I am being generous by providing one star to this place. A complete joke. To be honest, I was afraid that something fishy was going to be done to me or my wife. The place is dirty, and the bathroom could easily make you puke. The amount of money they charge per day is really not equivalent to the service they provide. Please people, don't go to this place, a complete rip off! I do have something positive to say, the person (only staff of the place) that was in charge tried to be friendly. By the way, the breakfast is a joke, we didn't even bother having the breakfast they provided

Worst experience ever......First of all its a hidden treasure bcoz u can't find it, no one knows avout it😂. Third class rooms with dirty bed, bedsheets and towel. Towels are as bad as you cant imagine...even dusting clothes are much cleaner that their towels. And they are taking 5 Euros per member as bedsheet cleaning charges OMG apart from city tax. Bed are old and broken. and breakfast, U have to make your own breakfast they provide you outdated products....milk, bread biscuits etc its just a joke on the name of breakfast. And staff is non-proffesional and yes there is no reception at all. So if you are an really poor idiot who want to insult yourself than go for this hotel.

Fake place, fake listing, fake advertisement! This was an entirely new experience for me.. a complete and total nightmare!! Hostelworld need to own up to this fake listing and all other listings that are entirely fake and fraudulent! There needs to be a verification, to make sure places are real and to make sure that people are safe when travelling! This could of been my murder.. And that is NOT an understatement! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS!! SKIP RIGHT PAST THIS AWFUL LISTING, FORGET IT AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE SAFE WHEN BOOKING OTHER PLACES TO STAY!! Hostelworld.. please do better business!!!!

Was supposed to stay here in August last year and booked through Expedia, when we booked we opted to pay at the hotel. I contacted the owner a couple days before on whatsapp to set up a car to pick us from FMO Airport, the owner asked me my details and when i was staying there and what time i was landing etc. When we landed we got our bags and went straight to where we were told to catch this car to bring us to the establishment, after 45 mins and no car turning up i phoned the 'hotel' and was told by the person answering that they booked it so it should be there, after waiting an extra 30 mins we decided we would just get a taxi to the establishment as it was only a 15 euro difference. Once we arrived a man met us a street behind because the address we were given was wrong, we brushed over that but when we arrived into the property we were told by the two gentlement at the desk we didnt have a booking with them and that if we wanted to stay there we had to pay an extra 250 Euros on top, when we refused and inststed we had a booking I asked to speak to the owner but the 2 gents refused to contact him, after 20mins of arguing they contact him on a phone on a printer and the owner came on the phone and was abusive, disrespectful and was trying to extort money from us, at this point we walked out and began to ring expedia who were kind enough to relocate us to a 5 Star hotel called Capo De Africa near the Colesseum, asking us only to pay €100 extra each with them paying the extra €800, the expedia staff were brilliant and they dealt with the situation with the utmost care and attention but please do not give this place the light of day! STAY AWAY! Only 1 star because i cant leave none.

I kept visiting and pushing the chime of the entrance for 1 hour in the evening. Reservations in other hotels was made after all. I can't stay overnight, I have checked out, it is. I asked to repay it, but there are no answers. Worst hotel. Please be careful.

Don’t go there! BEDBUGS!!!!! See pictures Bedbugs everywhere. It stinks, they are not professionals at all. They change the price you were supposed to pay I was supposed to pay about 90€ and ended up paying 136€ plus a 80€ something euro deposit which haven’t been refunded. I got bedbugs bites and the manager asked me to leave because I was asking for a refund. I spent 50€ with a doctor consultation, paid about 30€ in medicine, plus I was about to be admitted to the hospital since the infection grew up to my shoulder. After talking with 3 more people someone finally retuned 21.5€ out of the 136€ that I paid!! It is so unfair because that doesn’t even cover all the medical expenses now! Look at the pictures. The bedbug the was in my pillow... the other girls that stayed there were also bitten and also found the bedbugs!

One of the worst place. The manager has taken security deposit of 14 euro and told me that he will give me back after 2 days but I didn't get any. Uncooperative, Unfriendly. They don't even have visa card machine. Really dirty place. I almost vomited after seeing the toilet. I don't recommend this place at all.

Please do not go here! As we arrived we wer taken to a different address and it was just horrible. It was dirty, smelled horribly like chlorine, the room we were supposed to get didn't even have windows and smelled really bad. As we were to check-in the power went out and we sat in the dark for about 5-10mins. The guy whom "welcomed" us got more and more nicer the minutes we were there, also speaking little. They charged us the extra fee for sheets and towels, as we refused to pay the fee, he basically kicked us out and we decided to stay in a hotel for a night to check other hostels.
