If
there
was
an
option
for
zero
i
would
prefer
that.
Owner
of
this
property
knows
that
we
will
write
this
kind
of
a
review.
Still
we
are
not
expecting
that
he
will
bring
in
any
change
bcz
we
thought
after
seeing
the
bad
reviews
he
would
bring
in
some
changes.
We
booked
individual
suite
room
for
family,
however
when
we
reached
there
by
4
pm,
it
was
in
a
pathetic
condition.
1)smart
staff
have
sprayed
sanitizers
on
the
blanket
instead
of
changing
them.
2)
they
started
cleaning
after
we
reached
and
we
had
to
wait
3)
no
sanity
items
,
had
to
ask
for
and
facility
is
unhygienic
to
the
core
4)
no
gyser,
after
creating
issue,
they
called
the
electrician
5)
no
kettle
to
boil
water
and
drink.
When
we
reached
it
was
14
degree,
we
had
to
ask
for
drinking
water
and
they
gave
hot
water
in
plastic
jar
which
was
not
in
a
drinkable
situation.
There
are
so
many
problems
which
we
cannot
list
out
here.
We
were
checking
for
another
property
but
couldn't
get
due
to
rush
and
had
to
stay
here
6)
no
breakfast,
they
just
gave
something
for
name
sake
and
tea
is
chargeable
7)
premises
are
so
filthy,
no
sign
of
sweeping
or
cleaning.
Being
in
a
such
a
good
place
with
such
good
premises
and
reachability,
I
simply
don't
understand
why
they
don't
manage
it
properly.
Dear
owner
(
we
have
only
talked
to
him
through
phone)
,
please
don't
torture
the
staff
by
putting
them
in
front
of
customers
like
this.
It's
pathetic
and
sad
seeing
them
run
due
to
short
of
workforce.
You
may
earn
money
and
enjoy
your
life
but
not
for
longer.
Business
is
all
about
commitment,
ethics
and
trust.
I
hope
you
will
change
for
better.
