Serenity so close by, you would wish to hold it again and again. A wonderful little homely place to relax over the weekend. Not very distant from the city and having good clean rooms with a very hygienic kitchen and dining area, you can safely vist with your family here. The place is best for large families or groups and can be thoroughly enjoyed by all ages. With a large pool and spacious open area, with lots of trees and vegetation within the compound itself, the day can be well spent just lazing. You can also have a little walk just outside the property and explore nearby small hills and the dam which is right behind it. You will get freshly cooked local food here, with the homely touch. You can get both veg and non veg served here. Best time to visit would be the start of monsoon when the area is lush and blossoming with nature.

SATHE FARMS RESORT at karjat...is a great family/ friends getaway destination, just about 90 minutes away from Mumbai. Resting in the laps of nature, is a home away from home. Home cooked village food (on Chulha) guava, shevga, chikoo and many more trees, swimming pool, natural ponds/ waterfalls, fully equipped AC rooms. Be assured to enjoy the best of nature. A big thank you to the owners Mrs.& Mr. Satish Sathe for their warm welcome. A MUST VISIT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Best place for monsoon picnic. Here you feel at home. Food offered here is delicious. Swimming pool is also good. There is rain dance baby pool and a swimming pool with 4m depth. The are is clean and well maintained. There are 2 cottage with around 20 person capacity. Nearby there is a small waterfall which is open only during rainy season. This place is close to Mumbai so it's good to plan for a weakened trip

Calm and quiet place. Good for small groups who enjoy home cooked food, best visited during monsoon to enjoy the rains and surrounding beauty.

Such a beautiful, lovely and cozy place. Just enjoy the verdant natural environment. Can accommodate just about 10 persons in the two available rooms. There's a tent where men can be accommodated. Fresh and wholesome and tasty meals served. Had a wonderful and stress busting holiday.

The location was unreal, so picturesque... Utterly beautiful. Monsoon would be the best time to visit, sit back, relax and go hiking. Food was great and the staff is very amiable. I had the best stay here with my friends. Would lovee the place even more if it would have props for playing and have facilities for adventure sports. But in all I had a really great time!!!

Trip was good. Location was nice but service was not up to the mark and food was ok.

Good resorts with environment friendly nature and place is nearby highway, food quality need improvement and also need some maintenance in play area. The service guys were cooperative.. and also need hot water..clean and hygiene room and well maintained rooms

A perfect family type farmhouse. Nice Rooms and ammenities(pool, carrom, badminton).Clean and maintained rooms and washrooms. Simple but delicious food. Very humble and polite staff and their good service.

A wonderful family oriented resort at a short distance from Thane. In less than two hours you can reach Sathe Farms. The ambience is beautiful. The spacious campus, huge trees, the surrounding mountains and not the forget, the fresh water stream flowing near the dining area will surely make your trip pleasantly memorable. The food is delicious. Mrs Ruta Sathe and Mr. Satish Sathe, the owners of Sathe Farm are great hosts. The breakfast as well as hight tea is remarkable. Surely you will overeat!! But no worries..you can burn your calories by going for a walk to the nearby dam near the mountains!! Your weekends be like this!!

One of the best place we have visited till now. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Our kids enjoyed a lot in pool...pool side area is really interesting....landscape done is too good....

We went for weekend relaxation to Sathe farms, wavarale village, karjat.. We were 8 of us and had a great time. We enjoyed pool with waterfall, delicious food, humble service and pleasing atmosphere..We would surely recommend Sathe farms to those who want clean, neat, homely stay with nature beauty!
