We did our complete clothes shopping here during our Amritsar visit, our rickshaw wala took us there (like most shops, this one too paid commission to the rickshaw wala). We bought clothes worth 15K and paid another 5K for stitching. The clothes were satisfactory, quality was acceptable, won't say the pricing was nominal, you have to hustle to get a good price, better go to different shops out there to get an idea of pricing (most of them are selling similar stuff). But the worst part was stitching, their tailors were absolutely useless, they ruined almost every piece of cloth, they had to be redone by our regular tailor (in Bangalore). The executive (Sunny) who was showing us the clothes was extra sweet, but after payment didnt pick up our call (there was a delay in delivery to our hotel). So in short, YOU CAN BUY CLOTHES HERE, YOU REALLY NEED TO HUSTLE TO GET A DECENT PRICE, BUT AVOID STITCHING AT ANY COST, THEIR TAILORS ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

Wholesale prices. You can get good range of phulkari and other suits.

They cheat tourists don't trust tuk tuk guys to take around this place. Complete mess Also do not get stitching done from them they do not commit and they take money from us... Saying they will deliver nothing was done as we say also we have to compromise as they courier to you location after u leave the place.

We visited this shop for phulkari suits shopping and this is what we found: 1. Locals and tourists both visit this shop 2. Large variety in wide price range 3. Price quoted is salesperson specific 4. Customers brought by auto/taxi/rickshaw drivers are likely to be quoted higher rates 5. Decent quality & workmanship 6. Hand & Machine embroidery phulkari suits & dupattas are available 7. We found the price quoted to be reasonable - we visited without any driver/agent. 8. They hardsell stiching services which we did not avail 9. The staff was well mannered and showed us the suits based on our requirement 10. Rates are not fixed. Bargain to the best of your ability. Edit: After use of clothes came to find that the quality of cloth is below par.

Worse stitching ... very bad quality tailoring. These people will not even bother to respond your call shamelessly. Sent these pics and asked what to do .. they turned blind... useless shop owners and useless sales people...

Worst experience, their sales person Deepak is a fraud! They hound you to buy! They also convince you to do stitching from them. They don't pick up calls post you walk out of the store (we were from out of town, it was horrid for us!!) Beware- they are a bunch of fraudsters! Even if you end up buying here, make sure you negotiate real hard and DONT DO STICHING FROM THEM!

This shop should be close,coz all are thugs in this shop specially name Deepak .Their aim to mke fools to all the travellers by calling them by their riskshawala to whom they give commissions.They sell their cloth in hike price instead of normal one and the stitching is too worse that ,I can't explain. They didn't sent my cloth if I don't send the police man in their shop. After that I got my cloth in ruin condition.Plz don't go to this shop for buying the dress material ,its only the wastage of money .

Deleting my one week old review that was based on reading others post and today posting real review based on fact & also upgrading the stars ,as I received my order today, I m highly satisfied with quality of cloth and also stitching , it was around 35k order for me & my family...price seems to be little high, but may be ok as I m not cloth businessmen, I simply trusted on words of sunny paji and he kept his words of delivering on time and with quality...I recommend other to visit this shop on their amritsar visit

FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!!! That man Sunny there is a numero uno fraud. Charges 4 for times the rate of actual price. Kindly enter the store at your own risk.

Worst experience. They sell on high price and give defective product. Their staff are well trained to dupe people... shame on you. Staying in a guru nagri and duping people.. the owner did not jump in to resolve the issue. Do not listen to auto wallahs . They have commission set from the shop keepers.

Overrated place in congested market

Don't visit this shop as the rates are 3 times higher if compared with other shops within the vicinity. This shops was suggested to us by the taxi driver, the drivers come along with you on the pretext of guiding you to the shop. The drivers speak in their code language with the salesman to ensure they get good commission. We purchased two duppata's which were initially quoted 3k and we bargained it to 2k. Still I feel we were overcharged as we checked similar fabric and design duppata's in nearby shops which were for 600-650 without even we initiated any bargain. I don't see this to be a mistake of this shop owner, it's we as a customer who allow such fraudsters to cheat / over charge us. It was the trust that we show towards the taxi drivers, but their such behaviour always demands some caution.

they are totally fraud plzz donot shop from this shop they are theives by there sugar coated talks they convince you and u were easily fooled by them we are robbed by 15k rupees but these colothes are not worth more than 7-8 k and stiching was more more more worse the person amandeep nd his company stop fooling innocent people mainly tourists we all do hardwork to earn please donot waste your money on these types of ghatiya clothes and u theives one day your fraud come to an end i hope no one get betrayed by them ….

I editing my old review. I bought a saree from kartar singh but some of the sales man exchanged the saree during the packing. I saw the damaged saree after coming back to my home. Ok can not trust this shop any more

I wish i had the option of rating it negatively The worst experience one can ever had with this shop If you are going with some random rickshaw wala Please full your pocket with extra 40-50% of prices.. the guy name sunny is biggest fraudster he will show you his phone with lot of dms and courier order but its all fake I got looted from them hope you all save from yourself Try exploring the actual market of katra jaimal sing instead of going this biggest scammer

they are totally fraud. if you go with a taxi driver they will looted you with triple rates. they gave commission to them. they will forces you to take stitching service from them and the stitching is very poor. they change the material at stitching time. this shop's employees are very cunning. they will make you fool with their sweet cunning talk.I regret why I went to this shop. they give us a bad memory of our Amritsar trip. they have all negative reviews.they are doing a bad business in a holy city. one day this shop will definately shut down. I request to you plzz don't go this shop.

Contrary to the negative reviews here, I had an excellent experience here. I got two Muktsari kurta pajamas stitched and my wife had a suit stitched. The stitching was excellent. We were to leave same day and they promised to curior . The parcel was dispatched the next day and we received it. Highly recommended. Also to note we were visiting from US. And the scooter drivers got us here. We found that the scooter drivers were very caring and gave us good advice throughout and infact shielded us from various scams
