If there was an option for zero i would prefer that. Owner of this property knows that we will write this kind of a review. Still we are not expecting that he will bring in any change bcz we thought after seeing the bad reviews he would bring in some changes. We booked individual suite room for family, however when we reached there by 4 pm, it was in a pathetic condition. 1)smart staff have sprayed sanitizers on the blanket instead of changing them. 2) they started cleaning after we reached and we had to wait 3) no sanity items , had to ask for and facility is unhygienic to the core 4) no gyser, after creating issue, they called the electrician 5) no kettle to boil water and drink. When we reached it was 14 degree, we had to ask for drinking water and they gave hot water in plastic jar which was not in a drinkable situation. There are so many problems which we cannot list out here. We were checking for another property but couldn't get due to rush and had to stay here 6) no breakfast, they just gave something for name sake and tea is chargeable 7) premises are so filthy, no sign of sweeping or cleaning. Being in a such a good place with such good premises and reachability, I simply don't understand why they don't manage it properly. Dear owner ( we have only talked to him through phone) , please don't torture the staff by putting them in front of customers like this. It's pathetic and sad seeing them run due to short of workforce. You may earn money and enjoy your life but not for longer. Business is all about commitment, ethics and trust. I hope you will change for better.

It's one of the best experience in terms of location as well as property architecture and it is budget friendly. The staffs are very cooperative and humble as well as helpful. Rooms are very cosy and specially bathrooms are so good, I didn't find any hotel is handling that much care to the bathroom. It is very couple friendly as well. You will get all kinds of facilities here. All the most visiting places are within the range of less than 2 km.

Very very very bad experience, they cheat us also, they give us a street village room there is no facilities the room is full of dust and dead insects there is no wifi no hot water anything and they ask additional cash from us they are real cheater I'm not suggesting this place to anyone that much of bad

Attractive resort from outside situated close to the heart of the city. Surprisingly this resort has no reception 😛Rooms were just ok, no regular maintenance noticed. There is no room service/phone. Pitiably only two staff for the overall resort. Have to call their personal phone to reach them. Delayed service every time due to demand. Dining area is an open gazibo and food becomes cold, though they try to serve hot. Complimentary breakfast is not buffet kind. Limited variety and quantity. Menu is what they decide. Food is good and taste like home made. Staff are very friendly. There is no restuarant and food is made on order. Bonfire 🔥 is available from 8pm upon request.

Good place to stay for small group of people 3-4 . Very basic facilities. Good wash rooms. Single room. Television available. Room service is average. Food service is average Great ambience. Easy access to town. Nearby to dolphin nose. Good exterior.

We stayed here for two days it's nice place to stay with family.complementary breakfast is good.we ordered for lunch and dinner here lunch is fine but dinner is bad exp .but next day they prepared really well as we told the issue to manager . service is good satisfied
