food is delicious, coffees are also refreshing and cheesecake is must try. You'll fall in love with this place, if once visited.

Any cute little place that has a story behind it is much appreciated and this was one such cafe. Pausenbrot is a tiny German quaint cafe that stays true to its meaning, you'll know what I mean when you visit them and you definitely must! They've built a classroom set up with benches and serve their sandwiches in a tiffin box, which I found unique. Coming to the food: We had 2 of their sandwiches, which had amazing and absolutely fresh mustard sauce and a hearty layer of mozzarella. The veg and non veg sandwich were both delicious. Cinnamon rolls were appropriately sweet and fluffy and I loved having them along their coffee. Their french press coffee was my favourite and if you are a coffee lover, do not miss the french press along with one of their desserts. I highly recommend for people who appreciate a story behind a start up and who love breads and coffee!

Good place, good bread. Packaging for take out could improve especially for rainy season. Really loved mango roll, white chocolate tart 👌 Americano was a bit weak for me. I agree on paper being best for bakery items and also for environmental reasons but carrying 3 items back to car while it was raining was difficult and still got wet. A larger paper bag would have been helpful. Or paper boxes can also work.

I must say, it's a must place to visit. Where you have peace of mind and a great ambiance. Loved the welcoming smile on Andrea's face and the simplicity. Andrea I really enjoyed the cinnamon rolls and the sandwiches and ofcourse the coffee. My mum who's very choosy also loved it. Would love to visit again. Thank you.
