Great balcony view. Well maintained rooms. Services were average. Not too much costly. Without food, we were charged 4k. Location not too far from Kodaikanal Lake. Cons: narrow and steep grained road is very difficult to travel. Didn't like the break fast.

We had a very nice stay here!! Worth the money we paid for our stay👍 Provided with all basic amenities...nice and clean rooms, 24hrs hot/warm water supply. Walkable distance to three major attractions of kodaikanal (Coakers Walk; Bryant Park; and kodaikanal lake). Special mention for manager Mr. Jamal and attendant Mr. Mehtab. They both were very supportive and cares for their customer... Five star for them as well.

A nearby stay to centre of the Town. Polit staff Service and cleaness are great! But price is much lesser in direct booking rather on-line.

Excellent stay 3 star hotel,just beside the coakkers walk

Location is the only advantage. Opposite hotel's noisy kitchen and dining area is the balcony view. Second floor rooms have a bit of city view. No room service. No in house dining. Soft spoken but arrogant attitude of front desk staff. He doesn't bother about service; but only business/money. Pathetic. There are much better options nearby. Over rated property.

Located near to coalker's walk and Bryant Park. Near to bus stand. Good hospitality and room. I stayed in suite room. Cons : Restaurant is not available here.
