😠 83 euros for what is seen, a 2 person microwaved meal with canned fruits and drinks. Just walk 3 mins to literally anywhere else. People often mention prices, paid, service, drinks, location, staff, small, order, great,

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !! Over priced and below average food. No receipt for your purchase . They reheat the food in the microwave & food not individually priced . Was Rushed to the till by the staff with no explanation on the prices , paid the amount . Menu on the wall doesn’t have all the prices and not clear at all with small font all squashed . Small printed menu without everything on there. Asked the cashier after I paid to explain the cost of my food he wouldn’t give me a single price . I got no explanation & just an annoyed response from the cashier and deflective behavior , he was irritated and didn’t want to be questioned . This is what I had : I paid $40 for 2 small plates of mixed vegetables and small plate of fries and spinach quiche ! AVOID and DON’T GO THERE at All costs !!

Went here for breakfast after visiting St. Peters Basilica. Whilst the atmosphere was alright (quiet at 10:30), the place lacked customer service. The gentleman at the cashier was to busy reading his newspaper and said I could only pay cash to which he pointed out the cash machine in the restaurant that charged €3.95 to withdraw cash (probably more my fault for not having cash on me but strange that they didnt take card). Lastly, the lady who served us asked if i wanted my sandwich warm, which I did. When I asked her for it, she had forgot I ordered it and I had to talk to another person to try and tell them I had already paid. She then remembered and brought out a burnt sandwich! No apology, No replacement. Safe to say customer care is not on the top of their list. Coffee wasn't too bad though.

If you want something quick. This is the place to go. Don’t expect cheap price as everywhere here is overpriced. Pasta and lasagna. Make sure you find a table before line up for self serve food. There is toilet in the basement.

Wouldn't recommend this place. Had to wait ages to order drinks. The table close to us arrived after we did but seemed to get preferential treatment as they were able to order almost as soon as they sat down (think the waiter knew them). Took several attempts to get the waiter's attention. By the time our drinks actually arrived they had finished their initial drinks and were ordering another round. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned. Not the best experience. The drinks were OK. One positive is the location, short distance from St. Peter's Basilica.

If you want to do business in a tourist area, learn to be kind. Accurate English too! If you don't like foreigners, move your store! The female cashier at the checkout counter is really rude. I don't know why I would spend money when I get treated like that!!!

Me and my friend had a really good experience. The location was great and the food we got was really tasty. The service was friendly and welcoming, but I have to say that it was a bit pricy (especially the coffee, one espresso 3€).

Do not go there! The staff is incredibly arrogant. It`s all about making money in short time with cheap products. It's self service, but you don't know how it works. No one explains and you are just treated from above. As soon as you finish, they take your tray away without comment. It's a shame that so close to St Peter's there is such an horrible establishment.

The seating wasn't appropriate for any normal person, there was no breathing space snd it felt like i was in a cage. The food was not delicious and the options of food to choose from were minimal. The prices were expensive beyond comprehension, not even a michelin star restaurant would have these prices! The restroom was disgusting with water and dirt all over the place.

Terrible terrible terrible. 13 euro for a caprese salad and a small drink. My salad consisted of 4 slices of tomato and 2 small pieces of mozzarella. No basil whatsoever. It looked, and tasted, like it had been sitting out roasting in the heat all day. The waiter was incredibly rude. He purposefully dropped my credit card as he was returning it to me when I was reaching out to grab it from him. I couldn’t believe it. Bad service, bad food, bad vibes all around. Don’t go here.

This place was a big disappointment. The fruit salad we ordered was fermented, the lettuce in the shrimp salad was transparent. The service was also provably the worse experience I’ve had so far this year. Do not waste your money here with so many great places to eat in Rome. This was a definite mistake for me.

Nice place to eat, amazing staff and the food is good. The waiting time is normal even with the restaurant almost full. The prices are really nice for the location!!! I Recomend!

If you want to be treated in a nasty way go to this place. The Staff are so unkind and have NO IDEA of what customer service or their job really entails. After waiting 15 minutes without anyone coming at us, I went inside and I asked the waitress if I can order myself. She told me to sit and wait for the waiting staff. Waited another 10 minutes and I went inside again and she came with me to take the order. She agreed to take our order and the reason was because SHE IS DOING US A FAVOUR!!!! Who says that to clients ? She was doing ME a favor she said ! They were not even busy ! .... I wanted to tell her a word or two but we simply left after her stupid comment and went to SAN PIETRINO and we ate and drank there. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

Service was nonexistent, food was close to hospital quality, and drinks were mediocre. Confusing and overpriced for no reason aside from being close to Vatican City. Staff let people wait in the wrong line for over 20 minutes to tell them they were in the wrong line and let them wait even longer to actually order. Do not waste your money here.

I have eaten and drank in several places in different countries not many have a found a waitress like María. She is amazing to say the least!!! Yes this is a place that serves quick food for tourists, yes the prices are high for what you eat because you are in front of one of the most visited places in the world and yes it get crazy busy. But none of this stopped Maria from working with a smile, saying hi thank you and making every single costumer welcomed and even say sorry when it’s not her fault it’s soooo busy. She speaks all the languages that you can think of and really made our small time experience here great. I can truly say she was the best costumer service, friendly person we have found in Rome. I truly think that she is wastes serving tables but you can see that she loves her job. Thank you so much María. Will quicker come back to see you more than to see the basilica.

They brought us coffee which was left over from other customer, When we asked to bring us a proper one, they just poured some boiled water into the same coffee and they brought it after one minute. Just strictly avoid to seat on this place!!!!!! The cup was already used.

Lunch was ok but not remarkable. We sat outside and were accosted by one of the bracelet sellers . He stuck a bracelet right up in one of the ladies face and she instinctively put her hand up and brushed his hand and he went ballistic. "Don't you f'in touch me " i wish the restaurants had more control of the sidewalk cafe's and all of the sellers who won't stop bugging people while they eat. I'm not blaming the restaurant but be aware of the possibility of this happening

They are scamming tourists! We bought the same things and paid different prices :D Then we asked why we paid differently( by the way, in Italian, so they could not escape from questions:D), they started to say imaginary prices and told that everything is okey because 8+3 is 14€…. I highly recommend You not to go this place, because You’ll be cheated and You will get awful sandwich and cola for 14€….

Stopped here for lunch before touring Vatican City. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive even though it was busy. The menu is straightforward with English translation if needed. The food was excellent and the staff very attentive. Highly recommended.

Nice location for coffee and some pastries. People complain for the price but you must also think your here for the location and it’s history

If there was a No Star I would of picked it. Food was cold, they give you whatever they want. You ask if there is more of a dish coming they say no, then a dish shows up after you paid. Paid 49 Euros for what is in picture. Some scamming going on. Service was terrible.

Brief stop for a cappuccino, so nothing to say about the food quality really. Excellent location, just a few steps from Piazza San Pietro. Needless to say, the price of the cappuccino was on the high side. Obviously very much expected due to the unique location. Service by a waitress called Maria was excellent though.

Walking tour guide recommended this place to us. Very easy to get to after leaving the St Peters basilica. It was a little confusing since there is a register for just the ice cream shop, a self serve buffet, and a sit down table service portion (with air conditioning). We chose a booth and were very quickly served. Our waitress Jessica was great and attentive. She made a great recommendation on the Diavola pizza. The americano and espresso coffees were very good, albeit a little pricey in comparison to the pizza cost. Overall we had a good experience - Somewhere to sit and eat in A/C, great pizza, and a nice view outside.
