Friends and family stayed for a wedding in the town. Staff could not be more helpful. - replied promptly to emails before our visit . Once at Hotel Est staff were polite and welcoming and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, they did not intrude but were there ready to assist and give advice if needed. My triple room was large, clean with sea view and the bed was very comfortable. A lovely roof terrace with sea views for dining, drinking a partying on. There was a jacuzzi and sunbeds but a pool would have been the icing on the cake, having said that there is a public pool very nearby. We had a fantastic 3 days celebrating not just at Hotel Est but other venues in the town.

Good location but on an elevated position so may be taxing to those with mobility issues. Service excellent - all staff are helpful. Breakfast good with a varied choice. Excellent showers and comfy beds. Missing a pool but that's due to a planning issue and not because they chose not to have one.

Amazing experience at this hotel, incredibly caring & accommodating staff, yummy breakfast and great cleanliness. Location is great, many beaches and tourist attractions nearby. Lots of free parking spaces. Sun loungers and jacuzzi with an amazing view. Overall a memorable experience! ☺️

My friend and I just had the loveliest stay at the Est Hotel. Many things are to be noticed and appreciated : the view from the hotel is breathtaking, the rooms are very clean and well decorated, the bed is really comfy but, most important of all, the service is outstanding. Employees are so polite and seem genuinely kind. You can count on them for advices and great services. Thanks again for this to all of them !

The hotel is in a very beautiful place, with an amazing ocean view. There are many rooms with balcony and seaview, and it makes the place a good option for a romantic stay. Rooms are big, clean and with new equipments. Service is very attentive, parking is very functional and with many available places. The breakfast is also very good, with many options of eggs, special dishes, breads, fruits and others. I recommend the special roll of eggs, zucchini and mint made by the chef. Location is good, near many beautiful beaches in Santa Cesarea Terme, near Otranto. The restaurant is also very good and is strongly recommended, specially at dinner. It has a very good selection of drinks and starters. Dishes are also delicious and almost all of them has a special touch of the chef. In our 2 days stay in the hotel, we had dinner twice in the restaurant. In the first dinner, we had the fried meat balls with tataki sauce, salmon with almonds and a delicious pasta with octopus ragu. In the second dinner we had a risotto and seared tuna. For desert we tried the almonds and pistachio spumone, a delicious option to be shared. Prices are in average 30 EUR per person, but worth service and quality of food.

Wonderful hotel in an amazing location. The whole establishment is fully renovated with taste, the location is the best in town, with a stunning view. Everything you need is there: great bar and restaurant, panoramic relaxing terrace with sunbeds and jacuzzi (very apreciated by hot weather too, with cool water). What a fab hotel. Amazing Ocean views, friendly staff, well appointed modern hotel. Good menu. Not quite a 5th star simply because no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Love it.

Sea view balcony in a charming seaside town. Room small with basic furnishing, but bathroom is updated. Nice included breakfast. No arrival instructions and am still unclear about parking - very confusing!

Confession, didn’t stay here but having found ourselves stranded on a baking hot day in Santa Cesarea, we went in to enquire about taxis, sweaty and ruffled. The staff there were so helpful, free cold bottled water and one of the guys who was finishing his shift offered to drive us out of his way to our accommodation, saving us a 2 hour walk. They couldn’t have done more to accommodate us and we weren’t even guests. Hotel looked amazing and would definitely go back to stay if we were ever there again.

I had an incredible experience at this exceptional hotel with an amazing location. The stunning views and convenient setting truly added to the overall charm of the stay. The great food, amazing amenities, combined with the friendly staff, made it a memorable and enjoyable visit.

I only visited the restaurant but it was great. The food was truly amazing and the service as well, truly remarkable. Also the prices were really fair especially given the high quality of the food. Overall 5 stars from me for the restaurant.
