It is one of the best ritual spas in Kottayam. Very much impressed with the outcome of the treatments. The staffs are well trained and supervised. They are also very friendly and listens carefully to the customer needs. Good ambience. I highly recommend this Spa to my friends. You will never get disappointed.

Last week had got an opportunity to get myself a hair and beard trim along with de tan and face clean up at Mithra The Ritual Spa. Must admit that by far had been one of the best experiences in terms of the work and customer service that Mithra provides. A special shout out to Aman who was my hair dresser. Such a humble guy but quite knowledgeable and skillful at his work. Reasonably priced services and a great amount of satisfaction as well with the results. I would definitely recommend this Spa. It was my first time at Mithra and I understand the reasons for their high rating and rave reviews 😊. From the moment I stepped in ( with more than a little trepidation) and was greeted by the charismatic owner, Bindu and the calm Aneena till the moment I said goodbye 3.5 hours later, it was a truly remarkable experience. The neat and soothing ambience, the way the lovely Bindu patiently assessed my hair, explained the various options, talked me through the entire process and gave her expert advice; the way awesome Aman did his magic and transformed my hair ( he was the epitome of patience, kindness and calm) till he was satisfied that it was perfect; the way Jeena came smiling to work with Aman and help me.... it was a deeply satisfying experience and I'll surely visit again to try out their protein treatment and moroccan bath 😊 And I'll surely recommend Mithra and their services to my friends and family Thank you again team Mithra !!

Both of them were respectful and communicated appropriately during treatments. They are skilled and experienced .. So recently I got a chance to visit The Mithra Ritual Spa situated in Kalathipady. I must say it exceeded all my expectations. They have well trained staffs who are very friendly and very patient in completing the services. I was extremely satisfied with the services I opted for. Also felt that pedicure could have improved as they didn’t include any foot mask. I have to admit the ambience and cleanliness of the salon were fabulous . All the staffs greeted with a smile and honestly I didn’t feel like leaving ❤️ Worth for every penny I spent! Thank you team!

Every year when on holidays, Mithra is a must-do stop for me. The service is excellent! And it is always a pleasure to get pampered by the staff at Mithra. I get my manicure and pedicure done , along with a great haircut and beard trim, special head massage from Aman. He is brilliant, does everything with a lot of care and passion. Overall, I hope Mithra continues to thrive with these services!

What I love the most about Mithra is the quality of service and how consistent it is. I can always count on every staff and never worry about the outcome will be, as because it is always going to be amazing. Aman is my go-to when it comes to anything related to hair, he's simply the best. I appreciate Bindu, the owner in managing all her staff so well. ONE OF MY FAVOURITE PARLOUR Today was my second visit to Mithra Beauty Parlour, first for hair spa and now for full body massage both were very nice I feel so relaxed and comfortable. The staff behaviour was also very nice and poliet. I love the ambiance too and best service too.

I’ve been a regular customer of Mithra for the past few months and I must say they’ve always exceeded my expectations! The salon is very neat and tidy and the staffs are exceptional at their works. Recently I got my saree draping, makeup and hairdo done by Jeena chechi and I was amazed by the look she created. I loved my minimal makeup look and so did everyone. All the staffs are professional and best at their jobs. Kudos to the team for making their customers feel very comfortable!

I recently visited Mithra for a much needed pampering session . From the moment I stepped in I was greeted warmly by the staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere at Mithra was simply divine elegant yet cozy with soothing music playing in the background. What impressed me most was the personalised attention I received throughout my visit. I was impressed by the hair stylist for his work and suggestions and also the girls who did face clean up pedicure,manicure waxing and foot massage Moreover the prices at Mithra are reasonable considering the quality services offered. Overall my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I genuinely feel that I received excellent value for my money and am looking forward to my next appointment.

Comes across very fancy superficially but actually the service is poor. Got a facial, barely cleaned out blackheads or whiteheads, not a thorough clean up. Had massages also, again very poor quality/did not seem like staff were trained on how to properly massage. The staff are polite and courteous and the place is clean, however the quality of the services itself is very poor, shocked at such high ratings which is what led me there…would avoid.
