I had a very bad experience today when I went to the salon for a root hair color touch-up and wax. The waxing session too was not very smooth where you had the hot wax falling over your body!! When you are being hired for a job, you better be careful. Secondly, my worst touch-up experience during the hair wash after the touch-up the guy started rubbing the top of my forehead vigorously and a really bad burning sensation started! Soon after, a foul smell started emitting which made me cough and burn my eyes too. Earlier, I thought that the smell might be because of some cleaning session happening for the floor. Later, I discovered that it was from my head and they applied a chemical to remove the color from the skin!! Never ever in so many years, after visiting multiple salons did anyone apply any chemical to remove the color. It was always plain water, followed by shampoo snd conditioner!! You should ask if you are applying anything, since people have different skin types and it does not suit everyone. Praying to God, nothing bad happens to my skin. Worst experience ever...and here you lose one customer of yours Apex Parlor!!!

The worst hair cut for that rate. It would be better to pay rs.30 to a local barber than to pay rs.150 for haircut here. Please dont waste your money, if you need a good haircut in mayur vihar dont ever go to this place. I had been to many shops in mayur vihar but seriously even local barber shops in pocket B-8 gives a good haircut than this. They dnt even have a haircut booklet from which we can choose from forget the haircut name. Very overrated place,, please please please dont waste your money on this. If you want to waste your money then go to other places

Worst Saloon. No Hot Water For Hair Wash, even in Winters. No Cashless Options. Who Carry Cash Now Days! Uneducated Staff. And One thing, who the hell are you to ask, what I purchased?

There is very pathetic service I had visited last day for wax . But the lady who is done my legs wax she doesn’t know how to do and she burn my legs ... and all wax steek on me legs . I am not able to post my photo on cause there’s no option

I recently visited the place to gave my daughter a new hair cut. She likes to come here to get hair cut. Staff is trained enough to perform their job. They were good and quick to serve customers. This place needs little cleaning to give good feeling to customers.

Worst experience.. very unprofessional staff.They don't care about customers, over charged for hair treatment like smoothening ,keratin ,rebounding... Even if asked for a hair cut they don't bother about your choice or what suits you most... I have been there for smoothening of my long hairs...they charged like 1.5 times extra what other parlours charged. No facility for card swipe or Paytm you have to carry hard cash with you self. Very disappointed
